The virtual environment is a phenomenon that has grown exponentially in recent years, changing the way the economy evolves. Through e-commerce, social media platforms, online stores, or websites, financial resources are rolled both legally and illegally. Thus, some transactions are not accounted for or taxed, and also the concept of the digital shadow economy, defined as economic shadow activities conducted in electronic space, with no physical contact is increasingly present today. This paper aims to review and systematically analyze, through bibliometric analysis, using the Web of Science scientific platform and the VOSviewer software, the notion of digital shadow economy, determining the current state of knowledge in the field. Also, a comparative research was performed between digital shadow economy and the traditional shadow economy. The main findings reveal that digital shadow economy has a novelty character that refers to an economy based on digitized services and products, which escapes the official estimates of the GDP and the main research tendencies concern the conceptualization of the term and its main activity channels, aspects that distinguish it from traditional shadow economy. Furthermore, a thematic cluster, containing links to the digital shadow economy term can be noticed to be around cybercrimes.

Introduction: COVID-19 is a respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The types of COVID-19 vaccines have been distinguished, ie vector viral vaccines, mRNA, subunit vaccines. These include traditional approaches - inactivated, live-attenuated and protein / adjuvant-based, as well as novel, as yet unlicensed - viral vectors and nucleic acids. There are scientific publications showing the safety and possible side effects of vaccines from various companies. Purpose of the work : Analysis of the safety of COVID-19 vaccines on the basis of scientific publications published on the PubMed scientific platform. Publications have been published in the last 12 months. The safety and adverse effects of vaccines were assessed in the course of clinical trials. Results: Among the main side effects so far were mild / moderate pain at the injection site, redness, hives and rash. Allergic reactions to vaccines are - apart from pronounced local reactions (> 10 cm) at the injection site - very rare and are usually caused by the vaccine's allergy to the components of the vaccine. In addition, there may be swelling or tenderness of the lymph nodes in the armpit, headache, pain in the muscles and joints, nausea and vomiting. Conclusions: Regardless of the concern, these vaccines are characterized by similar mild, systemic side effects, which indicates the similarity in the safety of these vaccines. Severe adverse reactions occur in extreme cases. More patients only experienced side effects after the second dose. Keywords: vaccines; coronavirus; COVID-19; safety of COVID-19 vaccines; side effects

“Journal of Interior Design and Academy" (INda), which started its publication life on May 19, 2021, within the scope of Octagon Academy, is experiencing excitement and happiness together thanks to publishing its first issue. Scientific resources, researches and studies have accelerated and started to spread with technology. The place and importance of scientific journals in the presentation and spread of studies, especially in academic working life, is very big. Today, it is possible to reach most of the scientific articles in the world through scientific journals published online. It is estimated that there are approximately 24 thousand scientific journals in the world and between 2.2-2.5 million scientific articles are produced. Unfortunately, this rate is very low in Turkey and the number of indexed journals based on the faculty of architecture and design is very low. In the field of interior architecture, the number of indexed journals specific to the discipline of interior architecture is not sufficient. The Journal of Interior Design and Academy (INda) has decided to start its publication life for exactly these reasons. The journal that has just started its publication life; has emerged with the aim of making versatile contributions to our country, universities, interior architecture field and related disciplines and professionals working in this field in terms of production and sharing of scientific knowledge in the context of its goals, duties and responsibilities. The discipline of interior architecture can continue to work in relation to different disciplines such as architecture, industrial product design, planning, landscape architecture. The coming together and working together of these disciplines on different platforms supports holistic design approach. For the coexistence of these disciplines, there is a need for a common language and more collaborative work. In this context, it has emerged that the publication of this journal is a basic need in order to create a scientific platform for the understanding of Interior Architecture and related disciplines, sharing information and collaborating. I hope that with the first issue of our journal, which started its publication life in Turkish and English with two issues a year, it will be useful to the interior architecture and design disciplines in the future in terms of achieving goals that can be recognized on an international scale, producing information and providing information sharing widely.

The research interest to such phenomenon as giftedness has already been taken place in the discussions in some areas: anthropological about human nature, pedagogical about the interaction between bringing up, education and training of a gifted child, social about the circumstances of revealing of special abilities of children, psycological about nature, classification and sources of giftedness. On the base of theoretical-empirical methods of scientific research (theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, methodical, historical literature; content-analysis of normative-methodical documents, methods of comparison and classification) the following results of retrospective analysis of theories of giftedness. The stages in the development of the idea of giftedness and its fundamental distinctive definitions are highlighted, the methodical principles of theories of giftedness are defined, the necessity of working out the methodological basis of the process of continuous development of gifted children. The retrospective analysis of evolutional development of the theories of giftedness points out that their conceptual differences are based on different scientific theoretical and methodological researches, are determined by the dynamics of socio-political, economical and socio-cultural processes. On the other hand, the diversity of concepts is the consequence of versatility and difficulty of giftedness nature, impossibility to work out the general references and strategies of development for all its demonstrations. The giftedness is defined as gradually developing competence, performing as the basis of effective activity of the talented personality. The study, analysis and generalization of the main elements of the giftedness theories given in the works of Russian and foreign scientists, form the scientific platform for search and working out the scientific and practical methods of giftedness development aimed to find out and develop of potential and hidden opportunities of schoolchildren, aimed to individual accompaniment of their educational paths, aimed to formation of social motivation.

The review presents scientific information about modern approaches to immunodiagnosis of tuberculosis infection in the Russian Federation, which allows to control the spread of infection and prevent the development of the disease in individuals infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). The results of Russian and foreign studies have shown a low total sensitivity of the Mantoux tuberculin skin test, which indicates a low predictive value of the test for the diagnosis of tuberculosis infection. The article presents the results of preclinical and clinical studies of a new diagnostic test for the detection of tuberculosis infection using Diaskintest. The results substantiate the purpose of Diaskintest for the diagnosis of tuberculosis infection, assessment of the process activity; differential diagnosis of tuberculosis; differential diagnosis of post-vaccination and infectious immune response (delayed-type hypersensitivity); monitoring the effectiveness of treatment. The article presents the results information on the screening of tuberculosis infection in the Russian Federation using Diaskintest, its significance, efficacy, and safety. The results of scientific studies carried out in recent years to assess the effectiveness of immunodiagnostics in the Russian Federation give reason to believe that the introduction of a modern screening method for diagnosing tuberculosis infection using Diaskintest can significantly improve the quality of doctors work on the early detection of various manifestations of tuberculosis infection and significantly reduce the states material costs for combating with tuberculosis.

Background: Nucleocapsid protein of hepatitis-B virus (HBcAg) recombinantly synthesized in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells is known to be capable to self-assemble into highly immunogenic stable viral-like particles (VLP) of icosahedral shape with a characteristic size of 32 nm (Schödel et al., 1994; Murray and Shiau, 1999). The VLP formation is tolerant to the insertion of some artificial epitopes to N- and C-termini of HBcAg monomer and also into major insertion region (MIR), forming a spike on the surface of VLP (Tordjeman et al., 1993, Peyret et al., 2015). Methods: We have investigated the possibility of heterologous expression of de novo designed gene coding the first 148 amino acid residues of HBcAg (Pumpens and Grens, 1999). The gene was specially designed to be suitable for the insertions of genes coding fluorescent proteins, which are desired for the studies of VLP distribution in tissues by confocal microscopy. Gene was optimized for overexpression in E. coli producer strains and special attention was taken to obtain a simple purification scheme, which reliably reduces the amount of pyrogens in purified VLP. The MIPT scientific platform of electron microscopy equipped with the transmission electron microscope Tecnai Polara G2 (Thermo Scientific (FEI)) was used. Carbon-coated (Lacey Carbon and 10 nm thin carbon) copper 200 mesh grids were treated with glow-discharge and coated with VLP suspension in deionized water. The samples were stained with uranyl acetate solution, air-dried, and inspected at the accelerating voltage of 300 kV. Results: The 32 nm size of heterologously synthesized VLP was successfully proved, and spherical shape was seen using negative contrasting.
