The article is aimed at forming an idea of the coevolution process as the basis for managing the economic security of enterprise. It is noted that the current state of development of socio-economic systems, which include enterprises, are at the stage of post-industrial development. The development of any enterprise depends on its ability to adapt to changes in the exogenous factors of influence, which causes rethinking and the novel approaches to managing the economic security of individual enterprises as preventive measures for adaptation. At that, economic security management should be considered taking into account significant changes closely related to the coevolution process, which has its origin in biology and is understood as a mutually agreed action to change the elements that constitute the integrity of the developing system. It is noted that during the end of the XXth century - begin of XXIst century a transformation of the development of socio-economic systems took place, changing from industrial to noosphere, with its central element being the human, and the central scientific platform for research being the economics of knowledge. Under these conditions, coevolution is considered as the basis for managing the economic security of enterprises with the definition of purpose, objects and subjects of economic security management, with specific provision of the management system and the formation of appropriate management principles. The central element of the economic security management system of enterprise is approaches to management on a coevolution basis, the formation of which is based on the synthesis of general-basis and specific management approaches, namely: evolutionary, systemic, resource, resource-functional. The result of the proposed aspects is obtaining a more effective result from the process of managing the economic security of enterprises.

The subject of research-theoretical concepts of economic security managementof universities. The purpose of the article. The study of the essence of the economicsecurity management system of the university and the definition of its main tasks,the formulation of principles of economic security management of the university.Methodology. The dialectical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, methodsof structural-logical and semantic analysis were used to study and summarizescientific papers on the research topic. The results of the work. The essence of theuniversity’s economic security management system has been reviewed. The maintasks of the control system have been identified. A definition of the university’seconomic security system has been proposed. Principles of management of economicsecurity of the university have been formulated. These are: scientific andorganizational and social principles. Conclusions. The proposed principles allow totake into account the economic role and social mission of universities in managingeconomic security.

The article explores the concept of economic security management strategy as a general, detailed plan of activities for the medium and long term, which should be based on the basic principles, tasks of the economic security management system of enterprises and be a way to achieve the main goal. The main purpose of this strategy is presented. Undetermined dynamics of the main indicators of the bakery enterprises in Ukraine in 2014-2019. The scheme of types of strategic behavior of the enterprises of bakery branch is considered and constructed. It is determined that the development and implementation of a new range and modern management techniques using the latest technological, information and management processes are key factors in increasing production by improving the organization of production and increasing its efficiency, expanding jobs with highly qualified personnel, high wages, attracting investment in innovation, improving product quality, rational use of available and potential resources, and, most importantly, all this ensures the appropriate level of overall economic security of the bakery industry. The main stages of managing the innovative potential of bakery enterprises in the context of strengthening their economic security are highlighted. It is outlined that the level of innovative safety of bakery enterprises is assessed by the stages of managing the innovative potential of enterprises: problem statement, management, analytical and control stages. As a result, the study concluded that the successful operation and development of the enterprise depends on an effective management system of economic security, which is based on the strategic behavior of the enterprise, which allows to develop scenarios for optimizing economic security.

The subdivisions consider the main directions of formation of the optimal economic security management system at the enterprise. The concrete purposes of functioning of such system of management of economic safety of the enterprise are defined. Emphasis is placed on the need to create an effective economic security management system at the enterprise. It is pointed out that it is expedient to consider this problem through the prism of the analysis of the combination of satisfaction of economic and social needs of employees and ensuring the appropriate level of economic effect of economic entities. It is noted that the basis of the European approach to the development of personnel of the enterprise, which is a key element of ensuring the safety of the business entity through the improvement of organizational, educational and qualification structure of personnel. It is these processes that formed the basis of the concept of lifelong learning, the implementation of which in the business entity ensures the development of human capital, identification and transfer of hidden knowledge, promotion of competencies and use of learning environment that provides opportunities for lifelong learning, adaptation to market requirements. Emphasis is placed on the need for staff training, motivation and delegation of management powers, involvement in ensuring the security of the enterprise.

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to develop and implement effective tools for analysing the probability of financial risks that may potentially arise in the operation of the financial and economic security management system of an enterprise, regardless of its particular affiliation to any economic sphere. The purpose of this study is to assess the theoretical prerequisites for creating an effective system for analysing financial risks in the operation of the financial and economic security management system of an enterprise at any stage of its operation and to analyse the probability of practical implementation of such a system. The leading approach in this scientific study is a combination of methods of system analysis of the activity of management systems for the economic and financial security of the enterprise, with an analytical study of the analysis of financial risks arising during the operation of this enterprise. In the course of the study, scientific confirmation was obtained regarding the fact that there is a clear, structural relationship between the analysis of the level of financial risks in the enterprise's activities and the functioning of its financial and economic security management system, which suggests that a high-quality and timely analysis of financial risks is essential for various aspects of the security of the enterprise in general. The results obtained in the course of this study are of great practical importance for employees of the economic and financial systems of enterprises of various forms of ownership and activities that solve the problems of developing effective methods for protecting the economic activities of organisations in the conditions of instability of the current economic situation on world markets and real threats of increasing financial losses of enterprises in this regard.

Introduction The paper outlines the issues of organizational tools of personnel security management. It is determined that one of the most important components of financial and economic security of a commercial enterprise is the personnel component, which includes employees who influence all aspects of the enterprise, as they are related to its functioning and effective operation. The purpose of the paper is advancement of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for special features and organizational tools for managing the personnel warehouse system and financial and economic security of the enterprise. Results. Features and components of personnel security of a trading company are considered. An algorithm of the personnel security management system based on the purpose, objects, subjects, components of the assessment and personnel security tools has been developed. Organizational recommendations are given, which contain management tools for the components of personnel security, their brief characteristics and advantages are given. Conclusion Combining the above tools of the personnel security management system will allow on the one hand to prevent negative consequences and eliminate potential risks and threats from staff, on the other hand, to protect employees, provide them with proper working conditions, ensure their basic needs and achieve their main goals development.

In the context of active changes in the social and economic environment of the enterprises functioning, the problem of the effectiveness of the management approaches used by them, as well as their ability to respond to modern challenges and threats that they face, becomes relevant. This article is devoted to the research for a solution to this problem by studying the process-functional approach as the basis for the construction of modern management systems for the economic security of an enterprise. The article provides a detailed analysis of the place and essential content of the concept of economic security in modern conditions, highlights the main semantic components of the enterprise economic security, which most fully characterize various areas of safe activity of the management system in modern conditions, namely resource, organizational, monitoring, effective and strategic, and a brief description of them is provided. A list of key problems of the formation of effective economic security management systems at domestic enterprises, which serve as key constraints for ensuring the future development of such economic formations, has been identified, the systemic nature of this problem has been established, which requires appropriate research activity to effectively solve it. A detailed analysis of the essence of traditional approaches to the construction of control systems, which are presented by the process approach and the functional approach, is carried out. Provided a detailed description of these approaches from the standpoint of content, basic aspects of construction, the main advantages and disadvantages of their application. The use of an integrated process-functional approach to the construction of modern management systems for the economic security of an enterprise is proposed as the most effective and optimal form of organizing the management process in modern conditions of economic activity. The conceptual foundations have been formulated on which the process of applied implementation of this approach at the enterprise is based, as well as the key aspects that enterprises should be guided by when introducing this management approach.

The key idea of the conceptual model of financial and economic security of business processes of enterprise is the viewpoint that economic security is an integral part of the management system of enterprise development and therefore covers the tasks of strategic management and those that are specific to the current management of business processes of enterprise. Economic security management in accordance with development goals is ensured by such principles as: adaptability, achieved by harmonization of interests and goals, reliability of organizational relations with partners, compliance with organizational structure; sustainability, which is created due to competitiveness and stable position in the market, financial and economic condition and efficiency of functional areas of activity; ecological and social responsibility implemented in compliance with social standards and minimization of harmful effects on the environment. The components of this model are the goals, tasks, functions and potential for ensuring the security-oriented development of enterprise. Restrictions on the protection of the enterprise from threats require the financial and economic security management system of the developed information and analytical provision to identify and prevent threats, assess their impact, changes in the financial and economic state of the enterprise, the sufficiency of its resource provision. The most relevant are the analytical methods for assessing possible threats and their consequences, identifying dangerous zones to maintain the sustainability of the financial and economic state of enterprise. Further development of an analytical instrumentarium for assessing economic security be carried out through the construction of more advanced indicators and criteria for quantitative assessment of the adequacy of the level of economic security in order to ensure the sustainable development of enterprise.

The mathematical model of a territorial community management based on a multi-sectoral model of a national economy and Kaizen strategy has been built. According to the modelling a united territorial community is a "closed system". This allows to determine the internal functioning potential to assess the possibilities of self-financing and break-even point. In the multi-sectoral model for a territorial community, we assume that the elements of this complex system are the basic factors of production, namely, land, labour, capital, entrepreneurial skills and information. It has been found out that effective management of territorial community’s internal potential allows to assess its internal economic security rate based on autonomy and self-sufficiency. It has been proved that Kaizen strategies cause effective organization, control and managerial influence on a complex system like a territorial community in the context of its dynamic development.
