This research was conducted with the aim to: (1) Knowing how much influence is generated by the dimension of service quality in this case tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction in PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor (Mitsubishi) Makassar: (2) Knowing the most dominant factors affects the dimension of service quality to customer satisfaction. The method carried out in this study is a descriptive analysis that basically wants to test the truth of a hypothesis that collects data on the ground to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable on other variables. Many of the samples studied were 100 samples of respondents who were customers at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor (Mitsubishi). Based on the study concluded that testing doubles the value of F-calculated = 25.443 greater than F-estimated = 2.3113. This shows that variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously positively affect customer satisfaction in PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor (Mitsubishi) Makassar.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan melalui Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas. Untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) melalui kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. Untuk mengimplemasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hasil uji mediasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality through (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty) on customer satisfaction. To analyze the influence of services through Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) on customer loyalty. To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. To analyze service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) through customer satisfaction at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency. To implement these objectives, descriptive analysis, validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis are used. The results of the study found that service quality through physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The mediation test results show that customer satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of service quality through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer loyalty at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. ABSTRAKLoyalitas pelanggan merupakan hal yang harus diutamakan perusahaan jasa dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Tanpa adanya pelanggan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan maka sustainbility perusahaan tersebut akan terancam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak orientasi pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada salon muslimah di Kota Kediri. Apakah dalam mencapai loyalitas pelanggan harus melalui kepuasan pelanggan atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode SEM PLS. Pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dengan kategori responden yaitu pelanggan yang telah merasakan produk salon muslimah di Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya efek moderasi kepuasan pelanggan dalam hubungan orientasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa orientasi dan kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh salon muslimah di Kota Kediri bisa dikategorikan baik sehingga membuat para pelanggannya menjadi loyal.Kata Kunci: Loyalitas Pelanggan, Orientasi Pelayanan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Salon Muslimah. ABSTRACTCustomer loyalty is something that must be prioritized by service companies in running their business. Without customers who are loyal to the company, the company's sustainability will be threatened. This study aims to examine the impact of service orientation and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Muslimah salons in Kediri. Whether to achieve customer loyalty must go through customer satisfaction or not. This study uses a quantitative approach with the SEM PLS method. The test was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 application with the respondent category, namely customers who have experienced Muslim salon products in Kediri. The results showed that there was a moderating effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between orientation and service quality on customer loyalty. This indicates that the orientation and quality of service carried out by muslimah salons in Kediri City can be categorized as good so that it makes its customers loyal.Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Service Orientation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Muslimah Salon.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Service Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Cabang JNE Bandung. JNE is a freight company and documents that have been established since 1990. In 2004, JNE set up headquarters in Jakarta. The JNE Bandung has a branch office in Jalan Permata Kawaluyaan numbers 1-4 Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. The type of research used in this study was descriptive research type using a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. While the sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling using purposive sampling and number of samples of 78 people. The results of this research showed that the quality of service (X) consisting of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness simultaneously had significant influence on satisfaction of customers with significant value (p value) of 0.003 < 0.05. Partial test results showed that the only variable that empathy has a partial effect on was customer satisfaction with the number of variables of significance (p value) amounted to 0.021 < 0.05.

Patient satisfaction is a function of the patient's assessment of the health services provided by the hospital in the hope that before the patient receives health services from the hospital as a provider, the patient will feel satisfied if the quality of hospital services is higher or at least the same as what the patient expects. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with BPJS patient satisfaction. The results showed that the quality of service physical evidence (Tangibles) p (0.76)> 0.05 which means there is no relationship, reliability (reliability) p (0.01) <0.05 which means there is a relationship, responsiveness (responsiveness). ) p (0.03) <0.05, which means there is a relationship, assurance p (0.00) <0.05 which means there is a relationship, empathy (empathy) p (1.00)> 0.05 which means no relationship. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between physical evidence service quality and empathy with patient satisfaction, and there is a significant relationship between service quality reliability, responsiveness, and assurance with BPJS patient satisfaction. It is suggested to the hospital to further improve service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance in order to increase BPJS patient satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine how closely the relationship between service quality and price to customer satisfaction in the garage SUN MOTOR Matraman. The strategy used in this study is an associative strategy. The method used in this research is a survey as part of a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study is that customers who have subscribed during the years 2014-2015 and has been visited 5 times. Based on existing data, obtained the number of customers who have been 5 times a year during 2014 to 2015 was 114 people. Based on calculations using the formula slovin, obtained the total sample of 89 respondents.Based on the results of research to test the correlation coefficient, obtained by the partial correlation coefficient and regression. From the analysis of partial correlation coefficient, partial correlation value X1 to Y of 0.472, which means the relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction, are moderate and the direction that is positive assuming constant prices. While the partial correlation value X2 to Y of 0.530, which means that the relationship of price to customer satisfaction, are and the direction that is positive with regards the quality of service constant. The value multiple correlation coefficient of 0.952, showing the relationship between service quality and price to customer satisfaction is very strong with a relationship that is positive or unidirectional, meaning if the quality of service and price can be supplied with either, then customer satisfaction will increase, and vice versa if quality of service and price can not be given properly, then customer satisfaction will decrease. From the results of partial hypothesis testing, obtained P-value variables X1 0,000, smaller than the real level or 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be deduced Ho refused or Ha accepted, meaning partially contained significant positive correlation variables of service quality and customer satisfaction. While the P-value of 0.000 X2, smaller than the real level or 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be deduced Ho refused or Ha accepted, meaning partially contained significant positive correlation with the price variable customer satisfaction. From the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously, gained significance F 0,000, is smaller than the real level or 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be deduced Ho refused or Ha accepted, meaning there is simultaneously a significant positive relationship between service quality and price to customer satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to know the influence of service quality to satisfaction and tourist loyality in Ciater Spa Resort. The method used in this research is descriptive verificative. Method analisis of this research is analisis path with software PLS. The results showed that the quality of service has no significant effect on loyalty, it means that service quality as exogenous variable requires intervening role (variable of satisfaction). Visitor satisfaction at Ciater Spa Resort has a significant effect on visitor loyalty. In addition, the relationship between the two research variables are positive, the increasing customer satisfaction will increase also loyalty, otherwise the decrease in visitor satisfaction will have an impact on the decrease in visitor loyalty. These findings have matched customer loyalty theory in marketing books. So that verifikatif research has been done successfully to verify the theory of loyalty in general. This article at once confirms a model of service theory as well as its relationship with satisfaction and loyalty, while minimizing the possibility of false loyalty so that this model can be used in the implementation of service management.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan di Ciater Spa Resort. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif-verifikatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan alat bantu sofware Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan di Ciater Spa Resort tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, hal ini berarti bahwa kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel eksogen membutuhkan peran intervening (variabel kepuasan). Sedangkan, kepuasan pengunjung di Ciater Spa Resort berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung. Selain itu hubungan diantara kedua variabel penelitian tersebut adalah positif, maka semakin meningkatnya kepuasan pengunjung akan semakin meningkat pula loyalitasnya, sebaliknya semakin menurunya kepuasan pengunjung akan berdampak terhadap semakin menurunnya loyalitas pengunjung. Penemuan ini telah sesuai teori loyalitas pelanggan dalam buku-buku pemasaran. Sehingga penelitian verifikatif yang telah dilakukan berhasil memverivikasi teori loyalitas secara umum. Artikel ini sekaligus menegaskan sebuah model teori pelayanan serta hubunganya dengan kepuasan dan loyalitas, sekaligus mampu meminimalisir adanya kemungkinan loyalitas semu sehingga model ini dapat dipakai dalam implementasi manajemen pelayanan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk melalui (fungsi, fitur, keandalan, kesesuaian, usia produk, estetika, perceived, quality) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan analisis deskriptip. uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk melalui fungsi, fitur, keandalan, kesesuaian, usia produk, estetika, perceived, quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan . dari kedua variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam menetukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, ternyata variabel kualitas produk yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Novia di Pusat Grosir Butung Makassar. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of quality of service through (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) on customer satisfaction. To know the effect of product quality through (functionality, features, reliability, suitability, product age, aesthetics, perceived, quality) on customer satisfaction. Product quality through functionality, features, reliability, suitability, product age, aesthetics, perceived, quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. of the two free variables used in improving customer satisfaction levels, it turns out that product quality variables have a dominant influence in improving customer satisfaction at Novia Store in Butung Makassar Wholesale Center.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of service quality with patient satisfaction in Husada hospital Jakarta in order to provide a draft proposal regarding the quality of service in an effort to improve customer satisfaction. The variables of this study is the quality of service (independent variable) and customer satisfaction (dependent variable). Subjects were patients at the Husada hospital Jakarta totaling 100 patients were assigned to the non-probability sampling method accidental sampling. Measurements were made using a scale of Quality of Service which consists of 20 items, and Patient Satisfaction scale consisted of 12 items that are already on the validity and reliability. By using the technique of linear regression through SPSS for Windows version 21.0 was obtained in the regression R = 0.78 and R square = 0.609, p = 0.000 (p <0.05) indicating that patient satisfaction positively and significantly related to the quality of service equal to 0.780 and the role of service quality variables are able to explain the variable of 60.9% patient satisfaction. The study hypothesis which states "quality of care can improve patient satisfaction in Husada hospital Jakarta ", is accepted. Means the better the quality of service will be followed by increased patient satisfaction in Husada hospital Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the Effects of Marketing Strategies and Customer Satisfaction Quality Of Service / Student. Samples are 32 respondents drawn from a population of 36 students with Saturated sampling method. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, engineering research questionnaires, and observation. Processing of primary data using Analytical Methods Descriptive Analysis Method. From the discussion following results were obtained:First, There is the influence of Marketing (X1) on Customer Satisfaction / Student (Y) . Marketing significant value in the variable is equal to 0.966 (<0.05) which means that there is no influence of marketing variables partially on Customer Satisfaction. So H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. There is the influence of Quality of Service (X2) are positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction / Student (Y) . The value of significance in the variable quality of service is equal to 0.000 (< 0.01), which means with a confidence level of 99 percent variable partial Service Quality Customer Satisfaction is very real influence . So H0 H1 is rejected. There is positive and significant, Marketing Variables (X1) and Quality of Service (X2) jointly against Employee Morale (Y). Through the significance test using the F distribution, obtained Significance calculated F of 0.000 ( < 0.05 ) . This means that H0 is accepted or rejected H1. And the value of the coefficient of determination obtained with SPSS calculation amounted to 0.718. This indicates that 71.8 % of this value indicates that the total variation influences all independent variables to variable Quality Customer / Students. The influence of other variables beyond the variables studied was 28.2 percent. variables beyond the variables studied was 28.2 percent .Secondly, Strategy Marketing and Service Quality, both individually and jointly influence on customer satisfaction / student.
