This research is a school action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers in developing learning implementation plans through workshops at 28 / X Public Elementary School Simpang Desa Academic Year 2019/2020. The Subject of This Research Are Teachers In 28 / X Simpang Desa Elementary School, Berbak District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province. This school action research was carried out in two cycles, the results of the evaluation of conversions with the results of the implementation of the first cycle workshop. The conversion results stated that the research had not yet reached the target, it needed to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in cycle II showed that all parts of the workshops in preparing the lesson plans had been going well, so that there were no more parts of the lesson plan development activities that needed to be improved. While the second cycle evaluation which was converted with the workshop implementation table said that the research had reached the target limit of the completeness criteria of the teacher's ability in preparing the lesson plan that was equal to 88.2 and an average increase in the results of the workshops for the preparation of the teacher's lesson plan was 64.2 at the initial condition of improvement to 67.6 in the first cycle, from 67.6 to 94.2 in the second series. From the comparison of the average preparation of the RPP it states that the workshop can improve the ability of teachers in preparing learning implementation plans through workshops in 28/X State Elementary School Simpang Desa Academic Year 2019/2020.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

<p class="Abstract"><em>The purpose of this study is to improve the narrative text writing skills used Roundtable. This study is a Classroom Action Study (CAR) with two cycles. The subject is the student of state Elementary School  Bulukantil  in academic year 2018/2019 with 40 students. The data collection techniques of this study used observation, interviews, documentation, and test.The validity of data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. This study used an interactive analysis from miles-Huberman data analysis. The initial condition of narrative text writing skills of grade III students resuled in 27,5% classically. The first cylce begins with first meeting of 55% in classical. The second begins with first meeting of 87.5% classical completeness. The conclusions in this study is roundtable improved narrative writing skills on students at grade III of state Elementary School  Bulukantil  2018/2019 academic year.</em></p>

This study aims to improve the Pedagogical Competence of Class IV Teachers of SD Negeri 9 Dauh Puri and the ability of teachers to prepare RPP in the Learning Process by applying Academic Supervision. This type of research is school action research and involves 1 teacher at the Dauh Puri 9 Elementary School in the academic year 2016/2017.The data of this study include pedagogic competency data collected using worksheets for assessment instruments for the implementation of learning and the ability to develop learning implementation plans using planning instruments for learning activities. Furthermore, the data collected in this study was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in Pedagogic Competence and Ability to Arrange RPP. This is evident from the results obtained in the 1.70% cycle for preparing lesson plans and 73.33% for pedagogical competencies. From cycle I to cycle II it increased 100% for the preparation of RPP and 100% for pedagogic competencies. The conclusion obtained from this study is that academic supervision can improve the pedagogical competence of the teacher and develop a plan for implementing learning.

This research is aimed to grasp understanding about the improvement of students' courage in speaking through show and tell activity by using media of images for the 4th grader students in Jetis 2 Public Elementary School Yogyakarta. This is an action classroom research, which has been conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 3 meetings. The subject of this research is all 4th grader students of Jetis 2 Public Elementary School Yogyakarta, academic year of 2014/2015, which consists of 12 students, 6 male students and 6 female students. The data collecting techniques employed are observation and working performance by using indicator matrix of students' speaking courage, the skill of showing and telling and also the process of show and tell activities in class.In addition, this research also employs documentation technique, in the form of photos during the occurrence of the research process. The analysis technique in this research uses descriptive qualitative technique. The results of the research are presented as follow: show and tell method can improve the students' speaking courage 23,61% (formerly it was 55,38% reaching up to 78,99%), the skill of show and tell of 27,43% (from 56,25% reaching up to 83,68%) and the process show and tell is 9,03% (from 72,91% reaching up to 81,94%).

The objectives of the research were to find out whether snakes and ladders game can improve the students’ vocabulary mastery and to describe the class atmosphere when the snakes and ladders game is implemented in the class. The research was carried out at elementary school in  Karangmojo. The approach used in this research was a classroom action research. It was conducted from May 2014 to June 2014. The subject of the research was the fifth grade of an elementary school in Karangmojo in the academic year of 2013/2014. The researcher collected the data using qualitative and quantitative method. The result of this research showed that the use of snakes and ladders game could improve the students’ vocabulary mastery and class atmosphere. The improvement of the students’ vocabulary mastery included; the students could understand the meaning of word, pronounce the words correctly,  spell the vocabulary correctly , and  use the words in appropriate context of situation. The improvement of class atmosphere included; the students’ interest toward the material increased, they were active during the lesson, and could work in group and individually. The students’ mean scores improved which could be seen from their mean score of pre-test (59.2), post-test 1 in cycle 1 (69.1), and also post-test 2 in cycle 2 (77.6).

This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher competencies in preparing plans for implementing learning in 008 Sungai Primary School, Sigajah and 013 Public Elementary School, Teluk Piyai, through continuous workshops and guidance. The subjects of this study were 008 State Elementary School teachers, Sigajah River, and SDN 013 Piyai Bay, totaling 24 teachers. This study uses school action research with two cycles. The technique of collecting data uses an observation sheet on the preparation of plans for implementing learning carried out by the teacher. The school action research is carried out in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year for approximately two months, from September to November 2018. The results of the study are 1) workshops and ongoing guidance can increase teacher motivation and competence in preparing a complete learning implementation plan according to the components. The teacher shows the seriousness in understanding and compiling the plan for implementing the learning after getting guidance on the preparation of the learning implementation plan from the researchers in the implementation of the workshop. 2) Continuous guidance can improve teacher competency in preparing learning implementation plans. It can be proven from the results of observations that show that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing the implementation of learning plans.

This is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply STEM learning models in 86 / X Harapan Makmur State Elementary School, School Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 86 / X Harapan Makmur Public Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The initial observation result was 58.56 and the percentage of completeness was only 50%. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the research has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle of 50% and an average of 67.5 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle of completeness criteria to 87.5% and average that is 87.46 states that workshops can improve the ability of teachers to apply the STEM learning model in learning at 86 / X State Elementary Schools Harapan Makmur 2019/2020 Academic Year.

This study discusses about feasibility of audiovisual media for literacy activities of students of grade V in public elementary school (SDN) 067241 in Medan. This study is conducted in the even semester of Academic Year 2018/2019. The timing of this research is carried out from March to April 2019. The subjects of this study are: (1) students of SDN 067241 Medan Denai class Va as the subject of field trials; and (2) two experts who each have criteria: material experts and media experts. The results shows that a media product of the Tema 4 learning video in the fifth class of Denai Medan. This learning video media product is feasible and valid to be used by Grade V students of SDN 067241 through assessment, revision, and validation from several experts.

The aim of this research was to find out whether or not the Speaking Skill of the 3rd grade students of Cipta Dharma Elementary School could be improved through Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Picture Series in Academic Year 2016/2017. This Research used a Classroom Action Research with the total 36 students taken as subject. The result was, in Pre Cycle 52.78% (19 students); in Cycle 1 69.44% (25 students); and in Cycle 2 88.89% (32 students) reached the minimum completeness learning mastery. Based on the result, it could be concluded that the subject’s Speaking Skill could be improved the implementation of STAD and Picture Series.
