In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

Web Services (WS) technologies create the potential for an organization to collaborate with partners and customers by enabling its software applications to transact over the Internet. This collaboration is achieved by carefully incorporating Web Services in the organization’s software applications, resulting in comprehensive Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) for the enterprise. This incorporation of WS-enabled applications and components in the organization’s overall enterprise architecture requires understanding of the service at three interrelated yet distinct layers: policies, activities, and standards. This chapter describes how the existing business processes of an organization are transitioned in to collaborative business processes that would result in a Collaborative Web- Based System (CWBS). The ideas presented in this chapter have been validated through an action-research carried out by the authors in a large energy supplier organization in Melbourne, Australia.

Currently informarsi system is needed by several large companies. To support some data processing, one of them is employee data processing and employee contract data. Given the existing problems in contract data pengelohan often occurs that the check is not maximal so some data left behind and even neglected impact on the increase in salaries of employees who are late due to contracts that are not handled according to schedule. This study aims to create a web-based RIL application using sms gateway for delivery of contract data reminder information. This research uses SDLC method with Extreme Programming model with stages of planning, designing, coding, testing, implementation and evaluation. SMS gateway is a gateway for information dissemination using SMS. With SMS gateway can spread the message of the serial number automatically and quickly which is directly connected with the database of mobile numbers that have been stored. This can be done by RIL applications in sending reminder information messages to the HRD division as well as employees receiving their contract expiration date information. The result of the research is the user can maximize the checking of contract data so that nothing is left behind and give the report that arranged well and clear

The study entitled " Web-based Medical Information with Inventory System of LGU Jones Health Services Unit, was designed and developed to create a web-based system that answers the existing problems encountered in the present procedures In terms of organizing and minimizing the use of paper in the clinic. The purpose is to design a system that collects and stores patients' information, medicine information, medicine inventory and that makes it available for decision making for analysis and for management action and policy making. The administrator must log in to the system in order to record and input all the information needed in the transaction. Using database, all inputted data are stored in it. All medicine information, and patient information are also stored in the database. Related studies and literature were also integrated in this study, observation, interview internet research and questionnaires were the design used. The Web-based Medical Information andInventory System of LGU Jones Health Services Unit was developed using the Bootstrap, Jquery, MySql

This chapter describes the modeling of the Collaborative Web Based System (CWBS). This CWBS is the means by which the CBPE model, discussed earlier in this book, is practically implemented. The focus of this chapter, however, is on the models of collaborative business processes that can be implemented in CWBS. The software architecture aspect of the CWBS is based on the detailed discussions of technologies in previous chapters 2, 4 and 5. The models in this chapter are based on the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and the use cases are based on the specifications of the Unified Modeling Language (UML). These notations and the ensuing process models are important when organizations try to collaborate with each other. These process models show, visually, how the interactions amongst multiple organizations will take place from a business viewpoint.

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPN Veteran Jakarta) is one of the public universities which views student associations to play an important role in student self-development. Student’s self-development can be realized if students participate in every activity. but a lot of problems that occur because the process related to student association is still done manually without using an information system, where students have to come to campus to take care of all the needs to hold an activity. So that we need a system that aims to improve services to student associations as well as facilitate the management of existing student associations data and can increase the credibility of UPN Veteran Jakarta itself. It is called SIWA. It is expected to minimize errors that occur and manage business processes that exist in each student association. So that the benefits generated later, it is hoped that information on Real Estimate of Cost, submission of activity proposals, accountability reports and annual reports can be managed properly. Besides that, it can also support a paperless culture in the college environment. This information system will be built based on a web-based system and its development will use the waterfall method.

Computers play an important role in every activity in an organization or company. With the computer all the data processing or other important documents can be arranged systematically so that the process of storing and searching data can be more easily and efficiently. Currently there are many companies use the system sales manually, using brochures or print media to find consumers are considered less effective and requires a lot of funds. With the current technological developments, in this study want to try to lift Baby Wise Shop by creating online marketing in the form of website. By using the facilities of computer technology and internet, trying to make sales facilities that can save time then the sales can run well Design sales program created using Dreamweaver CS5, and the database used using Mysql so that the database is stored neatly. The development of this website is expected to be easier for consumers to obtain information about what is offered from Baby Wise Shop. In addition, this online sales website responsive web-based, so that customers can easily buy the latest products, anytime, anywhere want to buy the goods.   Keywords: Sales, Information, Customer, Online

Abstract :  The Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator is part of Bina Darma University which facilitates tenants to get incubations from partners who collaborate with Bina Darma University. This research was conducted with the aim of creating an information system that can solve existing problems, namely building a web-based information system and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) using the Codeigniter and Materialize framework, which is an information system designed to manage all data collection. Tenants, activity data collection, document storage, and other data in the Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator, and can display the required information reports quickly and efficiently. By using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, researchers get feedback from clients by discussing, and researchers can create systems with the best implementation to meet client needs. The results of this study are the availability of a information system that can assist users in managing all tenant data collection, activity data collection, documentation, and data on innovation products and intellectual property rights at the Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator at Bina Darma University.

Warehousing data processing based on products entering and leaving the expedition in Super Tata Raya Steel companies has several obstacles in the delivery of information. Data management carried out by the warehouse section of the company is still manual, especially in terms of the recording and bookkeeping system of product receipts and shipments. In dealing with these problems, this research uses several stages among observation, analysis, planning and design methods with object-oriented approaches that use UML (Unified Modeling Language). So that this research can develop it into a system design in the form of web-based applications using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The existence of a new system aims to support business-to-business between the expedition services with the company and to reduce the occurrence of errors during warehousing data processing then data management becomes faster and more accurate so that the resulting report is in accordance with the existing data. Therefore, this research can be used as a support for the leadership's decision in determining business patterns in the warehousing sector, so management of company services become effective and efficient

This chapter is based on a study at a selected organization to evaluate the impact of mobile technology and collaborative environment on its business processes. The existing business processes of the organization are placed within the proposed model of mobility. Also, additional collaborative business processes are engineered to operate on Collaborative Web-Based System (CWBS) in order to examine how an organization can benefit from the model. This chapter will also explain the shortcomings of the proposed re-engineered and engineered processes enabling better understanding of them. This study will help the organization under study to understand and experience the importance and value of the two important technologies of mobility and WS and the need to adapt them in order to remain competitive.
