The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

ABSTRACT: One of the important factors in improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by training and developing employees to achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, with the technique of determining saturated sampling. The research was conducted through questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kasumatama Mitra Selaras, which is an outsourcing company with a total of 37 respondents. This questionnaire calculation with the technique of calculating the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression equations. With the SPSS 21 application, the correlation coefficient results are 0.650 and the results are categorized as strong. the determination coefficient can be seen that 0.422 or 42.2% of PT Kusumatama Mitra Selaras performance variables can be influenced by the training variable and the remaining 57.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation table of the regression equation can be obtained the equation is Y = 13.155 + 0.662 X. From the equation of the function it can be said that if training is constant or is 0 then Y (Performance) is equal to 13.155 with a regression coefficient of 0.662.

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, convenience and price to the purchase decision. Data collection of research through giving questionnaires to 90 respondents with purposive sampling method to determine the responses of respondents to each variable. Based on the result of research, we get regression equation Y = 3,836 + 0,332X_1 + 0,229X_2 + 0,329X_3 and in t test we get significant value 0.000 smaller than significance value a = 0,05, that trust, easiness and price have positive and significant effect to online purchasing decisions on Tokopedia online selling site at STIE Student "KBP" Padang. The influence of these three independent variables on the dependent variable is strong enough where the coefficient of determination result is applied by R2 value of 58,3% and trust, easiness and price simultaneously influence to decision of online purchasing at Tokopedia online selling site (case on STIE Student "KBP" Padang).

The purpose of this research is to describe liquidity,solvability, profitability and stock pricesand to know influence of liquidity, solvability and profitabilityto stock prices at the Companieslisted in LQ 45 Index.The research was using qualitative desriptive analysis and quantitative desriptive analysis. The data collection was using documentation. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, correlation coeffient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing.The result of regression are liquidity, solvability and profitability have a negative effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The results analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient is known that there is a medium relationship between liquidity, solvability and profitability of stock prices and stock prices are more influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of F testit is known that liquidity, solvability and profitability have a significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index simultaneously. The results of the t test it is known that partially liquidity and solvability have a significant effect and profitability has no significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The suggestion of this research is that the company should manage current assets optimally to increase revenue, control the use of debt, and distribute dividends to investors so that investors are interested in investing capital in the company.

Presenter is a person whose job is to bring and convey information, or a narrative in a television program. Interest is defined as a feeling of liking or pleasure as well as feeling attracted to an object or activity without instructions and usually there is a tendency to look for the object that you like. Tonight Show is a NET TV talk show hosted by four presenters. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are members of the Tonight Mania community Whatsapp group. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that there is a strong influence from the Tonight Show host on the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania Community. This is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient test of 0.691 and the influence of 47% obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on simple linear regression testing, the results show that the Tonight Show host gives a positive value to the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania community, and based on the results of the t test, the results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Presenter adalah orang yang bertugas untuk membawakan serta menyampaikan sebuah informasi, atau narasi dalam sebuah program televisi. Minat diartikan sebagai rasa suka  atau  senang serta rasa tertarik terhadap suatu objek atau aktivitas tanpa adanya suruhan dan biasanya muncul kecenderungan untuk mencari objek yang disenangi tersebut. Tonight Show merupakan sebuah acara talkshow NET TV yang dipandu oleh empat pembawa acara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden yang tergabung dalam grup Whatsapp komunitas Tonight Mania. Berdasarkan peneltian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari pembawa acara Tonight Show terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada Komunitas Tonight Mania. Hal itu ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,691 serta adanya pengaruh sebesar 47% yang didapatkan dari hasil uji koefesien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear sederhana didapatkan hasil bahwa pembawa acara Tonight Show memberikan nilai positif terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada komunitas Tonight Mania, serta berdasarkan hasil dari uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of price and reputation of the company to the perception of quality, and. influence perceptions of quality and customer satisfaction on buying interest again. Benefits Research, provide knowledge to the community, especially for those who want to engage in the business world and is related to the maintenance of the brand as well as maintaining the presence of the customer. For education. Contributing to the academic community about the importance of managing the variables that can affect the buying interest from consumers through the perception of quality and customer satisfaction. Total sample of 96 respondents, the method of collecting data through questioner and documentation, methods of data analysis by regression. The results of the first regression equation: PK = 10.034 + 0,873H + 0,17RP. This means that the variable price and the reputation of the Company has a positive influence on perception of quality. The correlation coefficient (r) = .743. The coefficient of determination (r2) = .552049, meaning that the variable Variable Price and Company Reputation able to explain 55.2% of the Quality Perception, while 44.8% are influenced by other factors. T value (price) is greater than t table means partially Price has a significant effect on the perception of quality. Corporate Reputation While the variable is not significant. F count> F table, then the variable price and the reputation of the Company has a significant influence simultaneously on Quality Perception. The results of the second regression equation: MBU = 6.227 + 0.018 + 0.705 KP PK means that the variable Perception Quality and Customer Satisfaction indicates a positive value towards Interests Buy Re. The correlation coefficient (r) = 0,703 meaning variable correlation Perception Quality and Customer Satisfaction toward Interests Buy Re have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination of 0.490 or 49.0% variable Perception Quality and Customer Satisfaction able to explain to the Interests Buy Birthday while 51% are influenced by other factors. Tcount variable 0.378 Quality Perception is smaller than ttabel 1960. Then H0 and H1 accepted, meaning variable Quality Perception has no significant effect partially on Interests Buy Birthday while variable customer satisfaction significantly. F count larger than F table, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Perception variable means Quality and Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence simultaneously towards Interests Buy Re. Based on the results of the study should the company need to increase the company's reputation through improved attributes offered through its products. and that companies need to improve the attributes offered by its products so that customers increasingly high quality of perception.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of leadership style on the performance of PT Jaya Inter Supra employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data, which researchers collect from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The population and sample are all employees of PT Jaya Inter Supra, as many as 70 respondents. The results showed leadership style has a strong relationship with employee performance by obtaining a correlation coefficient r = 0.646, and the contribution of leadership style influence on employee performance with a coefficient of determination r2 of 41.73% while the remaining 48.27 is influenced by other factors outside research conducted. Significance test results obtained from the results of tcount> ttable is 6.972> 3.448 so it can be concluded that the leadership style (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y.) Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja PT Jaya Inter Supra. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif, sedangkan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Jaya Inter Supra yang berjumlah 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpina mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerja dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi r= 0,646. Hal ini mengacu pada tabel 4.16 bahwa nilai korelasi antara (0,60-0,799) dinyatakan kuat. Sedangkan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pekerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 41,73% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 41,73%) = 58,27 dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji signifikan didapat dari hasil > yaitu 6,972 > 3,448 yang artinya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Artinya gaya kepemimpinan (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y).

This study aims to examine how strong the influence of Personal Selling on Interest in Purchasing New Generation PRUlink products for Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia customers. The data of this study were obtained from the results of questionnaires of 153 Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia customers regarding interest in purchasing New Generation PRUlink products. In this study the research method used is quantitative which aims to test the instrument using the validity, reliability and normality test. The results of data processing using SPSS states that the variable Personal selling (X) influences significantly to the variable purchase interest (Y). Correlation coefficient test results explained there will be a strong relationship between Personal selling (X) to the variable buying interest (Y). Meanwhile, the dimensions that support the effectiveness of personal selling include ability approaching, presentation, handling objection, and closing. The ability to start communication, presenting products, being able to answer prospective customer questions, and close communication well, be an attraction for prospective customers to be the customer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti seberapa kuat pengaruh Personal Selling terhadap Minat Beli produk PRUlink Generasi Baru nasabah Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia. Data penelitian  diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 153 nasabah Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia mengenai minat beli produk PRUlink Generasi Baru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Pengujian instrumen berupa uji Validitas, Reliabilitas dan Normalitas. Pengolahan data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) dan memperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Personal selling (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Minat beli (Y). Hasil uji koefisien korelasi menjelaskan akan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara Personal selling (X) terhadap variabel Minat beli (Y). Adapun, dimensi yang mendukung efektivitas personal selling meliputi kemampuan pendekatan, presentasi, mengatasi keberatan, dan penutupan. Kemampuan dalam membuka komunikasi, mempresentasikan produk, mampu menjawab pertanyaan calon nasabah, dan menutup komunikasi dengan baik, sehingga mampu menarik calon nasabah membeli produk asuransi.

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The research method used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through surveys. The subjects of this study were 30 employees of PT Diken Engginering in Bekasi City. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale. The validity of the data is obtained by testing the validity and reliability, all data have a normal distribution. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R) 2 is work motivation and the work environment has a strong relationship with employee performance by 64.7%.

This research was aimed to determine the influence of debt ratio to the return on investment  at PT Jamkrida Jabar. The research method used was quantitative method, while the data collection techniques used were by observation and literature study. The data management used SPSS (statistical product and service solutions).             From the research conducted, it was obtained the correlation coefficient of 0,984 indicated that there is a very strong influence of debt ratio to the return on investment (ROI) at PT Jamkrida Jabar. While the coefficient of determination is 96,8% indicated that the return on investment influenced by the debt ratio and remaining 3,2% was influenced by other factors.             The Suggestion that can be given by the writer that the company expected to use their own capital to finance its assets, in order to avoid obstacles that will result in increased assets financed by debt so that the company’s revenue may increase.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a land transportation service company that prioritizes customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine excellent service, to determine customer satisfaction and to determine the relationship of excellent service with customer satisfaction at Pasar Senen Station in Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative methods with questionnaires and interviews analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Population of 100 respondents using saturated sample techniques. The results showed that the correlation of 0.746 which means that there is a very strong relationship between excellent service and customer satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination test it is known that the R Square value of 55.6% and the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Excellent Service, Customer Satisfaction
