Human resources are an important aspect of organizational success. In the last three years, outpatient visits at RSIA NUN Surabaya decreased by 5.32%. The results of the identification showed that, one of the causes of the decrease in visits was patient dissatisfaction with the service of the officers. The objectives of this research were analyzing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) based on characteristics of employees in the hospital. This research is analytic descriptive with cross sectional study design. The samples were 34 employees were selected using purposive sampling. Result of this research showed that employees who had organizational citizenship behavior in the fewer categories were employees who had more than 32 years of age (≥ 32 years) with 77.8% presentations. Employees who have Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with fewer categories are employees who have a work period of less than 2 years with 100% presentation. The conclusion of this study is that employees who are more mature tend to have low OCB. Employees who have a low working period tend to have a low OCB. Therefore, it is important for hospital management to improve relationships between employees through gathering and maximizing employee potential when undergoing training for new employees.

Nilai budaya diperoleh seseorang dari awal kehidupan yang mempengaruhi perilaku di tempat kerja. Leader Member Exchange yang tinggi telah diketahui dapat memotivasi karyawan sehingga dapat menunjukkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang dipercaya menjadi penyebab meiningkatnya produktifitas di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader member exchange terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Perawat Suku Bugis-Makassar di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Sampel sebanyak 98 orang perawat dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria suku Bugis-Makassar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian responden dengan karakter Bugis-makassar  yang  erat  dengan nilai budaya siri’ na pacce dengan kriteria sipakatau (kemanusiaan); deceng (baik); asseddingeng (kesatuan) dan marenreng perru (setia) menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan proffesional respect (p<0,05), contribution (p<0,05), dan affect  (p<0,05) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sebaliknya, tidak ada pengaruh loyalty (p>0,05) terhadap organizatioonal citizenship behavior perawat Suku Bugis Makassar

Suku Bugis adalah salah satu suku yang paling banyak tersebar di Indonesia yang dikenal memiliki semangat yang tinggi, gemar berpetualang dan suka merantau.Suku Bugis memiliki nilai budaya yang tinggi yang berdampak terhadap kinerja individu dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lama bekerja pada tingkat OCB perawat suku Bugis di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Sampel sebanyak 98 orang perawat dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria suku Bugis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh perawat Suku Bugis Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji memiliki tingkat OCB yang tinggi. Hasil Uji rergesi linear antara lama kerja dan OCB menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh antara lama bekerja dan OCB yaitu nilai p=0,203>0,005. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa perawat memiliki tingkat OCB yang tinggi walaupun dengan rentang lama kerja yang berbeda hal ini karena perawat suku Bugis merefleksikan nilai budaya siri’ na pesse berupa matinulu (kerja keras), getteng (teguh) dan marenreng perru (setia) pada saat memberikan pelayanan di rumah sakit.

Introduction: The organizational citizenship behavior in hospitals is of great importance since it enhances positive relationships between employees and their involvement in organizational activities. On the other hand, culture is one of the main and major components of the organization, which has a direct effect on promoting the organization's activities. In this regard, rich Islamic culture with its pure concepts has a great role in shaping and refining people's behaviors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Islamic culture on organizational citizenship behavior among nurses in hospitals of Yazd University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 264 staff of the selected hospitals affiliated with Yazd University of Medical Sciences was selected using two-stage sampling method. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire consisting of three sections: demographic information, a 22-item organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire with 5 dimensions, and the Islamic culture questionnaire, which should be answered using a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and SmartPLS software. Results: Among the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, the highest mean and standard deviation were related to conscientiousness dimension (3.10±0.69). The total mean and standard deviation was calculated as 2.99±0.57 for the component of organizational citizenship behavior. The mean and standard deviation of Islamic culture was 2.89±0.53. According to the data analysis algorithm in PLS method, by examining the significant coefficients of t for each path, Islamic culture had significant effect on all components of the organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: Considering the impact of Islamic culture on organizational citizenship behavior, various cultural programs such as cultural training courses, cultural seminars, and cultural events are suggested to promote Islamic culture in hospitals

The rapid development of health can be seen from the increasing number of hospitals. The hospital is to be followed by the quality of human resources in supporting high-quality health services. This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The approach used in this research is quantitative analytic approach with cross sectional study. The population and sample in this study were non-civil servant functional nurses in inpatient rooms class II and III at Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital with a total of 55 respondents. Then to analyze the data in this study using Kendall-Tau with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that there was a significan relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), where the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.344 with Sig. 0.009 (p <0.05). The conclusion shows that there is a relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on nurses in panembahan senopati hospital, Bantul Yogyakarta.

The manufacturing sector is one of the major sources contributing towards economies as well as environmental pollution. Contributing to the theory of ability motivation opportunity theory, the aim of the current study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment on the relationship between green human resources management (green recruitment and selection, green training, green rewards, and green performance evaluation), corporate social responsibility, and sustainable performance (economic, social, and environmental performance). The quantitative survey research design was used in the current study and structured questionnaires were distributed for the collection of data. The cross-sectional data were collected from 150 firms. Sample of the study was consisted of HRM managers, directors. Total 200 questionnaires were distributed but 150 completed responses were received and analyzed. A structured questionnaire was used. For data analysis, smart partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used. The measurement model and the structural model were developed and tested in the study. The measurement model aim was to investigate and establish reliabilities and validities of the instrument while to test hypotheses structural model was formulated/developed. Results revealed that the instrument was found reliable and valid; the instrument has met all standard criteria for average variance extracted, composite/construct reliability factor loadings, and alpha values. While structural models illustrated that all hypotheses are accepted. It is concluded from the results that organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment significantly mediated the relationship between corporate social responsibility and green human resource management practices. This implies that organizational citizenship behavior towards environment significantly effects sustainable performance. The originality of the current study lies in highlighting corporate social responsibility, green human resources management practices to enhance sustainable performance through organizational citizenship behavior towards environment.

The general objective of the article is to determine the degree of satisfaction of the students of the Autonomous University of Chiapas, Mexico, through a cross-sectional study to assess the institutional services offered and their impact on their academic training. The specific objectives are: 1) Analyze the opinion of students regarding their curriculum and teachers, 2) Analyze the opinion of students regarding the knowledge of university regulations and 3) Describe the conditions of University infrastructure: physical and technological. The methodology used was the explanatory method of qualitative-quantitative and transverse cutting, for this it was necessary to design and apply a Likert-type survey, which was applied to 3,842 enrolled students of the 5th. to the 8th. semester of 22 Bachelor's degrees from the various UNACH headquarters. The contribution that this research has is: a) Provide academic elements to university authorities for decision making in their accreditation processes, b) Training of human resources through the participation of students in the development of research and c) Sensitize the university community through the publication of research results.

Organizational Justice has been considered a significant subject in the operative organizations functioning. Whereas Organizational Citizenship Behavior is important to achieve the organizational success therefore organizations encourage and facilitate the OCB in order to produce effectiveness and efficiency in organization functions. The primary aim of this research is to investigate the role of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in enhancing employees’ performance in academic setting. Organizational justice plays a pivotal role in shaping individual behavior and particularly extra role behavior such organizational citizenship behavior. To answer the research question, the cross sectional data were collected through a questionnaire from 190 employees working in different universities of Azad Kashmir Pakistan. Our findings reveal that there is a significant positive association among organizational justice (OJ), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and Employees performance (EP). The results indicated that Organizational Justice and Organization Citizenship Behaviors was significant predictor of Employees performance. This research contributes to the managerial literature by identifying and applying theoretical concepts into a different sample and organizational settings.

One of the factors that must be considered in managing human resources is the volunteerism of employees in helping co-workers outside of their responsibilities (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The symptoms of problems associated with low OCB are due to the low transformational leadership and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to OCB at Villa Kubu Manggala Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Kubu Manggala Seminyak by using census method that is 30 respondents. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 12 statement items. Tests conducted using the classical assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test and t test. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on OCB. To improve the OCB's behavior within the organization, companies should pay more attention to normative commitment and promotion opportunities.
