This study aims to 1) determine the multicultural values planting model in Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School. 2) knowing the implementation of multicultural values found in Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School. 3) knowing the impact of planting and implementing multicultural values on the personality of students in the El Qolam Daar Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. While the sources of research are leaders, Islamic boarding schools, head of care, head of worship, principals, teachers / teachers and students. Data collection techniques are done through interviews and observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data inference. The findings in this study are the values of multicultural education found in Islamic Boarding Schools da el-Qolam are exemplary methods and methods of habituation. The impact of the cultivation of multicultural education is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect and acceptance of others, mutual cooperation is not hostile and not mutual there are conflicts due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs. Hopefully this research is useful for Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also beneficial for other educational institutions so that multicultural education can be implemented properly and correctly.

The purpose of the research is to describe code mixing or billingualisme in communication among students of Al Hikmah Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School. Daily conversation among students was analyzed as data of the research. This is descriptive qualitative study which use participant observation technique. technique of analysis was used by the researcher before, during, and after research in the field. This technique emphasize several stages namely data collection, data reduction, display data and conclusion. Data collection was obtained in two weeks then classified  into sub category then drawn conclusion. The findings showed that some code mixings were used by students frequently were Javannese, Indonesia and arabic. The findings showed that billingualism wudu consists of  1) word insertion, 2) phrases insertion, 3) clauses insertion, and 4) idiom insertion.The main factor in using billingualism in communication among students is multicultural, education level of speaker and purpose of speech. This study aims to examine three main problems, namely: multicultural values ​​contained in Islamic Education (PAI) learning; the process of investing multicultural values ​​in PAI learning; methods of character building through multicultural values ​​in PAI learning. The study was conducted at SMK 1 Gerung, West Lombok. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion verification. The findings show that multicultural values ​​contained in PAI learning content include tolerance values, equality values, unity values, kinship values, and justice values. The planting of multicultural values ​​in PAI learning at SMK 1 Gerung uses two methods, namely the exemplary method and the habituation method. The impact of planting multicultural values ​​on students is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect, accepting the opinions of others, mutual cooperation, not hostile, and the absence of conflict due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs, and religion. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tiga permasalahan utama, yaitu: nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran PAI; proses penanaman nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PAI; metode pembinaan karakter melalui nilai multikulturalal dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Gerung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam buku mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi nilai toleransi, nilai kesamaan, nilai persatuan, nilai kekerabatan, dan nilai keadilan. Penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 1 Gerung menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode keteladanan dan metode pembiasaan. Dampak penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural terhadap siswa yaitu tumbuhnya sikap saling toleran, menghormati, menerima pendapat orang lain, saling bekerjasama, tidak bermusuhan, dan tidak adanya konflik karena perbedaan budaya, suku, bahasa, adat istiadat, dan agama.

Al Masruriyyah Islamic Boarding School is one of the huts of the Tebuireng foundation that is still hungry for discipline in obeying the rules of the cottage. Al Masruriyyah Islamic boarding schools apply ta’zir as a form of consequence for santri who violate the rules of the cottage. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of ta’zir in increasing the discipline of santri in Al Masruriyyah Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained will be compiled by reducing/summarizing the data, then presenting the data and drawing conclusions.  Based on the research shows that: the implementation  of ta’zir carried out by the management and has been approved by the supervisor and caregivers for giving ta’zir every 2 weeks. The criteria for the distribution of ta’zir are 3 from the low, medium and heavy according to the mistakes that have been made. The procedure for giving ta’zir (1) is advised, (2) in ta’zir (3) to be called to Ndalem. The impact of the implementation of ta’zir is that there is a better change in the implementation of teaching and learning activities, obeying the rules, and discipline in worship activities to Allah SWT.

Nowadays, Islamic boarding schools have experienced a very significant change considering the current of globalization which is increasingly expanding to all sides of human life. To be able to compete in this era, Islamic boarding schools – in one hand - must work together with other institutions and make changes by applying management as a foundation in developing boarding schools on the other, in order to be able to compete and become a modern boarding school in all fields such as entrepreneurship boarding school. This study aims to determine entrepreneurship planning, management strategies used and marketing management of Darul Yatama Wal-Masakin Islamic boarding school. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques carried out by unstructured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed with an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Checking the data validation was done by increasing the perseverance of observation and triangulation. Based on the results of this study, it was found that; a) Entrepreneurship planning started from the results of the fundamental thinking of its founder, namely TGH. Muhammad Mutawalli Yahya Al-Kalimi with the concept of independence. The concept of independence that he initiated was to prepare facilities that can be used as a source of funds to finance the management of the Islamic boarding schools; b) Management strategies in developing entrepreneurship can be seen from the business units developed such as: gas stations, animal husbandry, agriculture, fisheries and cooperatives. c) Marketing management used was involving and making all society as partners in every business that was developed.

This study aims to discuss the teacher's strategy in the character building of environmental care for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri (MIN: State Islamic Elementary School) 2 Lombok Tengah. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings of the study include: (1) the teachers have used a very good strategy in building character for students to environmental care. The intended teacher strategies include, such as setting class assignments (picket schedule), sticking/putting up posters about cleanliness/keep clean, adding to the means of garbage disposal. The strategies that have been implemented by the teacher can make students maintain a good school/classroom environment. (2) The concern of the teachers in shaping the character of students caring for the environment in MIN 2 Lombok Tengah is seen in the form of approaching and advising students, as well as being involved in mutual cooperation activities (gotong-royong). Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi guru dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi siswa di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil temuan penelitian antara lain: (1) para guru telah menggunakan startegi yang sangat baik dalam membangun karakter bagi siswa untuk peduli lingkungan. Strategi guru yang dimaksud antara lain, seperti: penetapan jadwal piket kelas, menempelkan gambar tentang kebersihan, menambah sarana pembuangan sampah. Strategi-strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh guru dapat menjadikan siswa menjaga lingkungan sekolah/kelas dengan baik.  (2) Kepedulian para guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah terlihat dalam bentuk mendekati, dan menasehati siswa, serta terlibat dalam kegiatan gotong royong.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the strategy atta'bir almushawwar using the book Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah and to determine the increase in speaking skills. This research uses qualitative research. This research was carried out from June to August 2019 at the Islamic Boarding School Ta'mirul Surakarta. The data collection techniques are through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And the data validity technique uses triangulation of sources and methods. And data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the steps of atta'bir almushawwar using the Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah book, namely the teacher reads the vocabulary aloud and students follow it, and the teacher asks students to interpret it, the teacher asks the students to listen to the teacher's explanation with Image media are on the board and in a situation where students do not open the book, the teacher asks students to read muthalaah books and then gives students time to ask questions about vocabulary or things that have not been understood, the teacher asks some students to retell what the teacher has explained in front of the class by using Arabic. By using the attakbir almushawwar strategy in learning the muthalaah book, it is very helpful for students to remember the material that has been explained by the teacher. Because the explanation using image media makes students interested so that students pay attention to the scale of what is explained by the teacher. And in addition students have to memorize again using Arabic that they have understood, with this students are trained in speaking and can increase students' speaking skills

This study aims to 1)  determine the reasons for the formation of religious students and daily behavior at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. 2) find out the daily behavior of students at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. 3)  find out the efforts of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in forming Religiosity and Daily Behavior at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the research sources are the leaders, Islamic boarding schools, the head of the care section, the head of the worship department, the principal, the teacher / teacher and the students. The data collection technique is done through interviews and observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The findings in this study are the role of aqidah akhlak teacher in shaping the daily behavior of students at MTs Daar El Qolam 1 Gintung, 1) as a guide, aqidah akhlak teacher to motivate and give advice to students to always do good. 2) acting as an educator, namely teaching according to norms and rules. 3) as an evaluator, aqidah akhlak teacher always admonishes and gives advice to students who violate the rules, give sanctions to students who violate the rules. It is hoped that this research will be useful for the Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also benefit other educational institutions so that it can be implemented properly and correctly.

Multicultural education is a bridge in achieving the common life of humankind from various cultures in a global era full of new challenges. Intercultural meetings can have the potential to benefit but at the same time cause misunderstanding. Educational equality, and dedication become the foundation of multicultural education in the educational experience so that all students can realize all their full potential and make them aware of people who are aware and active locally, nationally and globally. The culture of Islamic boarding school is an activity that is applied by the kyai and is adhered to by the students as well as being a characteristic tailored to the policy of the Islamic boarding school. based on a library search for analyzing the application of multicultural education in Islamic boarding schools based on interviews with clerics, teachers and students to get valid data. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were 150 students, aged 15-19 years who provided research data through interviews, surveys and documentation with triangulation data processing to obtain valid research results.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK </strong></p><p>Realisasi program Adiwiyata yang harus berkelanjutan seringkali mendapati kendala dari warga sekolah yang belum paham akan program Adiwiyata, sehingga berdampak kurangnya sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup. <em>Green living</em> hadir sebagai solusi namun sering dipahami tidak sesuai dengan konsepnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan profil sikap peduli lingkungan warga sekolah dan hasil implementasi <em>green living</em> di sekolah adiwiyata SMPN 2 Solear Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Observer adalah bagian dari tim Adiwiyata, dan respondennya yaitu guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan <em>Library research</em> dan <em>Field work research</em> (observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi). Teknis analisa menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif (pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi <em>green living</em> sudah tergambarkan sangat baik : a) indikator penghematan energi, 80% ruangan memiliki pencahayaan dan ventilasi yang baik; b) indikator penanggulangan limbah, 87% siswa terlibat aktif dalam menanggulangi limbah dengan me-<em>recycle</em> dan <em>composting</em>; c) indikator penghematan air, sekolah memanfaatkan air bekas wudhu untuk menyiram tanaman; d) indikator penggunaan transportasi, 37% siswa memilih berjalan kaki, 32% memilih angkot sebagai alternatif ke sekolah, 11% memilih sepeda, dan 20% siswa (termasuk guru) menggunakan motor menuju sekolah. Kendala masih ditemukan pada petugas kantin yang kurang paham tentang konsep <em>green living, </em>karena<em> </em>terlihat masih menggunakan plastik sebagai wadah jajanan siswa. Secara keseluruhan, <em>green living</em> dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah solusi dalam upaya meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan.</p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: green living, sikap peduli lingkungan hidup, siswa SMP</em></strong></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em>ABSTRACT</em></p><p><em>Adiwiyata program realization that must be sustainable often finds obstacles from the school people who do not understand the program Adiwiyata, so that the impact of lack of care attitude towards the environment. Green living comes as a solution but is often understood not in accordance with the concept. The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of environmental attitudes of school citizens and the results of green living implementation in school Adiwiyata SMPN 2 Solear Tangerang District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The Observer is part of the Adiwiyata team, and the respondents are teachers and students. Data collection techniques with Library research and Field work research (observation, questionnaires, and documentation). Technical analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis methods (data collection, data presentation, and conclusion). The results show that the implementation of green living has been described very well: a) energy saving indicator, 80% of the room has good lighting and ventilation; b) waste management indicators, 87% of students are actively involved in dealing with waste by recycling and composting; c) water conservation indicators, schools use ablution water to water the plants; d) indicator of transport usage, 37% of students chose to walk, 32% chose public transportation as an alternative to school, 11% chose bicycle, and 20% of students (including teachers) used motor to school. Constraints are still found in cafeteria officers who do not understand about the concept of green living, because it looks still using plastic as a container snack students. Overall, green living can serve as a solution in an effort to improve the attitude of environmental care.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : attitude of environmental care, green living, junior high school</em></strong></p>
