PT. Winn Appliance is a company engaged in the sale of household commodities, namely gas appliances. Currently in carrying out sales data reporting sales PT. Winn Appliance still uses Microsoft Excel and Whatsapp media as a medium for providing information and reports on sales results which will later serve as indicators for company management in determining the decision to extend the work contract. The goals of the company need to be achieved through a predetermined target for each sales, as well as measuring the achievement of these targets. Then these measurements can use a Key Performance Indicator which integrates with each other. For this reason, a Web System Application-based Key Performance Indicator information system was established. Then in determining the design requires an appropriate method and the method applied in this research is using the OMAX (Objective Matrix) method. The programming language uses the PHP Framework Code Igniter and MySql as a database storage regulator that can show the Sales Performance Indicator target value that has been achieved. The result of this research is Information System Key Performance Indicator Sales of OMAX method based on Web System Application which can facilitate the management of PT. Winn Appliance in monitoring sales and is useful for determining employment contract decisions.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

The development of technology information and communication has a positive impact in the way of accessible information as we need. Companies should apply this information system in their activities to win the competition. One of the parts to which the system information is considered applicable is in the system of remuneration. Though the implementation of remuneration information system, it is expected to enable to handle the remuneration transaction in the way that it can run well and be done in minimal errors. This research aims at developing a remuneration information system that includes data processing of the employee’s salary and the report. The tools that are used to perform the analysis and the design is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) while the programming language used to design the system is PHP and MySQL. The result of this research is a computerized remuneration information system that can be used to conclude that the proposed system can effectively meet what the management of a company wants.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Sangaji Urban Village North Ternate City has an information system that is still in the manual form which makes it difficult and slow in the process of adding, deleting (or making letters). Research conducted at Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (BPMPTSP) Padang City aims to analyze the process of making a trading business license and design a new system capable of overcoming the existing obstacles. Making SIUP in BPMPTSP still done manually, which means not yet using an application program. For example, in creating reports, employees still use Microsoft Excel and archiving in document form. In addition, there is often difficulty in data search due to the absence of databases for data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system using Visual BasicNet 2010 programming language for monitoring the creation of trading business license containing and empty on BPMPTSP, so that information can be presented quickly and accurately. The advantages of this proposed system are in the recording and stored in a database making it easier to generate reports. Thus making SIUP becomes more clear and precise.

The purpose of this research is to design an accounting information system application that processes web-based salary data on Sneaklin Bandung laundry shoes, the method is done using descriptive and experimental methods. Salary data processing performed at Sneaklin Bandung Laundry Shoe is already using a computer, namely using the Microsoft Excel program, this method is still troublesome administrative staff in managing employee salary calculation, employee data, and payroll processes. The design of a web-based payroll accounting information system in Sneaklin Bandung shoe laundry using the PHP and MySQL programming languages is expected to facilitate administrative staff in processing payroll data and managing employee data.

The concept of dashboard performance is an information system application model provided for managers to present performance quality information, from a company or organizational institution, dashboards have been widely adopted by companies or businesses. In this study, the authors designed a dashboard that was used as a monitoring system for lecturer posting activities at Binadarma University, Palembang. The limitation of the dashboard in this study only displays data based on lecturer posts which will be developed in the form of a website. Dashboard design is more effective and efficient than viewing data manually, which requires managers to open a database to view data one by one from lecturers' posts. In making the lecturer website dashboard, the data taken is in the form of posting data stored in the lecturer database, the data that has been taken will be presented in the dashboard in the form of graphs, tables and dashboards.

PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabing is a company that serves the distribution of electrical power throughout the customer which is included in the scope of rayon tabing. This streaming system is assisted by a distribution tool that is a transformer. Research conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabing, found the problems that serve as the basis in the writing of this thesis is Geographic Information System of Electric Pipelines and Trafo. GIS has the ability to provide information and display in map form. Currently the information about the transformer data map obtained is still a manual map, only limited to the image display and location plan without including a database that shows the attributes of each object. Therefore it is necessary to have GIS easily digested and mutually integrated both for personnel involved in PLN party and society. The method used in this research is by interview, observation. GIS is designed using Google Maps API and PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. By using internet connection, GIS is able to help PLN to find the location of the transformer and the information needed.

GM Hotels. Marsaringar Balige is a company engaged in hospitality services. During this time the reservation system at GM Hotels. Marsaringar Balige is still manual, such as booking rooms, recording guest data, and data from each part not yet integrated such as restaurant data, ballroom, karaoke, and making reports still using Microsoft Excel office applications. One effort to improve the quality of hospitality services at GMs. Marsaringar Balige is by utilizing information technology, namely by designing an Android-based Hotel Reservation Information System. Is the right solution to overcome the problems of hotel managerial data processing needs that are dynamic and can be accessed through websites or mobile devices. Mobile devices integrated with the web are one of the right choices for processing hotel information systems. A user / guest can get information by making a request from an application that was previously installed on an android smartphone to the database. All data exchange processes are stored on the web server. And the HotelGM Reservation Information System. Android-based Marsaringar Balige is built using the PHP programming language, Eclipse is supporting software for Android mobile, and Phpmyadmin as a tool for managing Mysql database, and Text editor using Macromedia Dreamweaver8.

Puskesmas Teluknaga is one of puskesmas with a lot of patients, each day can reach 100-150 patients. Therefore, the service to treat all the patients must be done quickly so that the patients have no complaints. While in medicines area, the information system is stil using a simple method by using manual record in the book / paper. To save the administration reports, pharmacies and warehouses rely solely on Microsoft excel applications. Manual data consists of many datas. In addition, the file storage for manual data can be damaged. Therefore the author created a strategy in developing the information systems of data processing to assist the process of making medicine reports. To obtain an effective and efficient information system, the system was designed in the Final Report entitled "INFORMATION OF MEDICINES INVENTORY’S SYSTEM IN PUSKESMAS TELUKNAGA". The system will be built by using PHP and MySQL programming language for database design, visual paradigm for UML design, notepad ++ as text editor and xampp v3.2.2 as localhost.   Keyword: information system, medicines entry, medicines out, report.

PT.GMF AeroAsia in its development has an environmental impact analysis that considers the remaining spare parts so as not to overdo it. The achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and the accuracy of the System Application and Product (SAP) are the research objectives by knowing the factors that cause the occurrence of spare parts that have been installed in the aircraft not recorded in the System Application and Product (SAP) and the efforts that can be made to achieve standard Key Performance Indicator. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The analysis tool used is Fishbone and analysis of 5W + 1H. The research data used is secondary data for 6 months (January to June 2017). The population in this research is the data of spare parts report waiting to be used (WTU) in 2016 until 2017. The sample in this research is the data of material waiting to be used report for six months from January to June. In the Pareto Diagram it was found that the most cause was due to the Robbing Material process. In the Fishbone Diagram, the main cause was found because it was not aware of the importance of updating data in the System Application and Product. The results obtained were by increasing discipline in updating the System Application and Product with the Reward and Punishment schemesaims.
