The component of antenatal care received by pregnant women is classified as incomplete because the implementation of standard pregnancy services is still using conventional methods. There are obstacles faced by midwives, such as the limited time in a recording, which has an impact on the declining quality of antenatal care standards. This research aims to compare the effectiveness of the use of KIA books and MONSCA applications in midwives in the application of the standard Antenatal service 14 T. This research was conducted in Puskesmas Tanete and Puskesmas Bontobangun Bulukumba District. The method used in the study is experimental quasi (pre-test post-test nonequivalent control design). Using a sample of midwives in this study, as many as 36 people were divided into two groups (18 intervention groups and 18 control groups). The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a difference in the effectiveness of using KIA books with MONSCA applications, MOSCA's applications were easier to use, faster, safer, and more accurate than KIA books. It can be concluded that the MONSCA application is more effective than KIA books. Key words: Effectiveness, Android-based Smart Continuity of Care application, KIA book, Antenatal service 14 T

Family planning to spacing or planning the number and distance of pregnancies using contraception. Data on active family planning participants based on the type of contraception at the Pasie Raya Community Health Center in 2019 was 39.4%, there was no increase in the coverage of active KB participants based on the type of contraception in 2018 of 49.4%. The aim is to find out what are the factors that influence the use of family planning program services for women in the working area of the Pasie Raya Community Health Center. This type of research is a combination research (mixed methods research) combining or combining quantitative methods and qualitative methods with Accidental Sampling sampling techniques on 90 samples and 5 informants. Quantitative data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate logistic regression tests. The results of the study showed the influence of knowledge, information sources, culture, family support and support from health workers on the utilization of family planning program services. Based on the multivariate analysis, the support variable for health workers is the dominant variable, while the results of the qualitative analysis on key informants and supporters can be concluded that women have taken advantage of the Kb service program, but most of the women do not understand and understand the benefits that are obtained from the family planning program. The conclusion from the health workers is very important in the utilization of family planning program services. It is recommended that the Health Office conduct more evaluations of family planning services at the Puskesmas. It is necessary to improve the quality of Kb services by including health workers in training.

SummaryThis study examined the effect of reproductive and child health (RCH) services on fertility and child mortality in the districts of Uttar Pradesh. It specifically measured the effect of antenatal care, medical assistance at birth, child immunization and use of modern methods of contraception on Total Fertility Rate (TFR), Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Under-five Morality Rate (U5MR) before and after the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) period. Data from the 2002–04 District Level Household Survey (DLHS-2), 2012–13 Annual Health Survey (AHS) and the 2001 and 2011 Censuses of India were used. The TFR and U5MR were estimated from the Census of India with district as the unit of analysis. Descriptive statistics, composite indices, random- and fixed-effects models and difference-in-difference models were used to understand the effect of RCH services on the reduction in TFR, IMR and the U5MR. The results suggest large inter-district variations in the coverage of RCH services in the state. During the post-NRHM period, improvement was highest in safe delivery followed by immunization coverage and antenatal care and least for contraceptive use in most districts. The relative ranking of districts has not changed much over time. In 2002–04, the RCH Index was highest in Lucknow (0.442) followed by Ballia and least in Kaushambi (0.115). By 2012–13, it was highest in Jhansi (0.741) and lowest in Shrawasti (0.241). The districts of Kaushambi, Unnao, Mahoba, Banda and Hardoi performed better in the RCH Index over time, while Ballia, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Kanpur Nagar, Pratapgarh and Sonbhadra remained poor. The RCH service coverage and demographic outcomes were poor in seven districts, particularly those in eastern and western Uttar Pradesh. The regression analyses suggest that the RCH Index exerts greater influence on the reduction in IMR and U5MR, while female literacy exerts greater influence on the reduction in TFR. The results of the hybrid model suggest that a 10% change in RCH Index would lead to a 3 point decline in IMR, and a 10% increase in female literacy would lead to a 0.2 point decline in TFR. The study suggests continuing investment in female education and RCH services with a greater focus on poor-performing districts to realize demographic and health targets.

The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire, then bivariate analysis was performed with Spearman Rank Analysis, with a significance of p = 0.05. The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test with significance levels p <0.05. Obtained p-value 0,000 which means There is a Relationship between the Quality of Inpatient Services and the Wonosari Community Health Center Community Satisfaction Index with a correlation coefficient of 0.714. The quality of inpatient care results in an index of community satisfaction when receiving health services provided. ABSTRACTThere are some special programs in Maternal and Child Health that have not yet been reached and have a bad trend like the number of Low Birth Weight (LBW), cases of stillbirth, and babies died. There was a congenital defect in babies, increased obstetric complications, and there is one case of maternal death. There were neo-complications in infants and babies. The problem that often results in the death of pregnant women is the lack of early detection at first-level facilities in the Krembung Health center. Early detection and treatment or planning in cases of high-risk pregnant women is lacking, and then we created a SATE Krembung application in 2017. Making SATE Krembung application, socializing to the community, socializing the features of KECUBUNG to report mothers at high risk, and bringing services closer to the community and to evaluate reports from residents. Activities are collected, analyzed, and processed into mature data. The number of people activities collected during the collection of data during this research from 500 users of application from 2017 until 2018. There was a decrease in maternal mortality rates to zero patients in 2017 and 2018. The use of SATE Krembung is quite effective in reducing maternal mortality to zero patients in the Krembung health center work area, but this must be improved with the development of applications. The application of SATE Krembung with KECUBUNG feature can reduce maternal mortality by empowering health cadres and the community to be aware of the environmental conditions surrounding them. Keywords                   : SATE Krembung, KECUBUNG, Maternal Death
