PT. Sinar Property Group is a company that deals in home sales. Marketing Division of the company is the most dominating division in home sales data processing and it is very needed. Consumers data who buy a home become the basic reference in monitoring, it is also used for monitoring consumer payment transaction status and payment transaction archiving. The research is using SWOT as its method that used for knowing strength of the company, weakness, opportunity, and its threat. The results of the analysis show the company needs a system that capable to monitoring centered home sales data which functionally, marketing manager knows the total of consumer and total of sold home using a system which can be accessed in realtime using web-based system, so it will be easier in making decision.   Keywords​: Sales, Monitoring, Sales Report, Website.

Watershed management becomes very important because the more maintained its watershed, the risk for disasters caused by the overflowing river became smaller. Watershed management could be done if the information on that watershed could be complete, but untill this day, the available information was lacking. This condition caused the difficulty of data collected, so required a system that could be used to perform watershed data processing. A system that to be used is Geographic Information Systems Watershed Mapping. This system  is a Web-based system that can be used for collected data and mapping the watershed using a map from Google Maps. Features polyline which was owned by Google Maps can be used to describe a network of rivers and long inundation, library geometry was used to calculate the length of polylines, feature marker was used to describe the location of the dam and the point was prone to flooding of a river and features a polygon used to describe the watershed. This system can collected data watershed in two ways, namely digitization and input the coordinates that can be done by the admin. Results from watershed data can provide information to the user about the location of the dam along with its description, the river network in the watershed, a point prone to flooding, inundation and limit the length of the watershed and its description.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Along with the development of technology, the speed of data processing is needed in order to compete with competitors. A company must have an advantage over other companies if it does not want to lose in the competition. MRCCC Siloam Semanggi is a company that provides health services for cancer patients. One of the transaction processes within the hospital is sensing data in the form of images of patient data. Image data processing activities at this hospital are not yet structured and require a database in order to assist in fast data processing. This study aims to create an image transfer system to transfer physical documents into digital documents. This system is useful for hospital employees to be able to find documents easily for certain purposes, the system is made web-based using XAMPP, using PHP language with MySQL database. The results of the analysis of research that has been done, there are problems that arise related to the retention system in hospital patient data. Retention data collection activities are usually carried out by sorting out patient medical record documents from those not recorded on a computer.

The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

Decorner is a company engaged in the service of photography. In the development of its business, Decorner has a vision to provide the best service for customers and earn the trust of customers. To realize this vision, we need a means of web-based information. This facility aims to facilitate customers in making reservations photography services for a particular event. In the process of making a website, the first step is to analyze the system in the company, making the system design, design web menu structure and interface design of the web, after it determined the use of the software. In this application, the software used is Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 interface design to manufacture, MySQL as a database to store data off site and PHP scripts for the programming language. The results obtained in this application is the application of information systems web-based photography services reservation at Decorner. On the website Decorner equipped with photography package offered, the page order, the payment confirmation page and testimonials as well as the administrator to manage the content of the page or web content.

This study is based from a case in KOPERTIS Region X about scholarship management process that was done manually and spend a lot of time. From this case, a Scholarship Management Information Systems is designed to assist KOPERTIS Region X in scholarship management.Scholarship Management Information System was developed using Waterfall Mode, which starts with the specification of user needs and continued by planning, modelling, construction, delivering system to the deployment, and finally the system maintenance. Scholarship Management Information System is designed by using the web-based programming language such as HTML, PHP5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery and MySQL databases. In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

BP-RB PKU Muhammadiyah Pakem is a medical center that is still relatively new and is seriously preparing hardware, software, and brain devices, especially in Emergency Installation (IGD). Patients who come to the emergency room need fast and appropriate assistance. At BP-RB PKU Muhammadiyah Pakem there is a patient registration process, medical records and calculation of payments still made manually so patients must wait for inspection or payment. This makes searching medical records and visiting data examining previous patients longer because they have to look for lines and sheets. The purpose of this study is to establish an Emergency Management Information System that can help health practitioners in the management process in the emergency unit to be faster and easier in finding patient medical records for previous visits and recording patients' medical records so that patients can be treated quickly and accurately . This study uses several steps including: Defining the main problem, Collecting data, Developing information systems, Defining the main problem, Collecting data, Developing information systems. Methods in system development include software requirements analysis, design, implementation, development. The system used by the company in handling the recording and sale of home products is still done manually as to hamper the company's performance. In a sense, a company is a unified system that influences one another to achieve certain goals. In the proposed system that the author designed to solve these problems while providing information on home sales quickly. For example, data processing needs are increasing, data processing rules are increasingly varied, rules from within or outside the company, can be used as indicators of problems. So PT Indah Cemani Raya, Balaraja designed the application for a web-based balaraja housing information system. This system is used to facilitate the process of sales, promotions and detailed information about balaraja housing, where marketing can enter home listings entrusted by customers to the website of PT Indah Cemani Raya, Balaraja to be marketed, and the existence of an application to activate the list of home sales that have been inputted by marketing to the website. Reports produced are in the form of home data reports, home buyer reports, home marketing reports, periodic payment reports, house specifications and credit simulations. Currently there is no system to facilitate customers in seeing housing products and also place an order without having to come to the location. The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze and design a sales system at PT Indah Cemani Raya, Balaraja so that it can help the parties involved in the data collection process, especially in the home sales process. PT Indah Cemani Raya, Balaraja is a private company engaged in the property business, specifically in the sale of housing construction (developers) which helps the government in increasing national economic development.
