GM Hotels. Marsaringar Balige is a company engaged in hospitality services. During this time the reservation system at GM Hotels. Marsaringar Balige is still manual, such as booking rooms, recording guest data, and data from each part not yet integrated such as restaurant data, ballroom, karaoke, and making reports still using Microsoft Excel office applications. One effort to improve the quality of hospitality services at GMs. Marsaringar Balige is by utilizing information technology, namely by designing an Android-based Hotel Reservation Information System. Is the right solution to overcome the problems of hotel managerial data processing needs that are dynamic and can be accessed through websites or mobile devices. Mobile devices integrated with the web are one of the right choices for processing hotel information systems. A user / guest can get information by making a request from an application that was previously installed on an android smartphone to the database. All data exchange processes are stored on the web server. And the HotelGM Reservation Information System. Android-based Marsaringar Balige is built using the PHP programming language, Eclipse is supporting software for Android mobile, and Phpmyadmin as a tool for managing Mysql database, and Text editor using Macromedia Dreamweaver8.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Abstrack - Salary is a wage given to employees who have worked in a particular company or agency. Every employee who works in a company has the right to get a salary in accordance with the rules or conditions in the company. The issue of giving a salary is important because it has a huge influence on the morale of its employees. At PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, Gunung Malayu Estate, the application used for processing employee payroll data is the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 application. Then an analysis of employee salary data processing systems at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk by designing programming applications using NetBeans IDE 7.2.1 with the MySQl database. INTISARISistem informasi dibuat untuk membantu kegiatan di suatu organisasi dan pengambilan keputusan para pimpinannya. Sistem informasi sudah banyak dibuat organisasi namun data atau informasi yang dihasilkan selalu berdiri sendiri sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan mendapatkan informasi yang terkait antar sistem informasi pada organisasi tersebut, terjadi duplikasi informasi dan menjadikan informasi tidak berupa kesatuan yang lengkap dan utuh.Web sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi yang sederhana dari satu tempat ke tempat lain melalui jaringan komputer. Web dapat dimanfaatkan pula sebagai sarana interoperabilitas dan berbagi informasi antara sistem informasi di suatu organisasi. Suatu klien sistem informasi yang berada pada jaringan komputer dapat meminta layanan data berupa web services kepada server sistem informasi yang menyediakan layanan data yang diminta dengan cara mudah.JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) merupakan seperangkat aturan untuk memformat data berbasis teks yang ringan digunakan pada pertukaran data. Layanan web (web services) pada komunikasi antar sistem informasi untuk bertukar informasi dapat menggunakan JSON agar mendapatkan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan untuk mendapatkan integritas data yang dihasilkan dari berbagai sistem informasi pada organisasi tersebut.Peneliti melakukan pengembangan web services untuk berbagi data antar suatu sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem informasi yang lainnya dengan format menggunakan JSON. Peneliti mengharapkan adanya web services dengan format JSON yang dapat membantu sistem informasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan mendapatkan integritas data yang dihasilkan antara sistem informasi tersebut.Kata kunci— web services, JSON, interoperabilitas, sistem informasi. ABSTRACTInformation systems are made to assist activities in an organization and the decisions of its leaders. The web can also be used as a means of interoperability and information sharing between information systems in an organization. An information system client located on a computer network can request data services in the form of web services to an information system server that provides requested data services in an easy way.JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) is a set of rules for formatting lightweight text-based data used in data exchange. Web services (web services) on communication between information systems to exchange information can use JSON to get the ease of getting the information needed and to obtain data integrity generated from various information systems in the organization.The researcher develops web services to share data between information systems needed by other information systems in a format using JSON. Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.

The aim of this research is to investigate the role of information system in supporting companies to face with information overload. Specifically, the study provides an empirical analysis aimed to examine whether the quality of information systems is able to abate the negative effects of information overload/underload inside a company. Through a survey we assess the managerial feelings about the information overload (and underload) and the managerial assessment of the Information System (IS) quality. Preliminary empirical findings of our survey confirm, by performing a factor analysis, previous literature and suggest the items to be monitored for assessing the information underload and information overload phenomena and the dimensions to take into account for evaluating the IS quality, namely, information processing capacity, technical equipment and communication. Furthermore, results show that when the information underload increases, the information processing capacity of IS decreases and vice versa. This relation suggests that the IS quality could affect the information overload/underload phenomena.

Abstract : Quality control of production is an important thing that must be done by manufacturing companies to be able to produce products in accordance with customer orders. Quality Control (QC) is the department that is responsible for maintaining the quality of the products produced in accordance with predetermined standards. This research was conducted at PT Megah Mas Prima, currently the company still uses conventional methods in the process of creating reports on the results of printing and embossed production. The process of entering the recapitulation data of QC results using Microsoft Excel application, this is very difficult for QC staff because there are many criteria and material codes that must be entered so that the process of making reports requires quite a long time and the level of human error is also high. This research has produced an information system that can assist quality control staff in entering QC data, create QC reporting and accelerate the process of delivering data to QC managers and to other parties who need it.

ABSTRACTThe Village Management Information System is a system that produces information to support the management operations function and determine actions in the Village Government organization and Government on it. This system is designed and built based on the web to make it easier for relevant parties to interact with the system. The purpose of the design and construction of this system is to be able to realize orderly village government administration so as to produce the right information so that Village Governments and Governments at the top level can make decisions or policies that are also appropriate and to be able to shorten the time of administration by the public. The method of building this system begins by analyzing the system that is running and analyzing the system to be built. After analyzing the system, then designing the system using the Unified Modeling Languege modeling, MySQL Database Management System and built using the CodeIgniter Framework. The Village Management Information System was built based on observations made in Talawi Hilie Village, Talawi District, Sawahlunto City. With the construction of this system the Village Government can eliminate problems in the process of village administration, the community can save time in conducting village administration administration, and the Village Government and other relevant agencies can improve productivity and quality of work. Keywords: Information System, UML, MySql, codeIgniter.

Information management, an important element of which is the information system, has a direct impact on the functioning of a company, including its competitive position. Information management is related to the shape of the organizational culture, represented, inter alia, by the context of trust, relationship, and communication. The shape of the organizational culture, including the functioning of the information system, is particularly influenced by factors (usually external) that appear in a sudden and unpredictable manner. This impact increases with the intensity and scale of their influence. The recent COVID-19 pandemic should undoubtedly be considered such a factor. As a result, many enterprises suddenly had to switch to remote work. The aim of this paper is to analyze the essence and recognize the impact of the forced transition to a remote form of work on trust as a shaping and effective factor in the functioning of the company’s information system. To achieve this goal, the results of qualitative research conducted by the authors during the period March 2020–February 2021 and quantitative research conducted in February 2021 were used. In connection with the conducted research, it was found that trust is a very important factor influencing the efficiency and quality of employees’ work. It was also found that the forced need to switch to remote work mode was a problem for most people. This was influenced by both the time of the pandemic, as well as technical and organizational problems. As a result of observations, own experiences, interviews, and a questionnaire survey, the authors state that the necessity to switch from traditional to remote work resulted in an increase in the costs of functioning of people, including employees.

Nowadays, tempe household industry entrepreneurs must choose the right factory location. Location is very influential for develop of a company, besides it can minimize problems in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of priority criteria in selecting factory locations. The results of the calculation of priority criteria, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will find it easier to determine a suitable location to build a tempe factory. This research was conducted in Karanganyar Regency. The method used to determine the priority criteria for selecting the tempe factory location is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. After through the process of obtaining data and analyzing calculations using Microsoft Excel, the percentage result of the criteria are geological and climatic conditions (34.67%), availability of labor (26.94%), market and marketing distance (14.93%), transportation facilities (11.36%), supporting facilities and utilities (7.08%) and distance to the location of raw material suppliers (5.02%). This criterion combines several aspects based on the level of importance, so that the results of the order in selecting the location of the tempe factory will be more objective
