The aim of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, servicescape and service quality to buyer’s purchasing decision in Langsa Snack Center. This study has 96 sample respondents with multiple linear regression analysis is choosen. The proof of hypothesis uses the T test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression analysis result shows Y = 1,549 + 0,191X1 + 0,272X2 + 0,258X3 and coefficient of determination result (Adjusted R Square) shows 0,664 or 66,40%. It shows the variables of product quality, servicescape and service quality affect purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center by 66,40%, while the remaining 33,60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as price and location. T test results obtained partially product quality, servicescape and service quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center. F test results obtained simultaneously product quality, servicescape and service quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones. The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. To achieve this goal, research was conducted at Social Media Café Abdullah Lubis using 100 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: First, social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, service quality plays a greater role in increasing the sensitivity of consumer purchases when compared to social media promotion. Fourth, consumer characteristics are also important variables in increasing consumer decisions in buying products. Fifth, social media promotion and service quality are able to explain variations in purchasing decisions by 87.7 percent.

Currently in the mobile phone business going on a very tight competition, any company or operator ofa mobile card issuing competing to create various alternatif option to influence purchasing decisionsand win the competition. This study aims to test the effect of product quality, price, and promotion onpurchasing decisions. The number of samples in this study were 100 Gresik Telkomsel consumers.Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded thatthe results of simultaneous testing of product quality, price, and promotion of purchasing decisions.The results of partial testing of product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, priceshave a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotions have a significant effect onpurchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Purchase Interests in Tambourine NS, and to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of each variable, so that the data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with test t and F test. In this study, the population was 35 regular customers of tambourine NS products using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of questions to respondents, namely regular customers tambourine NS. Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce that Product Quality and Price Simultaneously influence 7.625 with a significance of 0.000. While the partial test results of Product Quality partially influence 4,322 with a significance of 0,000 results. another case with Prices which partially does not affect the Consumer Purchase Interest. The most dominant variable in influencing consumer purchase interest is product quality.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.

This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions. Respondents of this research are customers of Beauty store at Kendari who buy and use Scarlett Handbody products totaling 110 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that purchasing decisions were significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement, product quality and brand image. This study also found that brand image has the strongest role in influencing the purchasing decision of scarlet handbody.

This study aims to determine how the influence of Earning per Share, Beta, Company Size, and dividends on stock prices LQ45 groups in Indonesia Stock Exchange, either simultaneously or partially. Factors to be the independent variable is the Earning per Share (EPS), beta (BETA), company size (SIZE), and dividends (DIV) and the dependent variable in this study is the stock price (Y). This study took data belonging to the group companies LQ45 of the year 2008-2010. Analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis performed using Classical Test Assumptions in advance. From the test results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the  5%, it can be concluded that there is simultaneous influence of the EPS, BETA, SIZE, and DIV on stock prices. As for the partial regression analysis all influence on stock prices. Coefficient of determination of test results, obtained by the Adjusted R Square of 0,605.

The results of this study conclude that the results of partial testing of Product Quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Price Perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

The analytical method was used, is quantitative analysis, with using test instruments, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously test of product quality variables and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Building Automatic System services at PT.
