The article discusses the Style in the Management of (EDU) as a Gender Style. The aspects of the Gender Management are covered. Comparative characteristics and differences of not actual (anachronistic) Style of personnel Management from modern – the Gender are Style. The Gender features of administrative activity as are exposed psychological features of men & women-leaders that show up in realization of basic administrative functions & in kinds and types of acceptance of administrative decisions. Personality of leader is examined as system-formative element of all administrative structures.

<p>نجاح المؤسسات التربوية في عصر العولمة يعتمد على نظام إدارة المعلومات التعليم الذي هو ممارسات استخدام دقيقة وذات مصداقية وفعالة. نتائج هذه الدراسة تشير إلى أهمية نظام المعلومات والتعليم ودور كبير في تطوير وتحديث التعليم في خضم التغيرات العالمية والمحلية. نظام إدارة المعلومات التعليم قادرة على توفير كل المعلومات التي تحتاجها الإدارات المختلفة للعمليات الإدارية والقياس الإحصائي، وتحديد المشكلة، والسيطرة على نوعية التعليم وتطوير الاستثمار والاتصالات. مع هذا، يمكن لكل مرب تعزيز أنفسهم وتبادل المعلومات وذلك لخلق جو يفضي يدعم نجاح إدارة التعليم في تحديد الإدارة التربوية.</p><p>The success of educational institutions in the era of globalization depends on the education information management system that is accurate, credible, and efficient usage practices. The results of this study indicate the importance of education information system and great role in the development and modernization of education in the midst of global and local changes. Education information management system able to provide all the information needed by the various departments for administrative processes, statistical measurement, problem identification, control the quality of education and develop investment and communication. With this addition, every educator can promote themselves and exchange information so as to create a conducive atmosphere that supports the success of education management in deciding policy.</p><p>Keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan di era globalisasi tergantung pada manajemen sistem informasi pendidikan yang akurat, kredibel, penggunaannya praktik dan efisien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tentang pentingnya sistem informasi pendidikan dan peranannya yang besar dalam pengembangan dan modernisasi pendidikan di tengah perubahan global dan lokal. Manajemen sistem informasi pendidikan mampu menyediakan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh berbagai departemen untuk proses administrasi, pengukuran statistik, identifikasi masalah, mengontrol mutu pendidikan dan mengembangkan investasi maupun komunikasi. Dengan ini pula, setiap pendidik bisa mempromosikan diri dan melakukan pertukaran informasi sehingga tercipta suasana kondusif yang mendukung keberhasilan dalam memutuskan kebijakan manajemen pendidikan.</p>

So far, the management of management at MI NW Korleko has experienced obstacles because the management is handled by personnel who are not experts in their fields. In the research field taken by the author, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NW Korleko, education management is handled by personnel led by the head of the madrasah and involves several employees to manage the madrasah. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of personnel management that follows the procurement, appointment, placement, training and termination of personnel in an effort to improve the quality of education at MI NW Korleko along with supporting and inhibiting factors for personnel management. This research is a qualitative research, taking the background of MI NW Korleko. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, display data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checks were carried out by triangulating sources and techniques and combining them with theory. The results showed: (1) The implementation of personnel management at MI NW Korleko is: (a) recruitment of personnel is carried out if there is a vacancy or because it requires additional personnel in certain fields. (b) the appointment of personnel is indicated by the issuance of a decree from the head of the madrasah in deliberation with the management. (c) assignment of personnel based on the expertise possessed by personnel, which begins through internal selection by senior personnel. (d) training for MI NW Korleko personnel consists of two coaching through regular meetings which are held every month and coaching carried out conditionally based on needs. (e) dismissal at MI NW Korleko is carried out automatically if the manager is no longer part of the madrasah or has passed away. (2) Efforts to improve the quality of education are: (a) personnel development. (b) a clear division of personnel duties in the description. (c) communication between administrators. (d) holding a santri forum. (e) arranging a learning syllabus for the MI NW Korleko

RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The problem of introducing expert examination of education management is relevant and pressing for Ukraine in the context of assessment of education quality at all levels. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of the model of training experts in the field of education on the basis of educology at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: When processing the obtained empirical data, statistical methods were used to compare the indicators of the Master’s student survey before and after the course of educology according to Pearson’s criteria, Fisher’s test, and the Mann-Whitney-U test Venn diagram. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: Training experts in the field of education is based on the model: 1) mastering the basics of educology and its components; 2) mastering the methodology of the examination and the ethical standards of its implementation; and 3) mastering the specifics of the educational segment which is subject to expert examination. RESEARCH RESULTS: The study confirms the efficiency of the developed model of experts’ training in the field of education. Educology provides the system, purposefulness and effectiveness for such training. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The results of the study provide an opportunity to see the feasibility of the first level of the model, which involves mastering the basics of educology; the second level, which is aimed at mastering the components of the educational program, which reveal the methodology and specifics of expert activities; and the third level, which makes it possible to differentiate the suggested directions of such training, namely: measuring and monitoring the quality of education, education management, educational economics, and educational law

The article discusses the current problems of assessing the quality of professional training of HR managers from the perspective of graduates of the HR direction working in this area.For ten years the author of the article has been assessing the quality of training university graduates as deputy vice rector for organizing practice, employment and promoting employment of graduates. The results of annual studies of satisfaction with the quality of education of all participants in the educational process: students; employers and graduates of the university were an indispensable indicator in the preparation and conduct of accreditation of the university, it has repeatedly reported at conferences and published. The accumulated experience allowed us to conduct annual monitoring studies on the problem of satisfaction with the quality of professional training of graduates of the Department of Personnel Management of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA. The article provides only some generalized results of the author's studies in 2017 - 2019 on assessing the quality of professional training and career of specialists from the position of graduates of the department. The author conducts a brief analysis of theoretical foreign and domestic sources to study the problems of assessing the quality of education and training of specialists; considers the problems of development of criteria for assessing the quality of training, external and internal assessment, and the inclusion of certain assessment objects in the assessment, relevant to universities. The practical focus of the article allows us to see both the positive aspects in the training of future specialists in the field of personnel management, and some omissions, which will improve the quality and applied nature of training, taking into account the identified needs of graduates oriented to the demands of the labor market.

The article analyzes the current HR of the local healthcare organization. There was carried a SWOT-analysis of personnel management has been out, disclosed the main problems of the management system of a medical institution. Development strategies and an algorithm for improving personnel policy are formulated in order to increase the efficiency of management and the quality of medical care to the population.Purpose of the study. Is to analyze the current personnel policy, SWOT-analysis of personnel management, develop a strategies and set of practical recommendations for improving the management system of a public health institution while ensuring high quality medical services to the population.Materials and methods. An analysis of the personnel policy in a phthisiatric institution (Makeevka Municipal TB Dispensary, Donetsk region) was carried out, the heads of the main structural divisions were questioned. The analysis results are structured using the SWOT scale.Results. Based on the results of the sociological survey, the main advantages and disadvantages of personnel policy were identified, a SWOT analysis matrix was drawn up, and strategies for the development of a budgetary healthcare institution were developed. The breakthrough strategy is based on improving the material and technical base, attracting funding and investment, increasing the speed and quality of TB care at the regional level using information technology, while the survival strategy is based on increasing the income of health workers, social protection, improving working conditions and developing personnel motivation systems. The main recommendations include increasing the number of employees, creating a strategy for the formation of qualified personnel, improving the quality of the working environment, creating a favorable psycho-emotional climate, and developing an effective system of incentive payments.Conclusion. The medical industry is in dire need of modernization in order to improve personnel processes, financial, economic and regulatory support. The conducted research and developed recommendations will have a beneficial effect on the achievement of the main strategic goal - improving the health and quality of life of the population of the state.

This publication is devoted to the problems of digitalization of university management, which the authors consider as a universal trend aimed at improving the management system in order to improve the quality of educational services and ensure dynamically sustainable and balanced development of universities. Research objectives: to determine the impact of digitalization (digitalization) on the development of the education management system; to identify the factors hindering the development of the education management system. Methodology: Based on a systemic and structural approach, as well as on key paradigms describing promising management transformations under the influence of digitalization, the authors studied the current state and potential of digitalization of management of universities in Russia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil (Latin American countries), and compared the indicators with similar data on the control group of countries (USA, China and Germany). Assessment and analysis were carried out using the expert method and the method of cluster analysis; the leading experts involved in the problems of public administration and digitalization of management of universities in Russia acted as experts. Results: It was found that digitalization of management has a significant potential for a positive impact on the competitiveness of educational services, on the quality of its pro-vision, on the sustainable, dynamic and balanced development of universities. The study revealed that there are cases of obvious breakthroughs in terms of digitalization of management of individual universities – and on their basis it is possible to build effective digitalization projects that can be adopted locally or replicated in the interests of intensive development and increasing the competitiveness of national higher education systems. The situation with the digitalization of university management in Russia and in the countries of Latin America selected for study is characterized by the presence of numerous common aspects, which suggests the possibility and validity of the implementation of universal solutions suitable for replication. The research materials were supplemented with the results of questionnaires and interviews of administrative managers working at universities. Conclusions. The analytical data obtained indicates that the universities of Russia and selected countries of Latin America remain catching up in the trends of global development of digitalization of management of higher education institutions, while universities in Russia, Chile, Brazil have a high potential for digitalization of management, primarily technological and personnel, and the assessment of the corresponding potential in the universities of Argentina is generally positive. Guided by the relevant data, as well as the materials of generalization of the digitalization practice of individual universities, it seems possible to significantly expand the horizons set by this study.
