The results of multiple regression show a high bond density and, accordingly, the impact on Ukraine's economic security of such components of economic security in the Luhansk region, as macroeconomic, food, investment and innovation, demographic and such components of economic security of the Donetsk region as financial, industrial, foreign economic. A comparative calculation of the integral values of economic security of Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Ukraine as a whole was made. The direct positive impact of the level of economic security of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions on the level of economic security of Ukraine was identified, which is further evidence of the significant impact of destabilizing the situation in Donbas on the national economy of the country. Empirically assessed the dependence of ukraine's economic security components on the economic security components of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, conducted the results of multiple regression of dependence of Ukraine's economic security on the components of economic security of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The indicators and characteristics of economic security of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the impact of their economies on the state economic security of the state as a whole were studied. The author's methodology calculated the integral values of economic security of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and it was identified that external hybrid aggression had a greater impact on the deterioration of economic security components.

According to the nature of modern risks and threats, they are classified as hybrid. The hybrid nature of modern threats to Ukraine’s economic security necessitates the application of new approaches to the formation and implementation of state policy to ensure the economic security of Ukraine’s national economy. It is shown that the economic security of the state is a complex dynamic system that requires constant monitoring and management of resilience to internal and external threats in order to ensure a positive impact on socio-economic development, improve macroeconomic development, ensure quality and necessary structural changes and institutional reforms. formation of the system of competitiveness of the national economy. Under such conditions, the general goal of state policy should be to improve Ukraine’s economic security system, ensure a higher level of its resistance to the impact of hybrid risks and threats, factors and conditions of globalization and the world order. The elements of the state policy of economic security of Ukraine are determined, namely – the initial conditions, the purpose of state policy, goals and principles of policy, directions of formation of the system of counteraction to security threats, financial-resource and organizational-managerial support. The practical significance of the research results is that the immaturity of the integral system of economic security of the state is identified, which is due to the imperfection of the institutional environment, the imbalance of its structure, the predominance of the role of informal institutions over formal ones. The major drive for financial inclusion started in the country mainly from year 2014 after the launch of Jan Dhan Yojana which focused mainly towards empowering dwellers of resource deprived and underdeveloped regions. Economic empowerment of such deprived sections is possible only when they are provided with ample opportunities for income generation in various economic activities. The prominent aim of financial inclusion is to facilitate residents of such deprived regions by reaching out to them and delivering them facilities so that they could identify and work on their capabilities to generate employment and income earning opportunities. The economically deprived and vulnerable population, through it, could be secured, from falling in the trap of poor informal level activities. These low-level informal activities are not suitable for them and for their overall development in the long run. Financial inclusion thus helps them in getting out of the poverty trap and hence acts as one of the important facility or an instrument which could help in a larger achievement of the goal of the development of residents of such deprived regions. Keeping these aspects in consideration the present study aims to understand the impact of financial inclusion on two important variables i.e. income generation and enhancement of savings among the residents of Mountain regions of the state which also represents the deprived and underdeveloped regions. The study was conducted in three mountain districts of the state and the results of the study shows that financial inclusion has helped in income generation in these regions but the impact of it has been different among different caste categories. Further the study shows that financial inclusion worked to enhance the income generation with larger benefits to households having higher levels of income. The study also depicts the positive impact of financial inclusion on savings but with noticeable variations in its impact on different caste groups.

The purpose of this publication is to study the system of economic security parameters and improve the process of using RADAR logic as an element of assessing the information security of the enterprise. The importance of the concept of economic security of enterprises (EBP) is that scientists recognize it as an important factor in national security, since the real economy is an environment of planning, organization and the best use of resources. Four main factors of EBP are considered: a) planning; b) monitoring of the external and internal environment; (b) identifying and implementing threat response measures; d) control and improvement of the system. Taking into account the turbulence of the external environment, the impact on the formation of parameters of the EBP of macro-, meso- and microeconomic level factors is investigated. It is proposed to lay the methodology based on the model of the European Quality Management Fund (EFQM) as the basis for the formation of the EBP culture. Its goal is to achieve a high level of business excellence, the direction is to promote the processes of coordination of business and security goals, coordination of efforts to achieve sustainable security indicators, the formation of market knowledge and best practices for their exchange. The prospects for practical use of the EFQM model, the components of which are: basic concepts of perfection are carefully studied; criteria; RADAR logic. The conclusion about the feasibility of implementing the RADAR system is substantiated. Full and comprehensive implementation of the system can have a positive impact on the level of short-term liquidity of the company's assets, its long-term solvency, the formation of the desired level of profitability for shareholders, and generate positive external effects for society and the environment. The complexity of ensuring the EBP is explained by the variety of manifestations and relationships of interactive elements among the internal components of enterprises and the unpredictability of the manifestation of external factors. A logical conclusion is drawn about the importance of the EBP concept, its ability to include a significant number of factors in the sphere of management influence. The direct consequences of using the EBP concept are the comprehensive provision of both its own economic security and the fundamental principles of its organization, the safety of the activities of individuals, the ability to take into account numerous factors in the formation of the actual level of regional, national and international economic security of the state. The strategic directions of further research are outlined: study, schematization, numerical formalization of system-structural relations of components and threats to economic security of enterprises, the real sector and the national economy as a whole.

The article is devoted to the actual issues of determining the role of national interests in ensuring the economic security of the state. Established in the field of economic security, the priority national interest is the development of the national economy and the growth of the welfare of citizens. The researchers' views on the definition of the concept of «national interests» are researched and generalized that national interests are a systemic, synergetic concept that reflects the vital values of the Ukrainian people as the bearer of sovereignty and the sole source of power in Ukraine, the defining needs of society and the state, the realization of which guarantees state sovereignty of Ukraine and its progressive development. It is noted that national interests are realized through state interests, where the population of the country acts as the subject of interests, and the state through the state institutions implements and protects these interests. The main components of national interests include the provision of military-political sovereignty, economic well-being and cultural needs of the population. The military-political, socio-economic situation in Ukraine and the impact of globalization processes have made it possible to formulate a number of national interests, including: protection of state sovereignty; ensuring economic stability through self-sufficiency, stability and competitiveness of the national economy; polyvectorality of the country's foreign policy and the establishment of Ukraine as a reliable international partner; creation of conditions for the development of the spirituality of the population, improvement of the physical health of the nation; preservation of intellectual and scientific potential of the country, regulation of the issue of youth mobility. It has been proved that democratization processes require the involvement of citizens and civil society institutions in this process in order to form national interests through the maximum coverage of all spheres of society's life for the protection of human rights and citizen and acceleration of socio-economic development and modernization of the national economy. The most acute threats to national interests in the field of national and economic security are formulated. It is summarized that in the field of economic security, national interests reflect the vector of economic development of the state, its aspirations for economic independence and the effective use of economic benefits.

The article considers the approaches to the interpretation of the category "shadow economy", which causes a variety of approaches to assessing the impact of the shadow economy on the socio-economic development of Ukraine. The spread of the pandemic and the complication of economic conditions, formed as a result of the introduction of forced restrictive measures, have led to the growth of the shadow economy in Ukraine. The index of shadowing of the economic sphere in relation to the inflation index and the level of the state budget deficit has been studied. The factors that led to the shadowing of the economy and caused the growth of the share of the shadow sector in the economy of Ukraine are highlighted. The main components of shadow employment are identified. Business entities operating in the shadow sector have significantly more competitive advantages and much higher efficiency than legally operating businesses. As a result, such enterprises are an obstacle to the flow of funds to the budgets of all levels of the country, and as a consequence, have a negative impact on socio-economic development in general. In recent years, state budget expenditures have been growing too slowly, which indicates a high level of shadowing of the economy in conditions of high inflation and, consequently, negatively affects the socio-economic security of society. Budget expenditures are closely linked to public policy, which allows the state to curb the level of economic shadowing through measures to reform relevant areas. It is investigated that the State budget expenditures grow too slowly, which indicates a high level of shadowing of the economy in conditions of high inflation. The paper substantiates the reasons for the growth of the shadow economy and identifies the main measures to reduce shadow employment, the manifestations of which are the deformation of social and economic institutions of the state. The de-shadowing of the economy provides citizens with the right to social protection, in the form of social guarantees in case of unemployment, temporary incapacity for work, accidents or occupational diseases during official work, pensions, etc.

The priority task for ensuring the economic security of a country, which is especially noticeable in the rapidly changing conditions of the contemporary global world, is to forecast challenges and threats. Economic security is one of the necessary conditions for state development, which provides guidelines for making major social and economic decisions. There are a few studies on the determinants of the economic security and no data about security determinants that are required to monitor it. The study aims to identify possible links between leading determinants of the economic security. For this purpose, on the example of Ukraine, causal links between the formation of real GDP (as the leading determinant that characterizes the economic security of the state), 11 determinants that indicate the level of international economic development, and 6 determinants of social development for the period 2014–2020 were determined. With a 5% level significance, the impact on the volume of real GDP of 14 determinants of state economic security was noted and specific time lags were defined. Besides, the bilateral causal effect and lack of causal connection between individual determinants were mentioned. Findings are helpful for effective public administration. In addition, active measures are needed to combat corruption, shadow and criminal economy, and state protection of domestic producers operating in the military, food, information, and energy security sectors. Every year, dozens of banks are revoked in Russia, and the main reason for revoking the license is the violation of legislation in the field of countering the legalization of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism (hereinafter referred to as AML/CFT). In this regard, it is increasingly important to identify banks that have an unstable financial condition, are potentially aimed at withdrawing funds, and are involved in dubious transactions aimed at legalizing criminal funds. This article is aimed at showing what tools the participants of the monetary sphere can use to analyze credit institutions for participation in dubious transactions with the purpose of money laundering. The results of this work will be a comparison of the current little-known and not widely used coefficients with the author's indicator, which should show the bank's ability to operate effectively during the period of mass outflow of funds. Based on the results of applying these coefficients, you can make sure that the bank is reliable and that your own savings are safe, all of which has a positive impact on the economic security of the state.
