Objective: To analyze the importance of the aquaculture value chain links in the state of Veracruz, Mexico, especially those of production and marketing. Methodology: The information was obtained in the six main tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) production regions in the state of Veracruz through poles based in a questionnaire that addresses key informants; variables related to each link and chain agent were considered; five juvenile producers, 41 tilapia producers and 12 marketers. Results: A fish farming value chain map was generated with the description of distribution channels, production cost estimation and sales income, as well as the participation of producers in demand. Implications: The implementation of integrative models is required in order to have a constant supply of inputs from suppliers in farms. Also, associative models that allow accessing markets in units where the high payment availability for the product should be developed. Conclusions: Chain economic agents are related. Upon meeting the quality and performance required by marketers, there is potential to develop value aggregation strategies through associativity models, linked to service businesses such as restaurants

The article is devoted to the consideration of problematic aspects of the implementation of administrative responsibility for non-payment of child support, is used in the form of socially useful work. In particular, the essence of this type of administrative penalty is revealed. The study focuses on the problematic issues that arise in the implementation of the imposed administrative responsibility in the form of socially useful work. A number of problems concerning the legal application of Article 183-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (hereinafter – the Code of Administrative Offenses) and ways of their solution have been outlined. Amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine are proposed in order to improve the implementation of resolutions in cases of administrative offenses. In particular, it is proposed to monitor the workload of the staff of the territorial bodies of the State Executive Service in Ukraine and analyze their staffing standards and functional responsibilities for the preparation of materials under Article 183-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. In addition, it was proposed to improve the organization of the performance of socially useful work by local governments by conducting appropriate explanatory work and methodological assistance to local governments in organizing the solution of this issue. The article proposes to transfer control functions to the executive body, and to improve the duty imposed on local governments to provide socially useful work is to improve, including amendments to the labor legislation of Ukraine. It is noted that when drawing up an administrative offense or making a decision in the case, it is necessary to find out the presence or absence of circumstances that for good reasons made it impossible for the debtor to pay child support, or the existing alimony arrears for the past period. The expediency of development of methodical recommendations for local self-government bodies concerning the order of definition and performance of socially useful works is substantiated.

Customs payments are an important regulator of the country's economic presence in foreign economic relations and trade relations. Customs receipts serve as a landmark indicator that provides the revenue side of the budget in its significant income, and also determine the place of the state in the system of the interna-tional division of labor and its corresponding place in the value chain. Customs duties (CD) act as a kind of regulator of the amount of goods imported into the territory of the state, taking into account the state and conditions of the domestic market and the country's balance of payments. The positive financial and economic multifactorial nature of CD is manifested in stimulating the optimization of the structure of imports of goods and services, and in addition, it can act as a tool to protect domestic producers from external competitors, and strengthen the state's trade balance.

Cloud storage, one of the core services of cloud computing, provides an effective way to solve the problems of storage and management caused by high-speed data growth. Thus, a growing number of organizations and individuals tend to store their data in the cloud. However, due to the separation of data ownership and management, it is difficult for users to check the integrity of data in the traditional way. Therefore, many researchers focus on developing several protocols, which can remotely check the integrity of data in the cloud. In this paper, we propose a novel public auditing protocol based on the adjacency-hash table, where dynamic auditing and data updating are more efficient than those of the state of the arts. Moreover, with such an authentication structure, computation and communication costs can be reduced effectively. The security analysis and performance evaluation based on comprehensive experiments demonstrate that our protocol can achieve all the desired properties and outperform the state-of-the-art ones in computing overheads for updating and verification.
