The problems that occur in the soybean tempe home industry are the competition in the market sector and unstable prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the assignment of employees in performing their works and to distribute them to each destination with the shortest distance. The research method used is assignment, networking using the assistance of the operations management software program - quantitative methods (POM-QM) for windows. The data used are the primary data conducted in a preliminary study. In addition, data collection techniques are carried out in several ways, namely interviews, observation and schedule recording. The finding provides optimal results for all four employees based on suitable jobs. Each employee is employee 1 with a type of laundering taking 17 minutes. Employees 2 with a kneading type of work taking 35 minutes. Eemployees 3 with wrapping job type taking 10 minutes. Meanwhile, eemployees 4 is breawing taking 15 minutes. In addition, the distribution of tempe to the destination point with the shortest route produces a distance of 76 km.

The problems that occur in the home food industry is competition and raw material prices are not stable. The purpose of this study is to determine the assignment of the employee with his job and distribution to any point of destination by the shortest distance. The research Model used is the assignment, networking and using the help of software programs operations management – quantitative methods (POM-QM) for windows. In addition, the data collection technique done in several ways, namely interview, observation and recording schedule. The results of this research to obtain optimal results for the five employees based on a suitable job. Each employee are employee 1 with the type of occupation fry and takes 400 minutes. Employee 2 with the type of work to mix the marinade and takes 15 minutes. Employee 3 with this type of work gives the herbs and takes 30 minutes. Employee 4 with the type of work wrap up and takes 400 minutes. While the employee 5 with the type of work pack and takes 300 minutes. In addition the distribution to the point of destination with the shortest path produces the distance 148,9 km.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. Perceptions of pedestrian convenience on the pedestrian path of Gajah Mada Street Denpasar. Gajah Mada Street as an economic and tourist area requires good and comfortable physical infrastructure to support easy accessibility and circulation of visitors to the area. One of the physical infrastructures is a pedestrian lanewhich functions as an access to support pedestrian activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical conditions of the pedestrian paths and to determine the perception of pedestrian comfort on the pedestrian path at Gajah Mada Street. The research method used in this research is a survey method byperforming primary data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that there are physical conditions and supporting facilities for the damaged pedestrian paths, in the form of materials and street furniture such as: seats, trash cans and roadside plants. Based on the assessment of perceptional respondents about the condition of pedestrian path has been considered comfortable and safe. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the damaged pedestrians. The purpose of improving pedestrian facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate the pedestrians in order to be comfortable and safe in carrying outactivities on the pedestrian path.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

This study aims to answer the problems regarding the difficulties experienced by students in learning speaking English at the MAN Palangka Raya Class Model SchoolThe research method used in this research is Analitycal Research which takes a descriptive step of combining qualitative methods with quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of class XI.I.S-1 and XI.I.S-2 in MAN Palangka Raya Model which amounted to 65 students. Sampling, researchers used purposive sampling and used homogenous samples taken from one of six types of purposive sampling. The data collection method used is observation, interview, test and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the difficulties faced by the students of MAN Model of the class of xi.i.s class include: the interaction pattern is still simple, this is evidenced by the results of the scores without scores, because the patterns used by students for homogeneous and simple presentations.

In mining exploitation in Indonesia, every business actor is required to have a Mining Business License prior to carrying out such mining activities and / or businesses. This permit can be obtained from the government, because a permit is a one-sided government act based on statutory regulations to be applied to concrete events according to certain procedures and conditions. However, in fact there are many mining business actors who carry out mining activities without obtaining a permit, so the author is interested in knowing the factors that cause illegal mining to occur. And the research method used in this writing is using the juridical-normative method, where the data collection techniques are researched through literature studies, law books, and other literature. In addition, the authors also use primary data, namely by conducting interviews with parties who are aware of the illegal mining case. The factor that led to illegal mining excavation in Sukatani Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency, was the demand for a national project for the Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road, so this project was used as a justification for mining entrepreneurs to carry out mining activities without having an official permit from the government.

The Right

Franchising is a marketing concept in order to expand the business to support the economy, in this case there are often problems related to the agreement that has been set. Therefore, a legal protection is needed for the recipient of the right. The purpose of this study is to reveal the choice of agreement in the implementation of franchise agreements in Indonesia and the form of legal protection for franchisees in Indonesia. The research method in this study is normative research focusing on the behavior of the legal community and through legal science book references. Sources of data used are primary data by examining regulations related to franchises and secondary data by examining literature, books, papers and journals. Data collection techniques by classifying primary legal materials with secondary legal materials as a support. Analysis of Legal Materials obtained by qualitative analysis. The results of the study reveal that the franchise business in Indonesia has been regulated in the provisions of PP No. 42 of 2007 concerning franchising, for the legal requirements for the establishment of a franchise business, it must meet the provisions in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, and the form of legal protection for franchisees is contained in Article 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 12/ MDAG/Per/3/2006 so the franchisor cannot terminate the agreement at any time or at any time.

This  aims to find out How to Purchase Transactions Effects Online Through Instagram Media and How to Remedy The aggrieved party in buying and selling online through Instagram media. This study uses a normative research method with data collection techniques used to solve the problem formulation, namely the literature data obtained based on legislation and literature or official books. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative approach to primary data and secondary data. The results of the study can be concluded that the rights and obligations of the parties who made a sale and purchase agreement through the Instagram media can bring about a result of the agreement. From this we can know which obstacles arise from the rights and obligations of the sale and purchase agreement. And if a dispute has occurred, then legal protection can be carried out preventively and repressively. And can be continued with efforts to resolve the dispute.
