This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

PeneIitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakahPengaruh Penerapan Sistem E-Filing Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Pada KP2KP Kabupaten Minahasa.Pada penelitian ini variabeI kepatuhan wajib pajak menjadi variabeI dependen.SampeI daIam peneIitian lni sebanyak 100 wajlb pajak serta diambiI menggunakan teknik rumus slovin.Metode yeng dlgunakan untuk peneIitian ini yaitu metode survey meIaIui pendakatan kuantltatif.DaIam peneIitian lni data primer dengan dikumpulkan meIaIui teknik pengumpuIan data observasi, dokumentasi, serta angket/kuisioner adapun teknik anaIisis data yang dipakai daIam peneIitian lni adaIah anaIisis regresl sederhana dengan ujl asumsl kIasik, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi dan ujl hipotesis.HasiI peneIitian lni menunjukan bahwa penerapan system e-filing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada KP2KP Kabupaten Minahasa. Abstract   This research has the objective to find out whether the effect of the application of the e-filing system on individual taxpayer compliance at KP2KP Minahasa district. In this study, the taxpayer compliance variable becomes the dependent variable. Until this research, as many as 100 taxes were taken and were taken using the Slovin formula technique. The method used for this research is a survey method using a quantitative approach. In this research, primary data were collected using observational data collection techniques, documentation, and questionnaires as well as data analysis techniques used in this research, there is an analysis of simple regression analysis with classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the application of the e-filing system has a positive and significant impact onindividual taxpayer compliance at KP2KP Minahasa district.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative burden on profitability at the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) of Higher Education in Makassar City. The population of this research is all KPRI Universities in Makassar City, while the sample in this study is KPRI Universities in Makassar City which have financial reports for the last five years (2015-2019). Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis techniques, correlation coefficient, and t-test. The results showed that an increase in the cooperative burden on the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City would result in a decrease in profitability at the KPRI. Vice versa, if the burden of cooperatives has decreased, the profitability of the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City will increase. This can occur because the operating expense is one of the deductions from the income in the KPRI to generate SHU. So that if the cooperative load is in a small amount, the resulting SHU is quite large.

Financial distress is a stage of decreasing the company's financial condition, bad finance will result in bankruptcy of the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance on financial distress. The indicator in this study is profitability, this study uses 36 samples from financial statements. CV. Otopro Mobilindo in 2015 - 2017 which was then analyzed using the SPSS For Windows 23. application This study used a classic assumption test consisting of normality, linearity and autocorrelation tests. The results of simple regression analysis show that the coefficient value of the corporate governance variable has a significant t test (t count). This shows that there is a negative and significant influence on corporate governance variables on financial distress in CV. Otopro Mobilindo. From the results of the determination test shows that the R Square coefficient increases and the variable financial distress conditions can be explained by corporate governance variables. While the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study related to financial stress.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work culture on visitor satisfaction at PDIKM Padang Panjang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was tourists visiting PDIKM Padang Panjang City. The sample in this study consisted of 376 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique was done through accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The findings show that there is a significant influence between work culture on visitor satisfaction by 13.8%. The results of the study concluded that work culture influences visitor satisfaction at PDIKM Padang Panjang City.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence teache’s creativity on teaching towards the student learning interest in entrepreneurship with used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with likert scale. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in Vocational High School in Cimahi. The technique of data collection with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information which are the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model likert scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif, agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.
