Low birth weight infant mortality is one of the causes of high infant mortality (AKB) in Indonesia. Infant mortality can be prevented by improving the quality of the baby's health through growth and development. One of the efforts to improve the quality of baby health. The study aims to prove the difference in BBLR BB increase through Indian and Johnson way baby massage. The method used is Quasy Experimen with pretest-posttes design. The population is a low birth weight baby born in RSIA Pertiwi Makassar period July – September 2018. The study sample numbered fourteen that met the criteria. Seven babies were massaged the Indian way and seven babies were massaged johnson's way. Massage is done twelve times at intervals three times a week. Fifteen minutes at a time. The instruments used are baby scales and observation sheets. Univariate data analysis showed the average increase in BB for Indian way baby massage was fifty-one percent,while theaverage weight gain for Johnson's way of baby massage was fifty-three percent. Statistical tests with mann-Whitney U, showed that there was no significant difference in BBLR BB increases between indian and johnson massage. The conclusion of this study is the indian and Johnson way baby massage can both increase BB BBLR.

Background: Various modifications of the coronally displaced flap have been proposed in the literature with the attempt of treating gingival recession. This study is undertaken to evaluate the predictability of the modified coronally positioned flap in isolated gingival recession not only in terms of root coverage but also with the esthetic outcome. Materials and Methods: Fifteen isolated gingival recessions with at least 1mm of keratinized tissue apical to the defect were treated with a modified coronally advanced flap. All recessions fall into Miller class I. The clinical re-evaluation was performed 3 months and 1year after the surgery. Statistical analysis was performed using statistical application software (SPSS16.0). Multivariate ANOVA was used for analysis. Results: At the 1-year examination, the average root coverage was 94.6% of the pre-operative recession depth. There was a mean clinical attachment gain of 3.3±0.1 mm at 1 year follow-up.The average increase of keratinized tissue between the baseline and the 1-year follow-up amounted to 1.53±0.13 mm. Root coverage esthetic score (RES) was recorded at the end of follow-up period. 13/15 cases showed RES score of 9 and 2/15 cases showed RES score of 6. Conclusion: The modified coronally advanced surgical technique is effective in the treatment of isolated gingival recession in the upper jaw.

Chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia (CFS/FMS) affect 2.1% of the world’s population and ~10–25% of people who have had COVID-19. Previous clinical data suggested that a unique Panax ginseng (C.A. Meyer, family Araliaceae) root extract (HRG80™ Red Ginseng) often resulted in marked improvement. We aimed to study this hydroponic form of red ginseng root, containing high levels of rare ginsenosides, for improving energy, cognition, and stamina. This open-label prospective study included participants with severe CFS/FMS who took a daily supplement of HRG80 capsules (200–400 mg) or tablets (100–200 mg) for one month. A total of 188 subject patients completed the one-month treatment trial. Of these, 60.1% rated themselves as improved, with 13.3% rating themselves as being much better. In this group, the mean composite score improved from 11.9 to 18.8 (p < 0.001), with a 67% average increase in energy, 44% average increase in overall well-being, 48% average improvement in mental clarity, 58% average composite improvement in the previous three measurements (primary outcome measure), 46% average improvement in sleep, 33% average decrease in pain, and 72% average increase in stamina. Our study showed that HRG80 red ginseng root powder resulted in a marked improvement in people with CFS and fibromyalgia. This included the subgroup with post-viral CFS/FMS.

Abstract We study how homeowners' consumption responds to a negative and anticipated disposable income shock: the beginning of the amortization period on interest-only mortgages. We identify spending behavior through an event study approach, by matching loan-level data that covers the universe of Danish mortgages to detailed administrative registries on borrowers. In response to an average increase in installments worth 9 percent of income, consumption drops by 3 percent of income, when amortization begins. The reduction in expenditure is persistent. Borrowers who fail to smooth consumption are highly leveraged and likely to be denied a new interest-only loan, upon expiration.

In this work, floating photovoltaic systems were experimentally studied under Jordan’s weather conditions to determine their effects on energy output, water quality and supply. A limited number of studies have addressed the effect of floating photovoltaic systems on water quality and evaporation reduction especially in a semi-arid region like Jordan. Energy measurements were taken from August 2020 to January 2021 using an Arduino board with data logging sensors. Water quality parameters were tested for collected samples on a monthly basis from August 2020 to February 2021 using a spectrophotometer. Results revealed that the floating panel temperature was lower than the ground-mounted counterpart. An average increase of 1.68% in voltage and 4.40% in current were observed for the floating panel compared to the ground-mounted panel which translates to an average increase of 5.33% in power generation over the ground-mounted panel. Furthermore, efficiency and fill factor increased by 4.89% and 5.51%, respectively. Evaporation results showed that covering water bodies with panels can save a considerable amount of water. Over a period of 30 days, the 30% coverage pan saved 31.2% (36 mm) of water while the 50% coverage pan saved 54.5% (63 mm) of water in the same period compared to the uncovered pan. Moreover, this study involved examining the effect of shading caused by the floating structure on water quality. Results showed a reduction in pH, improvement in transparency, and an increase in total organic carbon indicating water quality enhancement and algal biomass reduction. However, due to the respiration of algae, the dissolved oxygen declined significantly, accompanied by the release of phosphate due to algae decomposition. Overall, findings of this research provided better understanding of floating photovoltaic systems and their applicability in Jordan to provide a safe and reliable supply of water and energy. Additionally, such systems can help to diversify the energy mix and help Jordan to alleviate some of the problems associated with limited energy and water resources.

The development of sustainable plant production systems involves a search for different alternatives to chemical fertilizers. The aim of the present study is to compare growth and physiological effects of vermicompost on Dracocephalum moldavica plants in controlled conditions, using two types of commercially available substrates. The intention is to determine whether nondestructively measured photosynthesis-related parameters are useful for monitoring the physiological status of plants. The plants were cultivated in two base substrates without or with the addition of mineral fertilizer, as well as an amendment with vermicompost at a 20% or 30% rate in the conditions of an automated greenhouse. The biomass accumulation for control plants of D. moldavica was identical in peat substrate and commercial garden soil. The average growth increase by mineral fertilizer was 25% for D. moldavica plants grown in peat and 15% for plants grown in soil. Substrate amendment with 20% vermicompost resulted in an 114% average increase in biomass for plants grown in peat and a 98% average increase for plants grown in soil, but for plants at 30% the amendment rate increase was 148% and 68%, for peat and soil, respectively. Consequently, the addition of an identical amount of vermicompost resulted in a poorer growth response of plants in commercial garden soil as a substrate in comparison to peat, but an increase in the amendment rate from 20% to 30% resulted in some growth inhibition for these plants. Chlorophyll concentration was positively affected by the vermicompost amendment in a concentration-dependent manner, but this effect during a cultivation period appeared relatively late. Large differences were found between the three groups of fluorescence-derived parameters, with variable levels of predictability with respect to the differences in plant yield due to the pronounced variation in correlation through time. It is concluded that the incorporation of vermicompost for the cultivation of D. moldavica, even in substrate mixes with relatively high and balanced composition of plant-available nutrients, benefits plant growth, physiological status and biomass yield, but it is necessary to explore interactions between vermicompost and other substrates leading to possible changes in quality-related characteristics of vermicompost in substrate mixes.

In the field of education every human being will experience a process. The presses are made to improve science, ability, creativity and innovation. In addition, education is able to increase economic growth, with the education sector able to increase the quality of human resources on the other hand indirectly, the old school's average increase in the quality of human resources and labor productivity so that it can reduce unemployment. The study aims to find out the impact of economic growth, the average length of school and unemployment on Indonesia's provincial education budget 2015-2019. This kind of research uses a quantitative method with the fixed effect model. The results of variable economic growth has significant impact on the education budget with a probability of 0,0019 or less than 0,05, for the average variable old school has significant impact on the education budget with a probability of 0.0022 and unemployment variable have a staggering 0.0000 or less than 0,05, and a variables of economic growth, the average long school and unemployment have a significant impact on the education budget with a probability of 0.000009 or less than a 0.05.

This article was created to identify the effect of the Problem Based Learning model in improving students' critical thinking. The data collection method is in the form of a literature study. This article explains that problem-based learning is a learning model that focuses on students' solving problems in physics concepts. Critical thinking is the student's ability to analyze and evaluate the information received to conclude appropriately. The results of the literature study showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills in the learning process with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The application of Problem Based Learning has an average increase of about 50% after the learning pattern is applied. The existence of the PBL learning model is effectively used to improve students' critical thinking, which incidentally in solving physics concepts requires the ability to analyze and evaluate to conclude.

Project-based Learning using video is being used at the University of Yogyakarta in order to examine the impact on students' thinking skills. The Paired Sample t-test analytic method was employed in this study to conduct a quasi-experiment, which is described in detail below. The findings revealed that: 1) the average increase from the pretest score to the posttest score was 4.55 in the experimental class and 3.41 in the control class, and 2) a statistically significant difference in the average increase was observed in the experimental class when the Project-based learning model was used in the classroom. The experimental class uses Project-based Learning, 3) the data in the experimental class is 0.097 (pretest) and 0.062 (posttest). In contrast, the data in the control class is 0.083 (pretest) and 0.064 (posttest), 4) the results of the hypothesis test revealed a significance level of 0. 007 in the experimental class and 0.016 in the control class, both of which were less than the significance level of 0.005, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. According to the findings of this study, there appears to be an effect of applying the Project-based learning model on students' critical thinking skills in social studies classes. PjBL (project-based learning) models that include video can help students substantially enhance their critical thinking skills.

Crenicichla is the largest and most widely distributed genus of Neotropical cichlids. Here, we analyze a mtDNA dataset comprising 681 specimens (including Teleocichla, a putative ingroup of Crenicichla) and 77 out of 105 presently recognized valid species (plus 10 out of 36 nominal synonyms plus over 50 putatively new species) from 129 locations in 31 major river drainages throughout the whole distribution of the genus in South America. Based on these data we make an inventory of diversity and highlight taxa and biogeographic areas worthy of further sampling effort and conservation protection. Using three methods of molecular species delimitation, we find between 126 and 168 species-like clusters, i.e., an average increase of species diversity of 65–121% with a range of increase between species groups. The increase ranges from 0% in the Missioneira and Macrophthama groups, through 25–40% (Lacustris group), 50–87% (Reticulata group, Teleocichla), 68–168% (Saxatilis group), 125–200% (Wallacii group), and 158–241% in the Lugubris group. We found a high degree of congruence between clusters derived from the three used methods of species delimitation. Overall, our results recognize substantially underestimated diversity in Crenicichla including Teleocichla. Most of the newly delimited putative species are from the Amazon-Orinoco-Guiana (AOG) core area (Greater Amazonia) of the Neotropical region, especially from the Brazilian and Guiana shield areas of which the former is under the largest threat and largest degree of environmental degradation of all the Amazon.
