The article considers the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the process of implementing technologies for the organization of remote work both in management and in the technical sphere. The COVID-crisis is seen as a factor that has facilitated, accelerated and intensified the introduction of remote forms of work, because precisely due to the problem of new jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic both remote work and information-technological improvement of enterprises become relevant. The article is aimed at researching the development of remote forms of work under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of the research is the process of introducing remote forms of work at Ukrainian enterprises. The subject of the the research is the organization of remote forms of work at enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article presents the results of the study (based on a survey) of the demand for a remote form of work and training among Ukrainians during the COVID-19 pandemic. 150 Ukrainians took part in the survey. Among them are women and men aged 18 to 65 who work and study both traditionally and remotely. The analysis of the data was carried out using a Google survey. The survey participants were asked topical questions about their possibility and desire for a complete transition to a remote form of work; level of development of the remote form of work at their enterprise or place of study. As result, the most positive and negative, according to the respondents, traits of a remote form of work are identified; also the most frequently used programs to provide remote work. The conclusions emphasize that Ukrainians are not only ready to accept new forms of work organization, but also actively adapt to them and, despite the shortcomings, the remote form of work is in demand and promising, especially in the context of quarantine measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The object of this research is the process of management informatization in economic sphere. The subject of this research is the impact of active implementation of information management technologies upon transformation of this process. At the same time, the article does not dispute the effectiveness and feasibility of the segment of rendering digital services, but rather focuses on studying digital economy overall and its impact upon the modern information society. The relevance is defined by the fact that the expert opinions on digital economy and its prospects substantially differ, and the experience of rapid transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic significantly increased the number of potential problems. The application of systemic approach, methods of decomposition and comparative analysis, taking into account the experience of organization of remote work during the quarantine, allowed viewing the questions of digitalization of the economy as one of the spheres of human activity from a comprehensive perspective. The conclusion is made that digitalization of the economy, although not being a “know-how” in the direct sense, ensures taking the economic management processes to the new level, which due to changes in content of the processes in “real” economy, may substantially affect development of society as whole.

The purpose of this study is to find out the extent to which the imam of the mosque and the khateeb played the role assigned to them and the impact on worshipers in Aflaj province. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed on four axes, in addition to the instructions, the response method, and the demographic data, the validity and consistency of the questionnaire was verified. A sample of 225 male worshipers representing different ages, jobs and educational levels were randomly selected from the worshipers mosques in Aflaj province. The study tool was applied in 1439H (2017). The results of the study revealed that there is a deficiency in the performance of the Imam and the Khatib for the role entrusted to them, including weakness in their role in preaching and guidance, as evidenced by the study the need to establish programs and training courses directed to imams and Khatib to improve their performance. The results indicate that many imams do not take care of the periodic meetings of the mosque group, and does not inspect their conditions, and has no role in deepening the spirit of love and solidarity between the mosque group.  As for Khatib, the study pointed out that some Khatib s do not take care of addressing social and family problems, and does not adhere to the Sunnah in shortening the Khutba and prolonging the prayer, and that many of them do not take good care of choosing the subject of the Khutba and its diversity according to the occasion. In the field of the impact of the Khatibs on the worshipers, the study indicated the weakness of the Khatib in the worshipers, and that most of the sample of the study finds that the Khutba is not used in caution of innovation, or good dealing with Muslims, or in creating good morals such as honesty, honesty and mastery of work. They did not benefit from the Khutba in leaving some taboos, such as: spall, absolution, deceit, lying, and they did not feel an increase in their faith after the Khutba. Finally, the study reached several recommendations which we believe will have an active and positive role to activate the role of Imams and Khutis in Aflaj governorate, which can be distributed to the Kingdom's governorates.

This chapter examines the impact of technology on facilities management. By focusing attention on the needs of the “corporate nomad,” individuals who take advantage of technology and new forms of work organization to break out of the 9-5 mentality of corporate life, it suggests that even the virtual office requires a degree of facilities management. It argues that organizations will become increasingly aware of the need to better utilise expensive real estate in real time to ensure a synergy between organizational and individual needs.

MTUN has been given responsibility for producing skilled TVET workforces in the industrial sectors. Therefore, the education structure in MTUN is gradually making a transition to Education 4.0 to integrate the existing education structure with the discovery of the 4th Industrial Revolution new technologies. The impact of this shift demands changes in the implementation of teaching towards Education 4.0. Teaching towards Education 4.0 is a phenomenon in moving the change of MTUN to a higher level. However, there is an issue of a mismatch of skills between the industry's needs and graduates' quality to face the 4th Industrial Revolution in Malaysia. Therefore, this study explores how to implement Education 4.0 to produce quality and technologically skilled graduates required by the industry. Thus, this study aims to determine the indicators and elements of teaching towards Education 4.0 for Engineering Technology in MTUN. The study involved seven experts in instructional design technology and in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). The interview data collections were analysed using thematic analysis to explain the subject matter of this study. Eight elements were identified to implement teaching towards Education 4.0. In the wake of the 2008 global financial and economic crisis, new forms of work organization emerged in Europe. Following this trend, Portugal has undergone a reconfiguration of its artistic organizations. In the performing arts, some organiza-tions seem to have crystalized and others are reinventing their artistic mission. They follow a plurality of organizational patterns and resilient profiles framed by cyclical, structural and occupational changes. Artistic organizations have had to adopt new models of work and seek new opportunities to try out alternatives in order to deal, namely, with the constraints of the labour market. The article anal-yses some of the restructuring processes taking place in three Portuguese artistic organizations, focusing on their contexts, individual trajectories and collective missions for adapting to contemporary challenges of work in the arts. We conclude that organizations are a key domain for understanding the changes taking place.

Obtaining dietetic licensure in Ontario requires completion of a Dietitians of Canada (DC) accredited four-year undergraduate degree in nutrition and an accredited post-graduate internship or combined Master’s degree program. Given the scarcity of internship positions in Ontario, each year approximately two-thirds of the eligible applicants who apply do not receive a position XX, XX, XX, XX, XX, XX, in press). Anecdotally, not securing an internship position is known to be a particularly disconcerting experience that has significant consequences for individuals’ personal, financial, and professional well-being. However, no known empirical research has yet explored students’ experiences of being unsuccessful in applying for internship positions. Fifteen individuals who applied between 2005 and 2009 to an Ontario-based dietetic internship program, but were unsuccessful at least once, participated in a one-on-one semi-structured interview. Findings reveal that participants’ experiences unfold successively in four phases that are characterized by increasingly heightened emotional peril: naïveté, competition, devastation, and frustration. The authors conclude that the current model of dietetic education and training in Ontario causes lasting distress to students and hinders the future growth and vitality of the dietetic profession. Further research is required to understand the impact of the current model on dietetic educators, internship coordinators, and preceptors as coincident participants in the internship application process.
