Peran Gender perlu dikenalkan oleh pendidik sejak dini dikarenakan sangat erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan dan pembentukan pola perilaku dan kepribadian anak di masa dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendidik dalam pembelajaran berbasis gender di Kober Tunas Bangsa. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan peserta didik di Kober Tunas Bangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis gender dilaksanakan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pendidik tidak bersikap diskriminatif pada permainan peserta didik ketika mereka bermain. Selain itu, tidak ada materi atau tema khusus yang membahas tentang gender di dalam RPPH, karena sesungguhnya semua nilai-nilai gender sudah terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran serta pendidik di Kober Tunas Bangsa menggunakan metode yang dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis gender dilakukan secara bervariasi. Since early, gender roles need to be introduced by educators. It relates to the development and formation of child behaviour and personality patterns in adulthood. This study aims to determine the role of educators in gender-based learning in Kober Tunas Bangsa. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research subjects are the headmaster, educators, and learners in Kober Tunas Bangsa. The results showed that the implementation of gender-based learning was conducted through transparency, habituation and educators are not discriminatory about the learners games when they play. In addition, there is no special material or theme that talks about gender in the RPPH. The fact that all gender values are already integrated into the learning process and the educators at the Kober Tunas Bangsa use varied methods in the gender-based learning process.

Creativity is a key oriented towards the effectiveness of the learning process carried out by the teacher in achieving learning and educational goals. This study aims to reveal the teachers' creativity in the learning process. Teacher's creativity is the skills to have such as skills in making teaching materials, carrying out learning in class properly, learning methods that are relevant to the material, appropriate learning media, quality learning resources related to the discussion, etc. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, and the research subjects are teachers in schools who expected to have creativity in the form of quality skills.

Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan sekolah mempunyai peran penting sebagai supervisor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 10 Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek peneliti adalah kepala sekolah dan guru PPKn. Tehnik analisis data digunakan adalah data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisi kepada guru yaitu memberikan bimbingan, arahan agar guru bisa melaksanakan tugasnya dengan professional dan bisa mengusai kompetensi berupa kompetensi sosial, pedagogik, professional dan kepribadian sedangkan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat supervisor akademik, faktor pendukung supervisor akademik adalah para guru selalu siap untuk disupervisor oleh kepala sekolah. Faktor penghambat supervisor akademik ini adalah adanya beberapa kesulitan yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah yang berupa jika kepala sekolah mensupervisor guru yang bukan bidang studi yang menjadi background pendidikan kepala sekolah.Principals as leaders of school education institutions have an important role as supervisors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal as a supervisor in streamlining the PPKn learning process and what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of supervisors in making the PPKn learning process effective at Mataram State Middle School 10. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the school principal and the PPKn teacher. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that the principal's function was as supervision of the teacher, namely providing guidance, direction so that the teacher could carry out his duties professionally and could control competencies in the form of social, pedagogical, professional and personality competencies while supporting factors and inhibiting factors of academic supervisors, supporting factors of academic supervisors the teachers are always ready to be supervised by the principal. The inhibiting factor of this academic supervisor is that there are some difficulties experienced by the principal in the form of if the principal supports supervisors who are not in the field of study who are the educational background of the principal.

The waste problem is a classic problem that is quite difficult to solve. This article aims to discuss the role of the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi as an effort to empower the community in supporting the KANG PISMAN policy. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a logical analysis model. The findings show that the community empowerment carried out by the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi has been carried out in a sustainable manner and with sufficiently optimal results, but is still constrained by several obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and support from the government and the private companies. The implication of this finding is that the bank sampah is one of the institutions that will strongly support government programs in realizing less waste city if the cooperation between stakeholders is well established.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Bank Sampah, Waste Management

This research used qualitative descriptive approach which lead into a field research. BCCT learning in RA Ngalian was regarded as an effective data obtained. It was 73 percent stated agree and the other of 27 percent stated very agree. Constitutionally, supporting factor in applying BCCT method appears in some aspects, such as the location, the headmaster’s competence, and teachers’ competence. As for the implementation in RA (PAUD) of Ngalian District, most of 67 percent of respondents stated agree and the other of 18 percent of respondents stated disagree. The role of teacher as inspiration for their students and as center of learning was not applied yet holistically. The data obtained, it was almost 45 percent of respondents stated agree and 10 percent stated very agree. It means the role of teacher as inspiration was not applied. Meanwhile the weaknesses factor of BCCT learning in RA (PAUD) of Ngalian district was the lack of time management in implementing BCCT method. This took effect in the learning process. The obtained data showed 45 percent stated agree and 9 percent stated very agree. It means that the time management was most recommended in order the BCCT learning could run well. Because of seeing the allotted time was limited, it made students were forced to accomplish some steps being passed. So that, the time management was required. Key words: the application of BCCT, the supporting factor, the weaknesses factor.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the principal as an administrator and supervisor. The design of this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers and staff staff at Megang Sakti Public Middle School, Musi Rawas District. The results of the study explained that the principal had applied his main tasks and functions as the principal. The conclusions of this study are that the Principal of Megang Sakti Middle School has made a good work program, this can be seen from school activities, both related to students and with educators and school education. Arus globalisasi yang diikuti dengan perkembangan tekhnologi memberikan berbagai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap keadaan masyarakat, terutama pada kalangan remaja dapat membuat mereka berbuat positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan peran guru dan masyarakat sekolah dalam menghadapi pengaruh media sosial terkait dengan kenakalan remaja di SMA 1 Mauponggo dan usaha-usaha apakah yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru akan senantiasa menggambarkan pola tingkah laku yang diharapkan dalam berbagai interaksinya, baik dengan siswa, sesama guru, maupun mengajar, dapat dipandang sebagai sentral bagi peranannya. Sebab baik disadari atau tidak bahwa sebagian dari waktu dan perhatian guru banyak dicurahkan untuk mengkaji proses belajar mengajar dan berinteraksi dengan siswanya. Peran guru dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah guru sebagai pendidik, guru sebagai pengajar dan fasilitator, guru sebagai pembimbing, guru sebagai pengarah, guru sebagai pelatih, guru sebagai penilai, guru sebagi pemimpin, guru sebagai mediator, dan guru sebagai evaluator. The current of globalization which is followed by the development of technology provides a considerable amount of influence on the condition of society, especially among adolescents can make them do positive and negative. This study aims to describe the role of teachers and school community in dealing with the influence of social media related to juvenile delinquency in Mauponggo 1 High School and what efforts have been made by the school to overcome the juvenile delinquency. This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informants in this study were principals, teachers and students. Data that has been collected is analyzed through steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of the teacher will always describe the expected patterns of behavior in various interactions, both with students, fellow teachers, and teaching, can be seen as central to their role. Because whether it is realized or not, a portion of the teacher's time and attention is devoted to studying the learning process and interacting with students. The role of the teacher in the teaching and learning process is the teacher as an educator, the teacher as the teacher and facilitator, the teacher as the guide, the teacher as the director, the teacher as the trainer, the teacher as the assessor, the teacher as the leader, the teacher as the mediator, and the teacher as the evaluator.

This research aims to develop, design, and create innovations in education that can be used in learning, namely Android-based BTS-BI applications that can be used to facilitate teachers and students in implementing the learning process. If teachers and students cannot attend class learning, this application can be utilized. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach that was developed using a research and development model. The results of this study are Android-based "BTS-BI" (Indonesian-Student Textbook) application designs. This application contains Indonesian material that has been adapted to the applicable curriculum.

This study aims to analyze the student learning interest the process of online learning in SDN Lembursitu Kota Sukabumi, and the role of parents in the online learning process. This study qualitative descriptive research methods with research subjects are teacher, parents and students. The technique for data collection using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Technique semi-structed interview and open questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with three stage are data reduction, data display and data conclusion/verification. Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on students interest in learning, when the learning process switches to online learning it results in decreased student interest marked by the lack of active student participation whe following the learning process. In this case parents are very involved in the implementation of the learning process online, parents play a role in guilding students when doing assignments, providing facilities in the form of phone and internet quota, motivate students to study spirit, help and supervise students when carrying out the learning process so that students follow the learning process well and smoothly by always coordinating with the teacher regarding the development of student learning.

This article is about the dual role of teacher guidance and counseling. Teacher guidance and counseling positions are important positions in a school. With the teachers guidance and counseling in schools are able to reach students who are exposed to the problem. Teacher guidance and counseling has so much responsibility to hear the portion of at least 150 students for one teacher guidance and counseling, then the role of teachers guidance and counseling that not only one to make guidance and counseling teachers should have good management. The location of this research is in Junior Diponegoro Depok with subject of teacher. The research method using qualitative descriptive approach with emphasis on direct jumping of spaciousness. Furthermore, from the findings in the field mentioned that the double role of a teacher guidance and counseling is something that can happen, but with this dual role, not make the teacher BK crossed his duties, but still perform the task as a teacher guidance and counseling with the help of other parties such as homeroom, waka student, even up to the principal. Cooperation and counseling teachers counseling and counseling with other parties in school make the role of teacher guidance and counseling that not only one be very helpful and can be run well. artikel ini memapakan tentang peran ganda posisi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Posisi guru bimbingan dan konseling merupakan posisi yang penting dalam sebuah sekolah. Dengan adanya guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah mampu menjangkau siswa-siswi yang sedang terkena masalah. Guru bimbingan dan konseling mempunyai tanggung jawab yang begitu besar dengar porsi minimal 150 siswa untuk satu guru bimbingan dan konseling, maka peran guru bimbingan dan konseling yang tidak hanya satu membuat guru bimbingan dan konseling harus mempunyai manajemen yang baik. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMP Diponegoro Depok dengan subjek guru. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menekankan pada terjun langsung kelapangan. Selanjutnya dari hasil temuan dilapangan menyebutkan bahwa peran ganda seorang guru bimbingan dan konseling merupakan hal yang bisa terjadi, namun dengan peran ganda ini, idak membuat guru BK melalikan tugasnya, namun tetap menjalankan tugas sebagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan bantuan pihak lain seperti wali kelas, waka kesiswaan, bahkan sampai kepala sekolah. Keterkaitan dan kerjasama guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan pihak lain disekolah membuat peran guru bimbingan dan konseling yang tidak hanya satu menjadi sangat terbantu dan bisa dijalankan dengan baik

This research aims to identify the role of Islamic religion teachers in instilling religious values in elementary schools.  Data collecting is done by making direct observations of intensive learning activities and learning outside which are considered to prioritize attitude or religious.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach.  This type of research is a phenomenological research. This research examines a phenomenon that exists in SD Negeri 182/1 Lindung Hutan.  The result of this research shows that the role of Islamic religious education  teachers is very important in instilling religious values in schools. The teacher is a model in the process of instilling religious value for the students.
