This research aims to determine the effect of varieties and fertilization combinations between liquid organic fertilizer and manure and the interaction of both that provide the best growth and production. This research was carried out in the Religion Agro Tourism garden in Padanglampe Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkajene Regency and the Islands of South Sulawesi Province, from January to May 2020. The experimental design used was a split plot design with two factors, namely variety and a combination of liquid organic fertilizer with manure, variety as the main factor consisted of three levels, namely BISI-18 variety, NASA29 variety and Pertiwi-5 variety. The combination of liquid organic fertilizer with manure as a plot consists of four levels, namely Control, a combination of liquid organic fertilizer with chicken manure, a combination of liquid organic fertilizer with cow manure, a combination of liquid organic fertilizer with manure and cow manure . Data were analyzed by variance using the F Test. The difference in the mean value of the treatment would be tested with Tukey's HSD (honestly significant difference) test at the 0.05% level.The results showed that (1) The treatment of three varieties did not significantly affect all observed parameters. But the Pertiwi-5 variety tends to be the best compared to other varieties. (2) The treatment of fertilizer combination between liquid organic fertilizer and manure significantly influences all of the monitoring parameters. The combination of liquid organic fertilizer 5cc / l. Water with Chicken manure 15 tons / ha and Cow manure 15 tons / ha tend to have a pretty good effect, by showing the dry shell weight per hectare of 8.75 tons / ha. (3) The interaction between varieties with a combination of liquid organic fertilizer and manure does not significantly affect all observation parameters. But the interaction between Pertiwi-5 varieties with a combination of liquid organic fertilizer 5cc / l. Water with Chicken manure 15 tons / ha and Cow manure 15 tons / ha tend to be the best compared to other interactions

<em>The rate of conversion of paddy fields and irrigation water crisis suggest to consider the development of upland rice.� Empowerment of organic-based dryland done to increase rice, as well as environmental sustainability efforts.� The purpose of this experiment was to determine the effect of organic fertilizer residue to upland rice in the second growing season.� Experiments using a split-split plot design.� The main plot consisted of a dosage of 50% and 100% organic fertilizer in the first growing season.� Sub plot consisted of chicken manure (20 tons ha<sup>-1</sup>), <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Centrosema</span>� <span style="text-decoration: underline;">pubescens</span> (4.3 tons ha<sup>-1</sup>) + chicken manure (10 tons ha<sup>-1</sup>), and <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Thitonia</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">diversifolia</span> (4.3 tons ha<sup>-1</sup>) + chicken manure (10 tons ha<sup>-1</sup>).� Sub-sub plot consist of Danau Gaung and Batu Tegi varieties.� The different types of fertilizer had no effect on plant productivity.� The addition of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Thitonia</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">diversifolia</span> gave a good effect on some growth variable and its resistance due pathogen attack.� Batu Tegi varieties are varieties that give the best response from an organic fertilizer.� Interaction between dosage, type of fertilizer, and varieties do not provide areal impact.</em>

Abstract Soybean is the basic material for any kind of industry, such as tofu and tempeh industries. Soybean cultivation will be better if use a sustainable agricultural system, such as using organic fertilizers. This research purpose was to find out the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of local soybean. The research used a complete randomized design with one factor which was a variety of organic fertilizers with 6 treatments. Various fertilizers used in this research consist of inorganic fertilizer, liquid organic, compost, cow manure, rabbit urine, chicken manure, and goat manure. Each test unit consists of 4 pots (plants) and each was repeated 4 times. The results showed that the provision of compost and goat manure increased the growth of local soybean plants, include plant height and the number of leaves at 42 DAP and leaf area at 28 DAP. The application of various organic fertilizers (liquid fertilizer, compost, cow manure, goat manure, and rabbit urine) is unable to increase the yield and yield components of local soybeans.

This study aims to determine the growth response and yield of chrysanthemum plants in the application of several types of mulch and organic fertilizer. This research uses the basic design of Randomized Block Design with the factorial pattern with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is mulch treatment consisting of 3 levels ie without mulch, rice husk mulch, and black silver plastic mulch. The second factor is organic fertilizer consists of 3 levels namely petrogenic, cow manure and chicken manure. The research results showed that the highest weight of flower stalk was obtained in silver black mulch treatment, increase of 9.63% when compared with the weight of the lowest flower stalk. The highest economic fresh weight was obtained in mulch treatment, increase of 17.53% when compared with the lowest fresh economic weight on mulch rice husk mulch treatment weighing. The highest weight of the flower stalk was obtained in the treatment of cow manure, increased of 10.14% when compared with the lowest weight of the flower stalk obtained in the treatment of cow manure weighing. The highest economic fresh weight was obtained in the cow manure treatment, which increased by 9.91% when compared with the lowest fresh economic interest weight obtained in the treatment of petrogenic fertilizer weighing. Palu Valley shallot production is still very low namely 5.31 tonnes/ha when compared to national production which reaches 9.7 tonnes/ha, this is due to the attack of the base stem rot disease caused by Fusarium oxsyporum f.sp. cepae. This study aims to determine the effect of various types of organic fertilizer decomposed by Trichoderma virens on the incidence of stem rot disease and shallot yields. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Pests and Plant Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, and shallot planting in Oloboju Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province and lasted from March 2018 to August 2018. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with five treatments consisting of, without organic fertilizer (B0), cow manure 10 tons/ha + Trichoderma virens 100g/L (B1), chicken manure 10 tons/ha + T. virens 100g/L (B2), goat manure 10 tons/ha + T. virens 100g/L (B3), and petrogenic 5 tons/ha+ T. virens 100g/L (B4). The results showed that the use of 10 tons/ha cow manure decomposed by T. virens (B1) can reduce the intensity of stem rot disease on the Palu Valley shallot which is 5.61% to be 1.88% (3rd week) and 2.89% to be 0.98% (7th week), and increase shallot yield from 4.09 tons/ha to be 7.48 tons/ ha.

Jurnal Lahan Suboptimal: Journal of Suboptimal Lands. 8(2):148-158.  Tidal lowlands flood type C is suboptimal land and very potential in cultivating soybean, but it has problems in soil fertility, macro and micro nutrient poor, therefore to increase soil fertility can be given various types of organic fertilizers, including cow manure organic fertilizer, chicken manure organic fertilizer and biofertilizer. All types of organic fertilizers are composted, and specifically biofertilizers are made with their own formula. It is expected that the organic fertilizer provided can increase soil fertility and nutrient availability for soybean plants. This study aimed to get the best type of organic fertilizer on the availability of nutrient levels of NPK and soybean production at different spacing in tidal land.  This research was conducted in Jaya Agung Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, and was carried out in March 2018 - June 2018. The method used was the experimental method. The design used is a split-plot design. with 9 treatment combinations and repeated 3 times. As the main plot treatment is plant spacing (20 cm x 20 cm, 20 cm x 30 cm and 20 cm x 40 cm), and treatment of subplots are: types of cow manure organic fertilizers  10 ton/ha, chicken manure organic fertilizer 10 ton/ha, and biofertilizer 400 kg/ha. The results showed that the combination treatment of plant spacing of 20 cm x 30 cm with the type of biofertilizer 400 kg/ha could  increase   soybean production by 9.11 g/plot or equivalent to 2.43 ton/ha.

This research was carried out from December to May 2018, at Greenhouse of Supervision and Certification of  Food Crops and Horticulture Banjarbaru. The objective of the study was to examine the effect of organic fertilizer type and dosage and to know the best dosage of each type of organic fertilizer on the physiological characteristics of shallots on ultisol soil. The experimental method is designed based on a two-factor nested design with Completely Randomized Compact Design (RAL) design. The first factor is the type of organic fertilizer (J) consisting of two levels namely cow dung (j1) and chicken manure (j2), the second factor is the organic fertilizer dosage nested in the organic fertilizer consisting of four levels of 10 t ha-1 (d1); 20 t ha-1 (d2); 30 t ha-1 (d3) and 40 t ha-1 (d4). Treatment was repeated 4 times, each experimental unit consisting of  3 polybags.  Observation variables were leaf N content, leaf chlorophyll content, the water content of bulbs and volatile oil content on bulbs. The results showed that the type and quantity of organic manure of cow dung and chicken manure had no significant effect on all observed variables. Limiting factors such as low light intensity are suspected to cause the type treatment and organic fertilizer dosage does not affect all observed variables. Light intensity and humidity during cultivation are incompatible with the requirements of shallots grow is also seen in the long period of vegetative shallots plant which is a manifestation of the plant's response to environmental conditions.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the learning method (TGT) and conventional learning methods on the learning outcomes of passing under volleyball in SMA Negeri 2 Bone students. This research method is a type of experimental research selected by random sampling then given a pretest and posttest with a population of all students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone. Furthermore, 2 (two) classes that have been randomly selected are then given treatment in the form of physical education learning in the form of the TGT cooperative learning model and the other one is not given treatment or carries out conventional learning. The data analysis technique used t test with a significant level of 0.05. The result of the unpaired t-test calculation shows that the t value is 5.069 and the probability value is 0.000 which is smaller than the α 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the effect between cooperative learning type TGT and conventional learning on improving the ability to pass under volleyball (p <0.05). The difference seen from the mean value of the final passing under test in the cooperative learning class TGT is 10.14 greater than the average value of the conventional class final test of 7.94. Thus it can be said that the TGT type of cooperative learning is better than conventional learning in improving the ability to pass under volleyball in SMA Negeri 2 Bone students.Keywords: TGT, under-passing, volleyball, student learning outcomes.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran (TGT) dan metode pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah permainan bola voli siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bone. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen yang dipilih secara random sampling kemudian diberi pretest dan posttest dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bone. Selanjutnya 2 (dua) kelas yang telah dipilih secara acak kemudian diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dalam bentuk model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan yang satunya tidak diberi perlakuan atau melakukan pembelajaran secara konvensional. teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil perhitungan uji-t tidak berpasangan menunjukkan nilai t yaitu 5,069 dan nilai probabilitas yaitu 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α 0.05 berarti ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan pembelajaran konvensional terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing bawah bolavoli (p < 0.05). Perbedaan dilihat dari nilai rata-rata tes akhir passing bawah kelas pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT sebesar 10,14 lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata tes akhir kelas konvensional sebesar 7,94. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bone.Kata kunci: TGT, passing bawah, bolavoli, hasil belajar siswa.

Considering the fact that the presence of bug-damaged wheat in the bulk results in a decrease of the flour quality and its final product, which is bread, it is necessary to differentiate the bug-damaged wheat grains from the healthy ones. Therefore, the present study investigated the mechanical properties of bug-damaged and healthy wheat grains of the Azar cultivar. By making use of these mechanical properties, it would be possible to provide a more precise texture identification of the bug-damaged wheat grains compared to the healthy ones. In this study, the mechanical properties (rupture energy, toughness and apparent elastic coefficient) were determined under compressive loading, with four levels of loading velocity (5, 15, 25 and 35 mm.min<sup>–1</sup>) and four levels of moisture content (9, 11.5, 14 and 16.5% wet basis) in both bug-damaged and healthy wheat grains. Due to the significant difference in the mean value of apparent elastic coefficient between the bug-damaged grains (74.779 MPa) and the healthy ones (289.071 MPa), this parameter can be employed as the most appropriate factor to distinguish the bug-damaged wheat grains from the healthy ones.

This research was aimed to test the efficacy of organic liquid fertilizer and to know its effect on the growth and yield of sawi plant. The environmental design used was Randomized Block Design (RBD), consisting of nine treatments and each repeated three times. The combination treatment of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer were tested, namely : A = Stable chicken manure 0 ton ha-1 + LOF 0 ml L-1 Solution, B = Stable chicken manure 0 ton ha-1 + LOF 3 ml L-1 Solution, C = Stable chicken manure 0 ton ha-1 + LOF 6 ml L-1 Solution, D = Stable chicken manure 10 ton ha-1 + LOF 0 ml L-1 Solution, E = Stable chicken manure 10 ton ha-1 + LOF 3 ml L-1 Solution, F = Stable chicken manure 10 ton ha-1 + LOF 6 ml L-1 Solution, G = Stable chicken manure 20 ton ha-1 + LOF 0 ml L-1 Solution, H = Stable chicken manure (dung) 20 ton ha-1 + LOF 3 ml L-1 Solution, I = Stable chicken manure 20 ton ha-1 + LOF 6 ml L-1 Solution. The results showed that the combination of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer had a significantly different effect on all growth parameters and yield of Shinta variety mustard plants, using a combination of chicken manure dosage of 20 tons ha-1 and liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 6 ml L- 1 Solution give a better influence on the growth and yield of Shinta variety mustard plants.

ABSTRACT Objective: The purposes of this study were to present a prototype of a bracket-positioning gauge, which makes vertical inclination of the instrument difficult, allowing a reduction of vertical bracket positioning error, and to test its accuracy in bracket positioning by groups of individuals with different clinical experience and in specific groups of teeth. Methods: For the testing of the prototype, four groups of six participants each were used: Group 1 was composed of undergraduate students in the dental school, who had no previous experience in bonding orthodontic attachments; Group 2 was composed of orthodontic graduate students in the dental school; Group 3 consisted of orthodontists with a maximum of 5 years of clinical experience; Group 4 comprised orthodontists with more than 5 years of clinical experience. A typodont was simulated with a Class I crowded malocclusion, which reproduced the same occlusal characteristics for all groups to be bonded. All participants were instructed to bond 0.022×0.028-in Edgewise brackets on the labial surfaces of the upper and lower incisors, canines, and premolars at a height of 4 mm from the incisal edge or the labial cusp tip. Results: Only the mean value of Group 1 showed statistically significant difference in the comparison with the standard measurement. In the groups of teeth, the difference was significant for the premolar and incisor groups. Conclusion: Clinical experience interfered with the accuracy of vertical positioning of orthodontic attachments. As for the groups of teeth, premolars, followed by canines and incisors had the closest mean values to the standard measurement.
