Some of the problems found in the translation of the meaning of the Holy Qur’an cause a word or verse of Qur’an to not be translated accurately. The major factor contributing to the problem is the limited skills in the fields related to the Qur’an. Therefore revaluation of the existing translations of the Qur’an become a necessity in view of the Qur’an is a miracle that lasted until the end of time. This study aims to review the translation of the meaning of the words Al-Muzn dan yasbahun based on the scientific exegesis. Using library research methodology, the study was conducted by analyzing the translation of the meaning of the Holy Qur’an (Tafsir Pimpinan ar-Rahman dan Terjemahan al-Hidayah al-Quran al-Karim) regarding the creation of the sky focused on rainfall and the movement of objects in the sky by scientific exegesis. Analysis of the samples showed that the existing translations of the Qur’an didn’t make difference for some words related to the rainfall and make exegesis for word yasbahun related to movement of objects in the sky. Results showed that the value addition is applied to the existing translations of the meaning of Qur’anic verses related to the creation of the sky; the specialization of the general translation of the meaning of the word Al-Muzn and the use of the translation of the original meaning for the word yasbahun without exegesis in the sky creation. Abstrak Beberapa permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penterjemahan makna al-Quran menyebabkan sesuatu perkataan atau ayat al-Quran tidak diterjemahkan dengan tepat. Faktor utama yang menyumbang kepada permasalahan tersebut ialah terbatasnya kemahiran dalam ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan dengan al-Quran. Oleh yang demikian penilaian semula terjemahan al-Quran sedia ada adalah satu keperluan memandangkan al-Quran merupakan mukjizat yang kekal hingga ke akhir zaman. Kajian bertujuan menyemak kembali terjemahan al-Quran Bahasa Melayu sedia ada yang memfokuskan terjemahan makna kalimah al-muzn dan yasbahun seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan kemajuan teknologi dewasa ini. Kajian yang menggunakan metodologi penyelidikan perpustakaan ini dijalankan dengan menganalisis terjemahan makna ayat Al-Quran (Tafsir Pimpinan ar-Rahman dan Terjemahan al-Hidayah al-Quran al-Karim) berkaitan penciptaan langit yang memfokuskan kejadian hujan dan pergerakan objek di langit berdasarkan kaedah tafsir ‘ilmi. Analisis terhadap sampel kajian menunjukkan terjemahan al-Quran sedia ada tidak memberikan perbezaan terhadap beberapa kalimah berkaitan kejadian hujan dan mentakwilkan kalimah yasbahun bagi pergerakan objek di langit. Hasil kajian menunjukkan terdapat penambahan nilai diterapkan kepada terjemahan makna ayat al-Quran sedia ada berkaitan penciptaan langit; pengkhususan terjemahan makna yang umum bagi kalimah al-muzn dan penggunaan terjemahan makna asal bagi kalimah yasbahun tanpa takwil.

This study discusses the existence of various ethnic groups in Malaysia based on the country's history. The ethnic diversity is a proof of the greatness of Allah SWT. Therefore, various efforts have to conduct sensibly to achieve the goals and the secret behind the creation of human beings, without distinction of race, religion and countries around the world including Malaysia. The objective of this study is to describe some of the verses of Surah al-Hujuraat about the reality and the reasons behind the creation of ethnic diversity. The study also aims to examine the determinants of ethnic diversity that existed in Malaysia based on historical and current realities. This study uses library research methodology through document analysis method. The results showed that the greatness of Allah SWT in creation of multi-ethnic as stated in Surah al-Hujuraat, can be seen all over the world including in Malaysia. In fact, the diversity of which contains a lot of disagreement can cause the delirium in any country. However, a prudent approach as the implementation of integration without sacrificing any of the races in Malaysia allows the country to maintain its prosperity and development altogether with this diversity. Keywords: ethnic diversity, Malaysia, unity, Islam. ABSTRAK: Kajian ini membincangkan tentang asas kewujudan pelbagai etnik di Malaysia berasaskan sejarah pembentukan negara Malaysia. Kepelbagaian etnik merupakan satu bukti keagungan Allah SWT. Justeru itu, bagi mencapai matlamat dan hikmah penciptaan tersebut, pelbagai inisiatif dan langkah konstruktif perlu dilaksanakan secara bijaksana di pelbagai peringkat sama ada individu, masyarakat apatah lagi pemerintah berpandukan maksud tersirat di sebalik firman Allah SWT tersebut. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menghuraikan beberapa ayat dari Surah al-Hujuraat mengenai hikmah kerencaman etnik yang wujud dengan melihat faktor pembentukan pelbagai etnik di Malaysia dari sudut sejarahnya dan korelasinya dengan realiti semasa dalam rangka membentuk keharmonian etnik. Metodologi kajian yang digunakan ialah kajian kepustakaan menerusi kaedah analisis dokumen. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa keagungan Allah SWT dalam penciptaan etnik yang pelbagai sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Surah al-Hujuraat, dapat dilihat di seluruh dunia termasuklah di Malaysia. Hakikatnya, kerencaman dan kepelbagaian yang wujud menimbulkan keragaman yang berbeza dan boleh menimbulkan kecelaruan dalam sesebuah negara. Namun demikian, pendekatan yang bijaksana dan bersifat inklusif tanpa mengetepikan mana-mana kaum di Malaysia membolehkan negara ini kekal harmoni dan membangun dengan kepelbagaian yang ada. Social work sanctions is an alternative in handling traffic violations without going through a litigation process, this research aims; First, to find out the right strategies related to social work sanctions. Second, to find out the factors that influence the implementation of social work sanctions and finally to find out the impact of the application of social work sanctions. The research method used is a socio-normative research method. Data collection techniques for library research and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategies is used in implementing social work sanctions are; Field survey, socialization Collaborate with the police to conduct sweeping on the object of research, carry out social / social work sanctions and install stickers to control and there needs to be a conscious area or traffic order. namely the existence of the concept of ultimum Remedium. It’s mean that criminal is the last step and the Discretion is a power or authority that is carried out based on the law for consideration and belief and emphasizes moral considerations rather than legal considerations. The inhibiting factors are; Written rules or regulations / substances that do not yet exist, lack of socialization and legal culture or attitudes of both the community and the police are still low regarding legal issues. Finally, the impact of the implementation is the creation of rules or laws that specifically regulate the issue of social work sanctions. This research aims to reveal The Concept of Islamic Education Based on hikmah in the Quran. This research focuses on verses using the hikmah idiom. The researcher chose-themed pronunciation because it is one of several words in Qur'an found in jawâmi'ul kalim, a short sentence whose context is full of the substance of ibrah that Allah reveals to humans. This research used thematic approaches and focused on the in-kind descriptive study of library research. This research showed that hikmah's idea was very representative in shaping character development for teachers, students, and sources of material and methods of teaching. The essence of al-hikmah mixed with al-khibar (knowledge), al-miran (training), and at-tarjih (experience) components. On this basis, in the course of internalizing a range of knowledge, skills, and mental attitudes commendable to students, the model of the creation and implementation of Islamic education methods must be carried out thoroughly integrally and systematically.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi pustaka, baik literatur berbahasa arab, inggris dan Indonesia. Hasilnya konsep Fii al-Akhdzi Bi Ar-Rukhsoh bisa menjadi salah satu kaidah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah. Misalnya: Konsep tersebut bisa dikembangkan dalam penetapan hukum atas jual beli secara kredit, dan sejenisnya.

Gentleness has the virtues that adorn greetings and actions so that it can bring good and reward. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the virtues of gentleness towards fellow humans and animals based on Islamic teachings in the context of hadith studies. The writing of this article uses a library research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data about meek communication sourced from the Koran, hadiths, commentaries, journals and relevant books. Data collected from various literatures are analyzed and analyzed so as to find a conclusion about the concept of meek communication in the context of hadith studies. Meek nature is very important to be applied in daily life both forhumans and animals. Meekness is highly recommended in relationships even with people who do not do good to us. The application of a meek attitude in life will create unity and unity, prevent division and hostility and the establishment of harmonious relationships that lead to the creation of peace and social integration based on Islamic values.

The book reviewed in this article is the result of many years of historical-sociological and historical-biographical studies conducted by B.Z. Doktorov. It contains generalizations of certain results of analyzing biographies, while also introducing the reader to the methodology and procedure of the historical-sociological pursuit. The book was written, in the words of the author himself, in the form of a “mental dialog” with the characters of the biographical narrative; it contains methodological clarifications, as well as descriptions of the creation of the texts included within the book. It contains the author’s previously published work, dedicated to American scientists who conducted studies of public opinion (G. Gallup, H. Cantril, D. Ogilvy), as well as Russian sociologists belonging to the four eldest generations (B.A. Grushin, V.A. Yadov, T.I. Zaslavskaya, Y.A. Levada, A.N. Alekseev, V.B. Golofast, G.S. Batygin). The early activity of the first generation is associated with a period of rebirth (second generation) for Russian sociology during the 1950’s and 1960’s. This review describes the origins of B.Z. Doktorov’s interest towards the research problems; a short summary of the book is given; described is the research methodology of a generational approach; also revealed is the importance of B.Z. Doktorov’s work when it comes to the history of Russian sociology and historical-biographical studies.

This article aims to find out how the opinion of IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a about naskh in the Qur’an? How did IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a interpret the verses about religious freedom that were claimed to be annulled? And what are the implications for the interpretation of texts about religious freedom? The research method is a library research, with the object of religious freedom verses claimed to be annulled in the book of IbnKathîr and RashîdRid}â. Using the descriptive-analytical and comparative analysis with Hermeneutics Romansis Friedrich Daniel Ernst Schleiermacher approach, the article argues thatIbnKathîr acknowledges the existence of naskh in the Qur’an, but not everything said as annulled is received by him. While Rashîd Rid}a rejects the theory of naskh in the Qur’an. Related to interpretation, IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a reject the opinion of naskh against the verses of religious freedom. Though Rashîd Rid}a seems more emphatically for his refusal. Being the most important implications are that the verses of religious freedom are fundamental and universal, so it is impossible for them to be annulled; the need for change in the paradigm of the law lapsed; and the creation of a peaceful religious life.

<p class="Style1"><em>Internal auditing serves help management in detection and prevention his that happens at an organization in the implementation of the good corporate governance. </em><em>Principies of good corporate governance is an indicator the achievement of the </em><em>balance interests, so the clash interests that occurs could focus and controlled and not result in losses to each party. According to previous studies, fraud led to the collapse of </em><em>the world class companies. This is because inactive of mechanism good corporate </em><em>governance. The </em><em><sup>-</sup></em><em>role of the auditors internal in an effort to detection and prevention </em><em>his has a strong enough. And the role of the auditors internal also has a very important </em><em>in good corporate governance. Methods used in this research is research methodology </em><em>explanatory research with quantitative survei aims to understand the influence of the </em><em>role of the auditors internal (components expertise, the scope of the work, the </em><em>approach) that was undertaken auditor internal in order to detection and prevention </em><em>his with the implementation of the good corporate governance on a 50 respondents is </em><em>the company open a listing on the Bursa Efek Indonesia through the distribution of the questionnaire. The result has been concluded, the expertise, the scope of the work, the </em><em>approach that was undertaken internal audit influential indirectly on the ,corporate governance through the intervening the detect and prevent offraud.
