The growing rapid infrastructure jobs have been acknowledged in line with rapid development of instfrastructure project in this nation. PT BBB is a prominent construction enterprise with specialize in both corporate and government project. As such project profoundly depend on human worker, a number of accident occurred which caused delay to finish scheduled task. This study aim to mapping degree of accident risk in order to mitigate risk likelihood. Job Safety Analysis is used as research approach. This research begun in determining working activities breakdown, followed by describing and  identifing hazards in each working activity, and finally propose a mitigating scenario in order to eliminate work accidents. The results showed that there were 208 accidents. Those accidents have been calculated from seven working activities breakdown. Furthermore, it is  found 22 potential hazards with likelihood risk as follow :  4 potential hazards is consideredaas low level risk, 8 potential hazards is determined in  moderate level risk, 6 potential hazard is classified in high level risk and finally 4 potential hazards is considered as extreme level risk.

Abstract This research is about Application of 5R methods ((Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) and indentification of hazard potential in Chemical Warehouse. And it aims to improve the work environment in the laboratory by using the 5R work method and identify potential hazards contained. Analysis of the two problems was carried out using several methods, namely for the implementation of warehouse layout with the 5R method, and for work safety using hazard identification & risk assessment using Pareto Chart Analysis to discuss the level of work accident risk from the highest to the lowest, and proceed by using a Fishbone Chart Analysis to analyze the types of work accidents from the factors that cause the risk of accidents. The index value before the application of 5R has a value of 20%, while the index value after improvement is 75.6% and the result of hazard identification has 23 hazard risks from 7 activities with an area that has a very high level of hazard risk. Keywords: 5R, occupational safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, work accidents, Chemical Warehouse

Number of work accidents in Kab. Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra in 2012 there were 837 cases of work accidents, in 2013 it increased to 903 cases, in 2014 there were 1050 cases, in 2015 there were a decrease in cases to 956 cases, in 2016 there was an increase in work accident cases to 1535 cases. This study aims to find and prevent potential hazards by identifying hazards, assessing and controlling risks to workers. This study used the JSA method with univariate analysis. The study population was 155 workers with a sample of 112 respondents. This study uses the Jobs Safety Analysis (JSA) sheet by means of observation and interviews and then presents the results of the analysis of the checklist and questionnaire in tabular form. There are two stages of high-risk work with a score of 20 (16-24) in the uncoiling section, two stages of high-risk work with a score of 20 (16-24) in the accumulating section, three high-risk stages with a score of 16 (16-24) in the forming section and sizing, four high-risk stages with a score of 16 (16-24) on the packing section. Risk control is carried out at high risks that produce a large enough impact. It is hoped that the company should carry out risk control in the form of engineering by assembling machines that are safe, productive and efficient.

Work accidents that occured in Indonesia, 32% are accidents from the construction sector. The construction  sector is a sector with a work environment where there were so many hazard risks. Cable tray installation is one of the jobs in a construction project. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of the steps in the installation of cable tray and the its risk. The process of identifying work accident risk in this study uses Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Falling from height is one of the workplace accidents in the cable tray installation process. Risk control is needed to prevent work accidents that can occur due to cable tray installation.

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the main means for the prevention of workplace accidents, disabilities, and deaths for employees. One way to identify hazards is to use a work safety analysis or better known as the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), which can examine work methods and find hazards from the design of machines, tools, materials, environment, and work processes needed for workers to prevent interference with work safety. This study aims to analyze and determine the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to reduce the number of work accidents at PT. Geoservices Sangatta. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) (X) is used as an independent variable while Work Accident (Y) is the dependent variable. Primary data obtained through interviews directly with 5 employees of PT. Geoservices Sangatta. Secondary data obtained through data that is already available at PT. Geoservices Sangatta. The results showed that in the process of carrying out the work of PT. Geoservices Sangatta had made a policy that was committed to implementing occupational safety and health, as well as identifying hazards and prevention at each stage of the job namely by Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) at PT. Geoservices Sangatta can reduce the number of work accidents as seen from the decreasing number of work accidents that occurred at PT. Geoservices Sangatta in early 2020, although in the implementation there are still some lacking especially in the implementation of safety talk which only runs documents or administration, in practice, they are not routinely carried out. PT. Geoservices Sangatta should follow up with the socialization of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures to all employees, one of which is by conducting training on occupational safety and health so that all employees truly understand and realize how important K3 is to employee safety and health.

The evolution of Mobile Networks and Internet of Things (IoT) architectures allows one to rethink the way smart cities infrastructures are designed and managed, and solve a number of problems in terms of human mobility. The territories that adopt the sensoring era can take advantage of this disruptive technology to improve the quality of mobility of their citizens and the rationalization of their resources. However, with this rapid development of smart terminals and infrastructures, as well as the proliferation of diversified applications, even current networks may not be able to completely meet quickly rising human mobility demands. Thus, they are facing many challenges and to cope with these challenges, different standards and projects have been proposed so far. Accordingly, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been utilized as a new paradigm for the design and optimization of mobile networks with a high level of intelligence. The objective of this work is to identify and discuss the challenges of mobile networks, alongside IoT and AI, to characterize smart human mobility and to discuss some workable solutions to these challenges. Finally, based on this discussion, we propose paths for future smart human mobility researches.

ABSTRACT OXA-232 is an OXA-48-group class D β-lactamase that hydrolyzes expanded-spectrum cephalosporins and carbapenems at low levels. Clinical strains producing OXA-232 are sometimes susceptible to carbapenems, making it difficult to identify them in the clinical microbiology laboratory. We describe the development of carbapenem resistance in sequential clinical isolates of Raoultella ornithinolytica carrying blaOXA-232 in a hospitalized patient, where the ertapenem MIC increased from 0.5 μg/ml to 512 μg/ml and the meropenem MIC increased from 0.125 μg/ml to 32 μg/ml during the course of ertapenem therapy. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) analysis identified loss-of-function mutations in ompC and ompF in carbapenem-resistant isolates that were not present in the initial carbapenem-susceptible isolate. Complementation of a carbapenem-resistant isolate with an intact ompF gene resulted in 16- to 32-fold reductions in carbapenem MICs, whereas complementation with intact ompC resulted in a 2-fold reduction in carbapenem MICs. Additionally, blaOXA-232 expression increased 2.9-fold in a carbapenem-resistant isolate. Rapid development of high-level carbapenem resistance in initially carbapenem-susceptible OXA-232-producing R. ornithinolytica under selective pressure from carbapenem therapy highlights the diagnostic challenges in detecting Enterobacteriaceae strains producing this inefficient carbapenemase.

1. Spores of Nosema apis nearly all germinate within 30 min. after entering the ventriculus of the honeybee.2. The cause of germination in vivo remains unknown, but is probably not a change of osmotic pressure or pH and is probably not due to anaerobic conditions or an enzyme. The agent causing germination is probably unstable and is destroyed when removed from the bee.3. The anterior end of the ventriculus receives an initial heavy infection and the circumstantial evidence which this provides supports the theory that a free living ‘planont’ stage does not exist but that the parasite is injected directly into the host cell from the spore via the hollow polar filament.4. The central region of the ventriculus which contains many granules of calcium phosphate receives the lowest initial infection. It is considered possible that the granules inhibit the initial rapid development of the parasite by maintaining an unfavourably high level of pH until they are eventually dissolved by the slowly developing organism.
