This study aims to discuss the teacher's strategy in the character building of environmental care for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri (MIN: State Islamic Elementary School) 2 Lombok Tengah. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings of the study include: (1) the teachers have used a very good strategy in building character for students to environmental care. The intended teacher strategies include, such as setting class assignments (picket schedule), sticking/putting up posters about cleanliness/keep clean, adding to the means of garbage disposal. The strategies that have been implemented by the teacher can make students maintain a good school/classroom environment. (2) The concern of the teachers in shaping the character of students caring for the environment in MIN 2 Lombok Tengah is seen in the form of approaching and advising students, as well as being involved in mutual cooperation activities (gotong-royong). Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi guru dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi siswa di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil temuan penelitian antara lain: (1) para guru telah menggunakan startegi yang sangat baik dalam membangun karakter bagi siswa untuk peduli lingkungan. Strategi guru yang dimaksud antara lain, seperti: penetapan jadwal piket kelas, menempelkan gambar tentang kebersihan, menambah sarana pembuangan sampah. Strategi-strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh guru dapat menjadikan siswa menjaga lingkungan sekolah/kelas dengan baik.  (2) Kepedulian para guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah terlihat dalam bentuk mendekati, dan menasehati siswa, serta terlibat dalam kegiatan gotong royong.

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of curriculum modification in components of purpose, content, process, and evaluation of the subjects of natural sciences (IPA) in class VI SD 1 Trirenggo Bantul. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are performed with observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model by using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The results showed that modification of the curriculum of science subjects in class VI SD 1 Trirenggo Bantul on components of objective aspects of basic competency has not been modified and indicator aspects have been modified. The components of the content of science’s lesson have not been modified or have not adjusted with the ABK (children with special needs). In the components of the teaching process, the teaching techniques, environment/settings of learning, and learning time have been modified and aspects of teaching methods, learning media, and learning resources have not been modified. On the evaluation components, aspect of evaluation time, the evaluation technique, place of evaluation, approval criteria, and the class upgrade system have been modified and aspects of the test, the form of results, and the form of diploma have not been modified.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan kunci (key informant) penelitian yaitu Kepala Subbagian Tata Usaha. Informan pendukung terdiri dari satu pegawai Subbagian Tata Usaha dan tiga pegawai kearsipan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data ditentukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis meliputi, pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Sistem penyimpanan arsip menggunakan sistem wilayah, nomor, dan tanggal. Asas penyimpanan arsip menggunakan asas kombinasi antara sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Peminjaman dan penemuan kembali arsip dilakukan ketika ada pegawai yang hendak meminjam arsip. Pemeliharaan arsip belum dilakukan dengan baik. Abstract: The Management Of Dynamic Archives In The Office Of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten Regency. This research aims to know the management of dynamic archives in the Office of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten. This research belonged to descriptive research by applying qualitative approach. Key informant of this research is the Head of Sub Administrative Division. Supporting informants of this research are an employee of sub administrative division and three employee of management records. The techniques of data collection of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The reliability of the data of this research were resource triangulation and method triangulation. The findings reveal that: the management of dynamic archives include, the management of inbox and outbox. The system of archives storage uses a geographical system, a numerical, and a chronological. The principle of archives storage uses a combination between centralization and decentralization. The borrowing and re-finding system are carried out when there is an employee who will borrow the archives. This study aimed to describe the character values in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik Srambang Park motif in art learning based on cultural diversity in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach. The subjects of this study were three Ngawi Batik craftsmen. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique with 4 stages including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the research showed that there are values of religious character, hard work, peace-loving, friendly (communicative), environmental care, social care, responsibility, respect for achievement, love for the country, and independence in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik for Srambang Park motif. The use of Batik Srambang Park motif for learning in elementary schools had two relevance. First, character education values were reflected in Batik Srambang Park. Second, Srambang Park Batik was a two-dimensional regional art work. Thus, the learning is not only teaching about the concept of understanding the material but also teaching character values.

This study aims to 1) determine the multicultural values planting model in Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School. 2) knowing the implementation of multicultural values found in Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School. 3) knowing the impact of planting and implementing multicultural values on the personality of students in the El Qolam Daar Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. While the sources of research are leaders, Islamic boarding schools, head of care, head of worship, principals, teachers / teachers and students. Data collection techniques are done through interviews and observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data inference. The findings in this study are the values of multicultural education found in Islamic Boarding Schools da el-Qolam are exemplary methods and methods of habituation. The impact of the cultivation of multicultural education is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect and acceptance of others, mutual cooperation is not hostile and not mutual there are conflicts due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs. Hopefully this research is useful for Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also beneficial for other educational institutions so that multicultural education can be implemented properly and correctly.

This study aims to describe character education through sports and health physical education subjects in grade III SD 2 Padokan Bantul. This study included qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were the principle, sports and health physical education teacher, class III teacher, and class III student. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the study through data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verifying. The result of the research on the implementation of character education through Sports and Health Physical class III SD 2 Padokan Bantul bases are described in the form of descriptions and tables.

Basically, the research aims to know how to form the participation of women in the development of education in the village Belawan Mulya Manuhing District of Gunung Mas District, and what are the obstacles of women in participating. The study uses qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation, interviews to women. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data feeds and drawing conclusions/verifications. The results of this research are the development of education in the village Belawan Mulya not go well, educational facilities are not yet complete and form of women's participation in the development of education in this village in the form of energy, money, and expertise. While the inhibitory factor of female participation in this village is, age, the background of education is still low, the economic level of the population is still low and lack of support facilities of their participation such as lack of educational facilities. Based on the results of this study, women should continually improve their self-esteem in order to perform many roles, especially roles in education, in addition to women together with governments, social organizations and communities in order to cooperate to build educational facilities

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the use of multimedia in improving students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru as well as supporting factors and inhibition of the use of multimedia. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 5 Buru District Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, from September 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively including: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification and affirmation of conclusions. The results showed that the use of multimedia can increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, where students appear to focus on following the learning process, recording the subject matter, and are happy with the learning using multimedia, students easily explain or answer the teacher's questions PAI boldly and actively in the learning process. Supporting factors and inhibition factors of multimedia use in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru among others, for supporting factors, namely the availability of leptop and computer, infokus, electricity, clean school walls, clean classrooms, and the ability of PAI teachers who are very good in integrating concepts with multimedia in the learning process as well as the availability of special classrooms designed for learning activities using multimedia infokus. As for the inhibition factor is infokus available only one, so it will be constrained when used by other teachers, then electricity is often out and internet access is often sluggish. Keywords: Multimedia, student learning motivation, Islamic Religious Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan multimedia tersebut..Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Buru Kecamatan Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, mulai dari tanggal 1 September 2020 sampai dengan 1 Oktober 2020.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, dimana siswa terlihat mereka fokus mengikuti proses pembelajaran, mencatat materi pelajaran, dan senang dengan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia, siswa dengan mudah menjelaskan atau menjawab pertanyaan guru PAI dengan berani dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru antara lain untuk faktor pendukung yakni tersedianya leptop dan komputer, infokus, listrik, dinding sekolah yang bersih, ruang kelas yang bersih, dan kemampuan guru PAI yang sangat baik dalam mengintegrasikan konsep dengan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran serta tersedianya ruang kelas khusus yang didesain untuk kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia infokus. Sementara untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah infokus yang tersedia hanya satu, sehingga akan terkendala apabila digunakan oleh guru yang lain, kemudian listrik sering padam dan akses internet yang sering lamban. Talking about education is certainly closely related to the generation of students. If we look at the current state of education, especially the quality that exists within students, it is very concerning. Cellphones that should be used for learning in schools are now only limited to playing games. Not a few students want to read textbooks, because they are busy reading chats from their girlfriends. Not even a few studens go to the mosque to perform Dhuha prayers and Fardhu prayers because they are busy tik-tokan. Generations of students are starting to spend a lot of time in front of gadgets. The generation that Allah says in the Qur’an as the Khoiru Ummah, is now a rare thing to see.The purpose of this study was to interpret the influence of gadgets on the level of learning and spirituality of students during the covid-19 pandemi. This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is Milles, Huberman and Saldana with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the influence of gadgets on the level of student learning, greatly decreased. Likewise, the level of spirituality of students during the Covid-19 pandemi, is very low. This is evidenced by the teachers who teach students at Madrasah every day, as well as student learning outcomes when doing daily tests and when doing assignments both at school and at home.

To find out the performance of government officials in the implementation of public services at the Tajung Palas Tengah Sub-district office in Bulungan Regency and to find out the supporting factors and hamper the performance of government officials in implementing public services at the Tajung Palas Tengah Village Office in Bulungan Regency. Type of qualitative descriptive research. Informants were Head of Village, Secretary of Kelurahan, Head of Government Office, Kasi Kessos and community economy Kasi empowered the community, and Community leaders were two people. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the performance of public services at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Sub-District office in Bulungan Regency has gone well. Productivity Kelurahan employees carry out duties in accordance with their respective duties, and are able to complete tasks in a timely manner in accordance with community demand. The performance shown by the obedience of the kelurahan employees in carrying out their tasks has gone well. Obedience includes obedience to time, kelurahan employee code of ethics, adherence to leadership, and obedience in completing tasks. Employee performance in cooperation is good. Cooperation supports the implementation of good service because it supports each other and shares work according to their duties and functions. Employees are responsible for serving the community. Supporting factors for public service performance at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Village office are the ability of employees to provide good public services. Cooperation with employees, cooperation supports the success of urban village officials in providing good public services.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Tahfizh Qur’an Thematic Learning in Aisyiyah Elementary School Malang, and what the impacts of this program in student character. This research is a qualitative descriptive study of elementary schools in Malang, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the tahfizh Qur’an thematic learning at Aisyiyah Elementary School in Malang consisted of four stages, namely verse screening phase, film screening phase, memorizing phase, and evaluation phase. Through the tahfizh Qur’an thematic learning conducted at SD Aisyiyah Malang, four characters appear in student, namely: 1) religious character; 2) integrity character, shown in honesty, politeness, love for truth; 3) independent character, including hard work, disciplined, brave, and learners; and 4) mutual cooperation character, including cooperation, solidarity, and mutual assistance.Keywords: Character Building, Learning, Tahfizh Qur’an Thematic Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahi bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran tahfizh Qur’an Tematik di SD Aisyiyah Kota Malang, dan mengetahui apa saja karakter siswa yang muncul melalui program ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif sekolah dasar di kota Malang, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran tahfizh Qur’an tematik di SD Aisyiyah Kota Malang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap pemilihan ayat, tahap pemutaran film, tahap menghafal, dan tahap evaluasi. Melalui program tahfizh Qur’an tematik yang dilaksanakan di SD Aisyiyah Kota Malang, tampak empat karakter yang muncul pada anak, yaitu: 1) nilai karakter religius, termasuk di dalamnya nilai beriman bertaqwa, dan toleransi; 2) nilai karakter integritas, tampak pada kejujuran, keteladanan, kesantunan, cinta pada kebenaran; 3) nilai karakter mandiri, termasuk pada kerja keras, disiplin, berani, dan pembelajar; dan 4) nilai karakter gotong royong, termasuk di dalamnya kerja sama, solidaritas, dan saling menolong.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Pembelajaran, Tahfizh Qur’an Tematik
