Objective. To accentuate an attention on conceptual aspects of surgical treatment of patients on acute purulent diffused peritonitis (APDP). Materials and methods. Were treated a 371 patients on APDP in age from 18 to 87 years; males – 207 (56 %), females – 164 (44 %). In structure of factors of peritonitis development predominated an acute destructive appendicitis (23 %), perforated ulcer of pyloroduodenal part of the stomach (21 %), acute pancreatitis / purulent-necrotic pancreonecrosis (18 %), acute destructive cholecystitis (14 %). Results and discussion. Carried out analysis allowed to determine the next conceptual aspects of the problem. In particular, according to recommendations of the World Society of Emergency Surgery (WSES, 2016), APDP necessary to interpret as “complicated intraabdominal infection” with evaluation of clinical state of patient, localization of source of infection, its spreading, availability of the multiorgan insufficiency, characteristics of bacterial pathogens and their antibacterial sensitivity. Is appropriate an usage of the single classification of degree of peritonitis spreading with terminological definition its as “local”, “diffused” and “total”. Helping carried out a bacterial investigations were revealed domination of aerobic bacteria as monoculture (37 %) and aerobic-anaerobic associations (39 %) with gram-negative sign (56 %) and species composition as enterobacteria and anaerobic nonclostridial microbs. The initial antibiotic therapy induces the high level of polyresistance of flora, that causes necessarily of permanent determination of bacteria sensitivity to antibiotics and timely change of regimens their administration. Operational intervention, excepting a control of the source of infection, must to foresee a measures of correction of appeared pathologic intraabdominal syndromes, in particular compartment-syndrome, enteral insufficiency and redundant contamination of digestive tract by microflora of the large intestine. The very important compound of treatment is full-fledged infusion therapy. Relaparotomy represents an effective instrument with performing its for regulated clearly indications. Conclusions. Realization of the outlined medical tactics compaunds will promote to the rise of efficiency of ADPP treatment.

Maluku is one of the provinces of the eastern part of Indonesia, consisting of 11 regencies. The Maluku branch of Statistics Indonesia reported in 2018 that in 2013–2018 the number of poor people in Maluku's rural areas increased by 1,970. Concurrently, the number of poor people in urban areas decreased by around 6,070 people. This fact showed that development in Maluku Province hadn't been implemented effectively and equally. This study aimed to determine the development priority in Maluku Province using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The determination of priorities was based on three aspects in the human development index concept, namely education, health, and economy. Data from Statistics Indonesia on life expectancy, mean years of schooling, expected years of schooling, and per capita expenditure were the indicators were used as the indicators in this study. The results showed that there were 10 regencies with a high level of priority, with the exception being Ambon City, which had a low-level priority. Classification of regencies showed that there was a disparity between them. These findings can help to inform future development designs in Maluku Province.

In the article analyzed regulatory documents which regulate the question of information security in the information and telecommunication system. According the results of the analysis the aim of scientific research, which consists in the improvement of method of calculation of probability of realization of threats of information with the limited access from an internal user violator was formed. To achieve this aim, a list of threats of information with limited access which could come from an internal user violator and the internal user violator model was developed. The method of calculation of probability of realization of threats of information with the limited access from an internal user violator was developed and has the followings stages: determination of level of knowledge’s of internal user violator and assessment of the possibility of realizing the threat; forming of model of internal user violator; forming of model of the appearance of the motive of behavior by the internal user violator; calculation of probability of realization of threats of information with the limited access from an internal user violator. The work of the developed method has been tested for the following employees of the institution (organization): the system administrator, the operator of the automated workplace, the telecommunications engineer and the employee who is not the user of the information and telecommunication system and does not belong to the technical personnel. The results of the verification allow conclude that the most probable realization of the threats of information with limited access from the employees of the institution (organization) comes from those employees who are users of the information and telecommunication system, have a high level of knowledge about the possibility of realizing threats and having a motive of behavior – revenge. The developed method of calculation of probability of realization of threats of information with the limited access from an internal user violator in addition to the generally accepted classification of levels of opportunities, methods used of action and place of action, takes into account the motive of wrongful acts by the internal user violator and assessment of his knowledge about the possibility of realizing the threats of information with limited access in the information and telecommunication system

Abstract This study aims to obtain a mapping of seismic hazard vulnerability of Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) using the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) method. This mapping is serves as an act of mitigation for earthquake disasters to reduce the risk of earthquake disasters and minimize fatalities or losses in earthquake-prone areas. The factors used construct the mapping of earthquake-prone areas in Yogyakarta are social, physical, and economic vulnerabilities. Each factor has several variables. The data of this research were taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta from 2014 to 2017. The FSAW method was used to determine the level of seismic hazard for each sub-district in DIY with a high, medium, or low vulnerability category. The steps taken in the FSAW method are (1) performing fuzzification for each variable, (2) normalizing, (3) determining the weigh of each variable, (4) determining the classification of the result; whether it is categorized under high, medium, or low level. The result from this study is a map that shows areas in each district of Special Region of Yogyakarta with high, medium, and low seismic vulnerability. Based on the social, economic and physical vulnerability factors, it was found that every sub-district in Yogyakarta City were categorized under the high-level vulnerability, while the sub-districts in Bantul, Gunungkidul, Kulonprogo and Sleman Regencies had the average level of medium.

Abstract. The aim of the study was to create individualized surgical treatment tactics in patients who underwent anastomosing intestinal surgery using the express method for determining cryoglobulins. The study was based on a study of the results of treatment in 96 patients who underwent resection of segments of the small intestine with the formation of inter-intestinal anastomoses, in the SI «ZIGUS NAMSU» during the period from 2015 to 2018 years. Using a high-quality rapid method for the determination of cryoglobulinemia (CGE) during surgery can significantly affect surgical tactics: with a low level of cryobilk in blood serum, it can perform a resection of a segment of the small intestine with the formation of primary small intestinal anastomoses; when the level of cryobilk in blood serum is more than 80 mg / l, which corresponds to a positive rapid test for cryobilk, one should refrain from the formation of primary anastomoses, and use the tactics of the formation of “delayed” anastomoses, in severe general condition of patients (and a high level of CGE – more 600 mg/l) – also the formation of the final small intestinal stoma.

The formation of business strategies of enterprises should be based on a preliminary assessment of their current and future economic opportunities. Such an assessment is to establish the value of the total economic potential of enterprises and its individual varieties. The purpose of this study was to clarify the essence of the economic potential of enterprises, justify the need for its evaluation and selection of its types. The main approaches to interpreting the terms "potential" and "enterprise potential" are identified. These include resource, result, resource-result, resource-target, and result-target concepts. It is established that the potential of any object, including the enterprise, can be interpreted as a set of its external functional properties, which this object shows or can show in a certain state of the environment in which it is located. Accordingly, the assessment of the potential of an object should be based on the identification and determination of its external properties, taking into account the environment in which the object is located. The main situations in which there is a need for information about certain components of the economic potential of the enterprise are identified, and the types of this potential and the consumers of the information about their level, corresponding to these situations, are determined. In particular, such situations include management of production and sales, management of financial and economic results of the enterprise, management of enterprise development, assessment of the company's need for various types of resources, assessment of enterprise value, assessment of current and future impact of the enterprise on the economy of the country (region), etc. The features of classification of types of enterprise potential existing in the scientific literature are supplemented by the following ones: by the main types of economic activity, by the dynamics of changes in the economic and production system of the enterprise, by consequences for the subject of enterprise potential assessment, by the stages of economic activity, enterprise potential, etc. The obtained results make it possible to improve the understanding of the complex patterns that underlie the formation of the economic potential of enterprises.

The concept of failed state came to the fore with the end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR and the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Political violence is central in these discussions on the definition of the concept or the determination of its dimensions (indicators). Specifically, the level of political violence, the type of political violence and intensity of political violence has been broached in the literature. An effective classification of political violence can lead us to a better understanding of state failure phenomenon. By using Tilly’s classification of collective violence which is based on extent of coordination among violent actors and salience of short-run damage, the role played by political violence in state failure can be understood clearly. In order to do this, two recent cases, Iraq and Syria will be examined.

This article deals with method of binary classification of images with small text on them Classification is based on the fact that the text can have 2 directions – it can be positioned horizontally and read from left to right or it can be turned 180 degrees so the image must be rotated to read the sign. This type of text can be found on the covers of a variety of books, so in case of recognizing the covers, it is necessary first to determine the direction of the text before we will directly recognize it. The article suggests the development of a deep neural network for determination of the text position in the context of book covers recognizing. The results of training and testing of a convolutional neural network on synthetic data as well as the examples of the network functioning on the real data are presented.
