At the intersection of the second and third millennia in connection with the natural (destruction of the state of the earth, water and atmosphere) and social (alcoholism, drug addiction, immoralism, extremism, wars, etc.) cataclysms that are taking on a global character, the eschatological prophecies about the end of the world have intensified the coming of the millennial Kingdom of God. In contrast to the existing problems, the Kingdom of God is offered as an ideal system of government with such qualitative characteristics as equality, justice, material and spiritual completeness.

The issue of protecting critical infrastructure as one of the components of national security is analyzed. The following methods were used in the study: bibliographic, dialectical, empirical, and theoretical, comparative, and legal. The essence of the term "critical infrastructure” is explained both according to the opinions of scientists and from the very position of the authors of the article. The importance of proper protection and proper functioning of infrastructure in Ukraine is well founded. It emphasizes the fact that for many years the issue of the importance of protecting critical infrastructure has been almost forgotten and is not relevant to the governing bodies of the state. In addition, this situation applies to many other countries in the world. The current situation shows that there are countries that, despite being among the most prosperous and innovative, did not pay attention to their situation with their own security infrastructure. It is concluded that, based on a comparative analysis of international experience, in addition to exploring the peculiarities of national realities, the article proposed measures to improve the internal state of protection of critical infrastructure.

Abstract The way to improve the safety of vehicles using ADAS systems has successfully proved itself in practice. The use of ADAS systems in vehicles is mandatory in many countries of the world and is accepted at the state level. One of the most widely used ADAS systems is the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS). The paper describes the principles of operation of existing LDWS in the segment of light commercial vehicles (LCV). The algorithm and structure of the developed LDWS for the GAZelle Next vehicle are presented. The description and analysis of algorithms for recognition of road markings are given. The results and comparative analysis of virtual and road tests of the LDWS are presented. Conclusions are given on the operation of the system and the algorithm for recognizing road markings.

The article presents a comparative analysis of Annensky's poem “Black Spring” and Pasternak's poem “February”; it helps to show how symbolist attitude is overcome by recoding “set of images” of the first text in the second text. First, the topic of “transition” that is important for Pasternak is developed. The “transition” is rebirth of a person into a poet by writing poetry. Watching of the state of the world (especially nature) becomes important, the world is associated with the feelings and sensations of the poet, the process of rebirth is inscribed in the calendar cycle. Then the artistic systems of Pasternak and Annensky are compared. A prerequisite for this is the image of the “black spring” found in Pasternak's text and which is a direct reference to Annensky's text. We find the philosophical polemic of the two authors when we are comparing the two poems. If there is no creation in Annensky's world, all of images are endowed with the semantics of death, then Pasternak's world is formed and charged with poetry that is born in a continuous life cycle. In Pasternak's poetic system, Annensky's images are rebuilt and endowed with the semantics of birth, thereby expressing the author's life-affirming attitude. The poem "February" shows the overcoming of the drama of non-incarnation faced by the second generation Symbolists.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the consumption of antibiotics for systemic use reimbursed by the state in Kazakhstan for 2017–2019 with the Access, Watch, and Reserve classification (AWaRe 2019) of the World Health Organization (WHO). The evaluation of the consumption of antibiotics for systemic use in Kazakhstan for 2017–2019 was carried out using the ATC/DDD methodology in accordance with the WHO AWaRe classification. The study used data on all antibiotics that were centrally purchased by a single purchaser during the study period. To understand how often Access group antibiotics are taken in Kazakhstan, the top-10 most consumed antibiotics were additionally studied. The results of a comparative analysis of the antibiotics for systemic use consumption for 2017–2019 by the Access, Watch, and Reserve groups showed a negative trend of a decrease in the consumption of Access group drugs from 1.17 defined daily dose (DDDs) per 1000 inhabitants per day (DID) (39%) in 2017 to 0.59 DID (30%) in 2019. There is an increase in consumption of Watch group antibiotics from 1.84 DID (61%) in 2017 to 1.37 DID (68%) in 2019, as well as an increase in consumption of Reserve antibiotics from 0.001 DID (0.03%) to 0.4 DID (2.11%). In recent years in Kazakhstan, there has been a decrease in the consumption of Access group antibiotics. In addition, the Watch group antibiotics are widely consumed with a certain upward trend. The relevance of the issue under consideration is associated with the evolution of existing technologies, due to which the functionality increases and the mass of the payload decreases, as a result of which the question of the use of cost-effective launch vehicles is raised. The purpose of this work is to carry out a comparative analysis of the feasibility of using ultra-light launch vehicles to provide services for the delivery of small spacecraft to low-earth orbit. The article is written within the framework of socio-economic research methods. Retrospective analysis and comparative approach are combined with the use of quantitative methods. The theoretical significance of the study consists in the analysis of the modern operation of small spacecraft and the state of the world rocket and space industry, analysis of the existing strategy of the State Corporation Roscosmos in the development of a new line of reusable launch vehicles and consideration of promising projects of domestic private companies involved in the creation of ultra-light launch vehicles. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the results of studying the intensity of space launches when making strategic decisions on the use of ultra-light launch vehicles. Based on the assessment of existing forecasts for the development and creation of small-sized spacecraft, it is concluded that the world space market is interested in the types of satellites and classes of launch vehicles for their launch.
