Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the causes of the hight of the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia. Maternal mortality in Bantul regency has been increased than the last. The incident of prevention of midwives in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during labor proses. To find out the relationship between the length of work and the behavior of midwives in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in Bantul regency. This study included a type of correlation study with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with cluster sampling totaling 68 midwives in five health centers. Retrieval of data in this study used an observation sheet to see the actions of midwifes in conducting active management in the third stage as preventive measure for postpartum hemorrhage and the identity sheet of respondents to see the length of work that had been undertaken by midwives. The result of this research showed that the mayority of midwives who have length work ≥ 10 years, it was 47 people (69%), and midwives who have good behavior in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage was 40 people (58,8%). The result of correlation test between length work and midwives behavior in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage obtained p = value 0,851 (p > 0,05). There no relatinship of long work with the behavior of midwives in theprevention of postpartum hemorrhage in Bantul regency.

Maternal mortality due to postpartum  hemorrhage occurs a lot in health services, one of the factors that influence it is the behavior of health workers in the prevention of postpartum  hemorrhage. The behavior of midwives in preventing postpartum  hemorrhage is closely related to the competencies seen from the training attended. Objective: To find out the relationship between training and the behavior of midwives in preventing postpartum  hemorrhage in Bantul Regency. Methods: We used a correlation study with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with cluster sampling totaling 68 midwives in five community health centers. Retrieval of data in this study used an observation sheet to see the actions of midwives in conducting active management in the third stage as a preventive measure for postpartum  bleeding and the identity sheet of respondents to see the training that had been attended by midwives. Stunting adalah kegagalan memenuhi pertumbuhan seperti memenuhi mikronutrien, lingkungan yang tidak mendukung dan penyediaan perawatan yang tidak adekuat yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi pertumbuhan balita. Asupan gizi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya stunting. Mengetahui Perbedan pola pemberian nutrisi pada balita dengan stunting dan non-stunting di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturaden. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan observasi analitik, dengan desain cross sectional . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok kasus yaitu balita stunting dan kelompok kontrol yaitu balita non stunting. Jumlah sampel 68 terdiri dari 34 balita  stunting dan 34 balita non stunting, dengan metode teknik cluster sampling pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner, analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar ibu pada balita yang mengalami stunting pola pemberian nutrisi tidak tepat terdiri dari 26 responden (76,5%) dan sebagian besar ibu pada balita yang non-stunting pola pemberian nutrisi tepat terdiri dari 23 responden (67,6%). Terdapat perbedaan pola pemberian nutrisi pada balita dengan stunting dan non-stunting di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturaden (p-value= 0,0001). Terdapat Perbedaan Pola Pemberian Nutrisi Pada Balita Dengan Stunting dan Non-stunting Di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan BaturadenStunting is a condition resulted from the  failure to meet daily needs of micronutrients. An environment that is not supportive and providing inadequate treatment can affect the conditions of toddlers' growth. Nutrient intake is one of the factors that influences stunting.To illustrate the differences in providing nutritional pattern for toddlers with stunting and non-stunting in Rempoah village, Baturaden sub district. It was a quantitative study using analytic observation with a cross sectional design. The populations in this study were stunting toddlers as the case groups and non-stunting toddlers as the control group. There were 68 toddlers as the samples. There were 34 stunting toddlers and 34 non-stunting toddlers who classified by cluster sampling technique. The samples were collected by purposive sampling. Questionnaire sheets were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. The results discovered that there were 26 respondents (76.5%) with stunting because of improper nutritional patterns. There were 23 respondents (67.6%) with non-stunting because of proper nutritional patterns. There were differences in the administration of nutritional patterns for toddlers with stunting and non-stunting in Rempoah Village, Baturaden District (p-value = 0,0001). The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is one of the inpatient rooms in a hospital the purpose of observing, treating and treating patients who are in danger of life due to organ failure. Changes that occur in patients can cause pressure and become a burden for the family as caregivers and can have an impact on family psychology such as depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and depression in the families of patients who were treated in the ICU Banyumas Hospital. This study is a correlation study with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were the families of patients who were treated at the ICU at Banyumas Hospital as many as 32 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study used the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was no relationship between spiritual well-being and depression in the families of patients treated in the ICU room at Banyumas Hospital (p value 0.088 < 0.05). The better the spiritual welfare of the patient's family, the less the risk of experiencing depression when the patient is admitted to the ICU. Keywords: spiritual well-being, depression, ICU

<p>Hemodialysis is a static treatment to substitute kidney function. Without a substitute therapy for kidney, a death as a results of metabolic abnormality can occur rapidly. Common issues on clients undergoing hemodialysis are gaining body weight in between two times dialysis which can affect the quality of life of patients if it is not get the good treatment. This research aimed to identify corelations weight gain in between the two time of dialysis to the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. This was a descriptive correlation study with cross-sectional design, samples were taken with accidental sampling technique consisted of 61 people. Data were analized by Kendal Tau Test(τ). The results of the statistics kendal tau (τ) indicated its value pearson kendal tau (-0,009) with p value 0,938, the fi gures were larger than standard significance α: 0.05, thats mean the hypothesis of this research was rejected. Conclusion, there was no a signifi cant corelation weight gaining in between two time of dialysis to the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.</p>

The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. Intelligence is the ability to apply the knowledge and experiences that have been gained into the effort tasks are challenging and flexible book. Behaviour is an action that involves aspects of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Goal: This study aims to determine the relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Method: This study uses correlation with cross sectional design. The study population was all students / i Ners Level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan as 65. The samples used were 65 respondents, the sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study using questionnaire and observation sheets by using product moment test person. Result: Intelligence students as many as 30 people (46.2%) classified as having an average level of intelligence. A total of 32 people (49.2%) classified as well-behaved students. Person product moment test results obtained p value = 0.172 where a significant level of p> 0.05 so that this value proves that the absence of a relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Conclusion: Recommended for institutions, motivating students in balancing the behavior and intelligence.

Analysis of factors Affecting The Participant Pregnant Women Gymnactics in BPS Nina Surabaya. Pregnant women should get treatment during pregnancy. Treatment during pregnancy or antenatal care can be done via examination of pregnancy, pregnancy exercise, nutrition and other compliance requirements. Pregnancy exercise is an exercise undertaken to prepare and train the muscles so that it can be used to function optimally in a normal delivery.This study uses an analytical method with cross sectional design prospective. Sampling using total sampling technique. The independent variable is education, parity and maternal knowledge, while the dependent variable is exclusive breastfeeding. Data were analyzed using chi square test.The results showed a correlation between age and support of husband / family with the participation of pregnant women during pregnancy exercise with a p-value of <0.05, whereas for education and parity are not related to the participation of pregnant women against pregnancy exercise with a value of p>0.05.The conclusions of this study are the factors that influence the participation of pregnant women during pregnancy exercise is aged and the support of husband / family.

In line with current industrial growth which requires labor as the dominant element that manages raw materials, machinery, equipment and other processes in the workplace. Each workplace contains a variety of potential hazards that can affect the health of the workforce or can cause occupational diseases that are work stress. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between work duration and noise and work stress in paving block production unit workers at UD. Rizki Assila Ulfa Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang Regency 2020. This research uses analytical descriptive method using cross sectional design. The population in this study were 30 paving block production unit workers with the sampling technique using Total Sampling. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square statistical test with α = 0.05. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between work duration and noise with work stress on paving block production unit workers at UD. Rizki Assila Ulfa Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang Regency in 2020, namely the length of work p value (0.005) <α (0.05), and noise p value (0.031) < α (0.05). Based on the results of research it is recommended to workers that workers condemn personal protection by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs that can protect the ears from noise caused by machines, so as to reduce exposure to noise that can interfere with health.

<p>HIV infection in pregnant women can threaten the life of the mother and the mother can transmit the virus to their babies. Sleman PHC registered 2 people including one pregnant woman and one women of childbearing age in the year of 2014. Incidence of pregnant women suffering from HIV-AIDS in 2014 is 1 patients and detected from PITC test results for 7 weeks in a row is 1 patient. And in January year of 2015 found 1 patient with 3 times test and the results was positive. The purpose of this study was to determine relationship between Knowledge Level of Pregnant women about HIV/AIDS and Behaviour of PITC (Provider Initiated Test and Counselling) test. This study was a quantitative analysis of correlation with cross-sectional design. The population of this study were all pregnant women checkups at the health center in Yogyakarta Sleman. The sampling technique was used accidental sampling study which consisted of 72 respondents. The analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results showed that most respondents aged 20-35 (72.2%), senior high school education (47.2%) and work as a housewife (IRT) (38.9%). Most respondents have good knowledge about HIV/AIDS were 50 respondents (69.4%). Most respondents perform checks PITC were 71 respondents (98.6%). There was no relationship between knowledge level of pregnant women about HIV/AIDS and Behaviour of PITC (p-value=0.243&gt;0.005). In Conclusion, There was no relationship between knowledge level of pregnant women about HIV/AIDS and Behaviour of PITC in Sleman, Yogyakarta.</p>
