This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the intention to buy KAI Access tickets online through an trust as an intervening variable. The population in this study were millennials generation of Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) users service in Kebumen Regency. This study sample was 100 respondent using the purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis using path analysis with SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant effect on trust. While perceived ease of use do not affect the intention to buy KAI Access tickets online, while the perceived usefulness and trust significantly influences the intention to buy KAI Access tickets online.

<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk melalui E Trust, E Saticfaction,terhadap Online Repurchase Intention </em>pada pengguna Gopay yang bertransaksi di UMKM. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dan analisis jalur. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Gojek pada layanan Gopay yang telah menggunakan untuk bertransaksi UMKM pada wilayah sekitar Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 1 bulan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan sekitar 150 Responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik <em>Non Probability Sampling</em> dengan cara <em>Purposive Sampling. </em>Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur pada variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil Sub struktur I adalah <em>Perceived Ease of Use</em>,<em> Perceived Usefulness,</em> dan <em>Perceived Risk</em> memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap <em>E Trust. </em>Sub struktur II menunjukkan <em>Perceived Ease of Use </em>dan<em> Perceived Usefulness</em> memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap <em>E Satisfaction, Perceived Risk </em>memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap <em>E Satisfaction.</em> Sub Struktur III menunjukkan <em>Perceived Ease of Use </em>dan <em>Perceived Usefulness</em> memiliki hubungan signifikan pada <em>Online Repurchase Intention,</em> sementara<em> Perceived Risk, e-Trust, dan e-satisfaction</em> tidak<em> </em>memiliki hubungan signifikan pada<em> Online Repurchase Intention.</em></strong></p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk through E Trust, E Saticfaction, on Online Repurchase Intention on Gopay users who transact at UMKM.. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The sample of this research is Go-Jek application users on Go-Pay services who have used MSME transactions in the area around Al Azhar University in Indonesia within 1 month. For this reason, this research requires around 150 Respondents. Sampling in this study is to use the Non Probability Sampling technique by Purposive Sampling. From the results of the study using path analysis on these variables. Sub-structure I shown that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk has a significant relationship to E Trust. Sub-structure II shown that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk has a significant relationship to E Satisfaction. This study was aimed to determine the effect of (1) the perceived ease of use, (2) the perceived usefulness, (3) the attitude towards using, and (4) the intention to use in using the E-commerce on the SMEs in Bengkulu city. The characteristics of the SMEs that were used in this study are the SMEs that are listed on the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Bengkulu city in the marketing field, that have not using the E-commerce for business activities yet, but already familiar with E-commerce in private, and already completed the training related to electronic commerce, SMEs recording and accounting. The populations in this study were the SMEs registered in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Bengkulu City in the marketing field. Based on the Purposive Sampling Method, the samples obtained were 87 SMEs. The data is analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0 M3. The analysis shows that the perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness, ease of use perceived positively effects the attitudes towards using, the perceived usefulness positively effects the attitudes towards using, the perceived usefulness positively effects the intention to use, and attitudes towards using positively influences the intention to use in using e-commerce in SMEs in Bengkulu city.Key words: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards using, intention to use

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on consumer attitudes and the impact on purchase decision at PT Tokopedia in Jabodetabek. Population in this study is the entire PT Tokopedia consumers in Jabodetabek, and the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data in this study were collected through questionnaire using Likert scale from 119 respondents who had transaction at least once in the last three months at PT Tokopedia. Data is processed using Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) software version 8.8. The result shows that perceived ease of use has negative and insignificant impact on consumer attitudes, perceived usefulness has positive and significant impact on consumer attitudes, perceived ease of use has positive and insignificant impact on purchase decision, perceived usefulness has positive and insignificant impact on purchase decision, and consumer attitudes has positive and significant impact on purchase decision.

This study examines the effects of knowledge, trust, enjoyment, risk, and culture on perceived ease of use, attitudes, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention for choosing Jambi mobile banking services. Survey and verification methods were used with a sample of 400 units. Furthermore, this study used an accidental sampling method and analyzed data through Path Analysis. The findings of the study demonstrated that knowledge, enjoyment, and risk directly and significantly affect Indonesian customer attitudes, while a trust does not influence perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention. Moreover, risk and culture directly and significantly affect perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.

Purpose – This study investigates the consumer’s technology adoption toward electronic commerce. In addition to the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use derived from TAM, the study included and tested factors like perceived security, perceived product value, personal cost, perceived enjoyment, perceived cost and perceived quality. Design/methodology/approach – A questionnaire was developed primarily based on the available scales in the already published literature. All model constructs requested participants to indicate their perceptions of Likert-style responses. The data analysis was executed using Smart PLS to test the validity and reliability of the measurement instrument.

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing physicians use of the PharmaCloud system in Taiwan through Technology Continuance Theory (TCT) and to construct a TCT-based structured questionnaire to demonstrate the attitude and behavior of physicians in the Taiwanese medical system. It focused on investigating “confirmation”, “perceived usefulness”, “perceived ease of use”, “attitude”, “satisfaction”, and “continuance intention” towards the preload-based comparison and manual search in PharmaCloud by attending physicians during their outpatient clinics. Path analysis was used to analyze the cause and effect relationship between variables. This study collected 528 valid questionnaires and the results of path analysis found that factors affecting physicians’ continued use of preload-based comparison in PharmaCloud included “perceived usefulness”, “satisfaction”, and “attitude” (all p < 0.001); however, factors that influenced physicians’ continued use of manual search in PharmaCloud were only “satisfaction” and “attitude” (all p < 0.001). Additionally, the effects of “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use” on “satisfaction” could only be seen in preload-based comparison in PharmaCloud. In conclusion, when physicians’ actual use of PharmaCloud met their expectations, physicians had higher levels of confirmation and better perceived usefulness, which naturally increased their satisfaction and attitude towards PharmaCloud and positively prompted them to continue using it.

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. Abstract Purpose: This study examined the influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and income on interest in using paylater services. Research Methodology: The population in this study was the people of DKI Jakarta who know the Shopee Paylater service. The research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, with an affordable population calculation obtained 400 samples. The research method used was a quantitative method with multiple regression models. Data were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Results: The results of the study partially show that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the interest of using paylater services; perceived ease of use has no positive and significant influence on interest of using paylater services; and income has a positive and significant influence on interest of using paylater services. Limitations: It is necessary to investigate other variables that can affect interest in using paylater services. Contribution: E-commerce companies should develop factors that influence consumer interest in using paylater and increase consumer knowledge before using paylater services. <p>TAM (<em>technology acceptance model) </em>adalah salah satu model perilaku pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dimana dalam penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pemanfaatan e-learning. Model ini menyediakan dasar teori untuk menelusuri faktor yang menjelaskan pemakaian <em>e-learning </em>dan menghubungkannya dengan kinerja pemakai. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-learning, konfirmasi pemakai, kemudahan dalam penggunaan e-learning terhadap minat pemanfaatan e-learning dengan kepuasan pemakai e-learning sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p>Sampel yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 140 responden dengan menggunakan metode <em>purposive sampling </em>yaitu pengambilan sampel yang didasarkan dengan kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu mahasiswa STMIK Provisi yang masih aktif mengikuti perkuliahan dengan e-materi kuliah berbasis e-learning.
