Creative and quality promotional strategies require interaction and communication in attractive language, so that the marketed product can be easily understood and accepted by community. Language has an important role in supporting marketing, especially in conveying information related to business products carried out through various media, such as outdoor advertising media which is widely used by small business actors. This study aims to describe the use of persuasive expressions in outdoor ads media such as hanging/roll banners by street traders (PKL) and describe the meaning of messages contained. This study used a field research of qualitative descriptive method by analysis the form of persuasive words/sentences on outdoor advertising media of street traders in the southern area of Denpasar as the research data. The technique of providing data was carried out by surveying the location of street traders in side of the road and storefronts, interviews and distribution of questionnaires. Furthermore, data collection in this study used the listening method with note-taking and documentation techniques. The data analysis method was used an extra lingual equivalent approach to classify the form of using persuasive language and the impact of the message contained in the hanging banner/standing banner. The results of this study was pointed out that ≥80% persuasive language promotion strategy in banner media has become the main strategy for PKL, efficiently persuasive language messages can quickly invite public appeal so that it is very likely to increase the purchasing power of potential consumers directly.

  In this digital era, all information and communication technology emhanched faster all the time. This issue gives a big chance on communication practice become more effective than before. Hence, to full the tight competition on digital era such as online media, the researcher wanted to investigate about applying ethic of journalist code in the online media and in journalist understanding to the ethic journalist code. The researcher used qualitative descriptive method which oriented on the field research and literature. On the other side, the qualitative research also directs into the finding of basic theory which is emphasized the process over the result. It also limits the research with the focus which has criteria on finding the trustwothiness dta. Based on the result on the research about applying ethic of journalist code in the Islamic rubrik OASE at Depok POS.com, online media in Depok POS always apply the ethic of journalist code with colaborate on that ethic such as the way which always used in the field by journalist and the ethic of journalist understanding are the specific detail and detail things which manage about how should the media worker such as journalist, editor, chief of reporter, news achor and every profession which can called a journalist can behave on ethic of journalist code. Further, ethic of journalist code is the basic of journalist thought.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Abstract: In the context of Indonesia, the quality of education seems to be something taboo to talk about, however, according to researchers the quality of education in Indonesia is very apprehensive. It is necessary for the role of headmaster and special efforts in developing a quality education institution through organizational culture as a value system that is understood, imbued, run jointly by members of the organization as a system of meaning or guidance for the organizers. This study aims to describe the three roles and impacts role of the headmaster role in developing the quality of organizational culture, they are: (1) the role of the headmaster as a manager; (2) the role of the headmaster as the educator; (3) the role of the headmaster as the supervisor; 4) The impact of the headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture quality at SDMT Ponorogo. This research is categorized into a field research with qualitative descriptive approach and the research design was case study. The setting of study was at SDMT Ponorogo.  The findings showed that (1). The role of headmaster as manager encompasses conducting internal and external analysis, internalizing the Islamic value that is kemuhamadiyahan value. (2). The role of the headmaster as an educator includes involving educators in upgrading, workshops or training in order to provide opportunities for educators to improve their knowledge and skills by learning to the higher education, conducting cadre to members of organizational culture and creating jargon to motivate members of organizational culture. (3). The role of the headmaster as a supervisor comprises overseeing and Evaluating the performance and achievement of members of organizational culture, conducting weekly, monthly and semester meetings, monitoring achievements of educators and learners. (4) The impact of the school headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture is organizational culture climate becomes harmonious and schools achieve more attainments.Abstrak: Dalam konteks Indonesia, mutu pendidikan seolah-olah menjadi barang yang tabu untuk diperbicangkan, dalam konteks tersebut kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sangat memperihatinkan. Untuk itu diperlukan peran kepala sekolah dan Upaya khusus dalam mengembangkan sebuah mutu lembaga pendidikan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai sistem nilai yang dipahami, dijiwai, dijalankan secara bersama oleh anggota organisasi sebagai sistem makna atau pedoman bagi pelaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tiga peran serta dampak peran  kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi, yaitu: (1) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Manajer, (2) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Educator, (3) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, dan (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi di SDMT Ponorogo. Dengan menghasilkan temuan: (1).Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer diantaranya: melakukan analisis internal dan eksternal, menginternalisasi nilai keislaman yaitu nilai kemuhammadiahan. (2). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator diantaranya: mengikut sertakan pendidik dalam penataran, workshop atau pelatihan memberikan kesempatan kepada pendidik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dengan belajar ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, melakukan pengkaderan kepada anggota budaya organisasi. membuat jargon-jargon untuk memotivasi anggota budaya organisasi. (3). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor diantarnya: mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja dan pencapaian anggota budaya organisasi, mengadakan rapat setiap, minggu, bulan dan semester, memantau prestasi pendidik dan peserta didik. (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi diantaranya: iklim budaya organisasi menjadi harmonis, sekolah menjadi lebih berprestasi.

BMT (baitul mal wat tamwil) is a microfinance institution that operates on the basis of Islamic law principles and its activities do not charge interest or pay interest to customers. Rewards received by BMT and paid to customers depend on the agreement between the customer and the BMT. The agreement contained in BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capem Jangkar must comply with Islamic law, both terms and conditions of the contract that must be fulfilled. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that: first BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capem Jangkar in marketing products through several forms of promotional strategies, namely; Service promotion strategy, sales promotion, publicity promotion and advertising promotion. The two impacts felt by customers in the application of qordh product marketing had a very positive impact, namely; customers feel very benefited, there is no element of pressure from the BMT cooperative, it can encourage customer loyalty, provide a good basis for repeat purchases, customers feel helped, create a harmonious relationship between the company and customers.

One of the company's objectives is customer loyalty to its products to keep it awake. To maintain the loyalty of Telkomsel customers implement several promotional strategies that one of them is telemarketing. The purpose of this research is to know how to apply telemarketing used by Telkomsel Branch Semarang. Based on research and theory reviews, telemarketing is divided into two of the inbound telemarketing and outbound telemarketing. Telkomsel Branch Semarang's marketing team uses outbound telemarketing to increase customer product understanding, optimize usage of Telkomsel providers, and meet sales targets. This method of research is a qualitative descriptive method, which aims to describe and describe the characteristics of the phenomenon. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, library studies, and Internet media. Based on the results and discussion of the author's review, the telemarketing used proved successful.

This study aims to map spiritual values ​​that encourage Pesantren Entrepreneur Al-Mawaddah to conduct entrepreneurship movements and their application in real action. This research is a field research with qualitative-descriptive method which took place at the Pesantren Entrepreneur Al-Mawaddah, Honggosoco Village, Jekulo, Kudus. As a method of searching data, interview, observation and documentation techniques have been carried out. Then, in the analysis phase has been used Miles and Huberman analysis techniques with 4 stages of analysis ; collecting data, data reduction, data display, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this study have mapped Core Values ​​Ahli Sorga (which contains 9 values) as a spiritual value that encourages Pesantren Al-Mawaddah to develop entrepreneurship. This value is the result of reflection and internalization of the gusjigang ideology inherited from Sunan Kudus. These spiritual values ​​have been implemented by pesantren in the form of: (1) pesantren which are honest and trustworthy in carrying out various business fields and safeguarding the products of the community, (2) charity activities in the form of mass circumcision and orphanage, sewing skills training and make snacks, agricultural technology training, (3) balance in carrying out ibadatullah (compulsory worship, recitation of kitab kuning) and imarathul ardh in the form of entrepreneurship development, (4) formulation of vision and action conducted by founders and caregivers from a young age, encouraging santri to have similar visions and missions. (5) making Core Values Ahli Sorga ​​as an autosuggestion in santri to have the spirit of entrepreneurship.

This thesis conducted under the title " Practice Teachers and Students in the holy Kitab Khuluq 'Aẓīm di Dayah Darussaadah Cabang Faradis Kecamatan Panteraja Kabupaten Pidie Jaya ". The Background of this thesis because directly about the teachers and student’s behaviour understanding and implementating toward the holy kitab wich written directly by the dayah founder. Furthermore know , this thesis aimed to know kinds teachers and student’s behavior in the holy kitab, teachers and student’s under standing toward the teachers and student’s behavior regarding to the Khulq ‘Aẓim holy kitab, thus their implementation toward the conten of holy kitab. Moreover, this field research conduted by using qualitative, descriptive method in dayah Darussaadah Faradis Panteraja Pidie Jaya ,in addition, the resource of the data is Kitab and the teacher and student Khuluq ‘Aẓim holy kitab and the teachers and student’s Implementation to ward the conten of it, leader of the dayah as well. The data was collected by interview and obsevtion.The instrumen of the data collection was interview sheet and observation. Moreover, the twhich became the source of data is the Book of Practice adab teachers and students in the book of Khulqun 'azhim, The tehnique of data analisys was qualitative descriptive. Further The result of research shows that tis that the were number is 16 kinds of behavior teacher, and 24 kinds of students behavior. In conclussion almost of the dayah understood and implementation this behavior.

This paper aims for several research objectives. It aims to find out the agribusiness sectors developed by Al-Mawaddah Entrepreneurial Pesantren. It also aims to find out the empowerment of agribusiness developed by this pesantren. Last, it also aims to determine the impact of empowering agribusiness developed on improving the economy Al-Mawaddah Entrepreneurial Pesantren’s alumni. This research is a field research. The approach used by researcher is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy. Research location is at Pesantren Entrepreneur Al-Mawaddah Honggosoco Kudus RT. 06/ RW. 01, Jekulo District, Kudus Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that: (1) the agribusiness sector that was developed at Al-Mawaddah Entrepreneurial Pesantren touched only agriculture and educational sectors. It yet touches other agribusiness sectors, such as fisheries or livestock. The agricultural sector developed includes: agricultural food crops, such as: rice, corn, soybeans, vegetables, and cassava, fruit crops, such as: longan, and dragon fruit. They even plant within the premise sugar cane plantation; (2) Agribusiness Empowerment developed by Al-Mawaddah Entrepreneurial Pesantren consists of three stages, namely: input, process, and output; (3) Agribusiness entrepreneurship is better than working under other people (companies) because apart from freedom, the income generated is also higher.
