The global pandemic forced educational institutions worldwide to adapt to a new, fully online concept of education and a rapid digitalization to keep providing their services to learners. This paper reports on the digitalization process of the Independent Learning Center (ILC) and the Learning Advisory Program (LAP) unit at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University (AYBU), Turkey. The interrelated digitalization stories of the two units include the provision of learning resources and activities to learners with digital tools and their responses to the new format. Despite the challenges involved, the ILC has offered a considerably higher number of extracurricular activities than in face-to-face education days and reached a higher number of learners in the 2020-2021 academic year. As for the LAP, the participants’ reflections showed how opportunities for offering engaging activities in the LAP created a cascading impact of affordances for both the individual learners and the members of the larger community.

The chapter contains the results of the research dedicated to the topic that has not been given much attention so far in the professional literature – discovering effective ways of developing students' programming abilities with the means of non-programming disciplines and activities. The authors argue that the process of forming capacities of students in programming becomes effective if students participate not only in programming lessons themselves but also dedicate a significant amount of time to other academic disciplines and extracurricular activities such as solving number-theoretic and chess endgame problems. The authors find that these disciplines and activities provide efficient means for developing programming capacities and therefore, their methods are the essential prerequisites for programming course. The significance of the obtained results is that they provide an effective alternative approach to organization of programming teaching process in those educational institutions where the traditional methodology does not bring the desired pedagogical effect.

The paper examines the current situation of grammar school’ libraries, which are being trans-formed into library-informational centers. The composition of the library fund is analyzed. The article considers the features of the activity of libraries of General education institutions on the example of libraries of grammar schools in Tomsk. The main areas of activity are defined, such as library lessons, organization of exhibitions, etc. The paper considers the formats of libraries' participa-tion in the educational process and extracurricular activities (organization of events). The representation of grammar school libraries in the virtual spaceis analyzed. The document analysis method was used as the leading method. In general, the representation of libraries on the websites of educational institutions is usually very limited. On some sites, information about libraries is limited to providing brief information about the library or even to having a provision about the library (or library-informational center) as a structural division of the grammar school. The main source of statistical information was the regulations on libraries, open analytical re-ports and reports on self-examination of educational institutions. These documents are presented on the websites of grammar schools. Basic statistical information is provided in open analytical reports and self-research reports. The-se documents determine the current composition of library collections, the volume of the fund of edu-cational and methodical literature, as well as the equipment and capacity of libraries. Open reports, in addition to this information, also contain information about the activities of li-braries: the subject of exhibitions and librarian events. The websites of some grammar schools have provided library work plans, which have also be-come a valuable source of information, since they provide the greatest coverage of the topics and types of events that are held by the library. The regulations on libraries and library and information centers of grammar schools have be-come a source for defining the libraries main tasks, which can be different. The main conclusion to which the author of the article comes: despite the fact that most educa-tional institutions are focused on creating library-informational centers aimed at creating a common information environment, there is a lack of representation of the activities of high school libraries in the virtual space, which is modern and promising.

Abstract:This is a reference work that addresses from a psychoanalytic perspective unteachable, establishing that you can install an educational device that will address the unteachable. Currently shows that education is in crisis , but this crisis is not exclusive of the XXI century also worth mentioning that the crisis referred to, is not by economic but a crisis that is due to lack of symbolic references. This lack of reference is what Bauman define as the transition from one society to another solid liquid, where the values ??have succumbed and social change transgress limits. Educational institutions are no exception; teachers are charged with administrative forms, students are saturated with extracurricular activities. There are a homogenizing discourse which closes the subject’s desire, but the desire is irreducible, manages to get on stage through the symptom. That is where we find children with behavior problems, aggressive children, ADHD, etc, etc. And the education system to invent strategies to cope with these changes. The globalized discourse has taken its share of participation in education , a clear example of this are the ISO standards, there is an approval , have created standards in education was standardized educational discourse, which implies that education for all and neglects all the singular of the speaking , the subject as such is foreclosed. It is therefore necessary to implement an educational device singular approach to the subject, to respect the non-chronological time, but logical human being, since education should facilitate the subject arises, but not to be silenced. Keywords: Learning; Crisis; Family; Hyperactivity; Paradigms; Pedagogy; Psychoanalysis; Psychology; Symbolic;Subject.
