Education can be obtained from formal and non-formal activities. Non-formal educational activities or also called extracurricular activities. This education is obtained from a variety of activities outside the school, one of which is to do outbound in a tourist village or commonly referred to as cultural tourism. Cultural tourism activities require accommodation at affordable costs, such as homestay. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis methods with validity and reliability tests and data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of junior high, vocational / high school teachers and college lecturers located in Jakarta. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Based on the research conducted, it concluded that the perception in the dimensions of motives with indicators of liking and choosing homestay for school education tourism is the highest mean results.

Vocational high school comprehensively relates technology studies, the development of acquisition of practical skills, attitudes, and life skills. In this context, teachers play important role in forming and producing competent graduates’ need toward Society 5.0. This study aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions about vocational high school readiness toward Society 5.0. This study used a descriptive quantitative with survey method. The respondents were vocational high school teachers that have been selected using a random sampling method. The result indicated teachers’ understanding of Society 5.0 is low. The school’s readiness to facilitate learning also quite low. The assessments still generalized requirements for student achievement. On the other hand, teachers still have the motivation to learn to use technology. The majority of teachers often attend training to improve instructional media skills. Based on these results, school preparation needs to be improved in terms of teacher competence and learning support facilities for Society 5.0.

Abstract Practices of the leaders of religious institutes are fundamental in promoting peace education as their practices leave an immense impact not only on the perceptions and practices of teachers but also of the students regarding peace education. The beliefs, interests, inclinations, moral values, and competency of institutional leaders are reflected in policies they make and are presented in the practices of teachers. Owing to the importance of their practices aimed to promote peace education, there is a need to identify the extent of these practices as they are perceived by direct stakeholders, that is, teachers, which makes the aim of the current study. This research is a quantitative survey-based research. The population of this research includes the teachers of religious education institutes of Lahore. Cluster sampling method was used for the selection of sample. Data was collected from the teachers teaching to final year students and a total of 292 teachers participated in the study. A self-developed instrument was used to collect data. The instrument was based on the factors of peace education and practices used to promote them from the literature. The instrument was pilot tested and the validity and reliability of the instrument was established that was 0.87. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicated that teachers were satisfied with the practices of the leaders of religious institutes aimed to promote peace education. This study may help the academicians, practitioners, and policymakers to promote peace education in all schools of Pakistan.

Understanding to fill the tax return, annual report tax return individual is still lacking, many taxpayers did not understand how to fill out an annual tax return, especially the tax year 2014. The objective was to investigate the influence of socialization Tax, Tax Penalties and Tax e-filing of the tax return reporting annual individual taxpayer. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and selection of non-random manner convenience. The primary data collection method used is survey method using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis, descriptive analysis and to test hypotheses.

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability.

The use of big data is becoming increasingly important across the tourism sector and the value chain. With this publication, UNWTO intends to provide a baseline research on using big data by tourism and culture stakeholders, in order to improve the competitiveness of cultural tourism and reinforce its sustainability. The study sets the basis to connect tourism, culture and new technologies for mutual benefits, while calling for a reflection on the ethical implications for policymakers, businesses and end-users. The selection of case studies illustrates the most frequent case-scenarios of the use of big data in cultural tourism within destinations, compiled during the research. As the new technologies are facing ever-evolving scenarios, their use will be harnessed by the tourism sector in its endeavour to innovate and provide new cultural experiences.

Many studies indicates that entrepreneurial mindset is a critical factor in the accumulation, evaluation and selection of the knowledge which can lead an individual into potential business opportunities thereby enhancing entrepreneurial outcomes such as firm performance. This study examined the effect of entrepreneurial mindset on the performance of small and medium scale enterprises in Benue State. The focus of the research was to measure the entrepreneurs’ mindset exhibited through innovativeness, creativity, business alertness and risk taking and how these attributes contributed to the performance of SMEs. The research focused on a population of 650 small and medium scale enterprises based in Makurdi metropolis. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 250 SMEs in Makurdi metropolis which were selected through stratified random sampling method. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Correlation and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyse the data and test the hypotheses. The study revealed that innovativeness, creativity, business alertness and risk taking were significant in affecting performance of SMEs. The study concluded that entrepreneurial mindset or lack of it has a major effect on SMEs performance and if any economy is bended towards development and growth, it would have to embrace this concept. It recommended that all the policy makers and all stake holders should re-strategize and create forums that can promote entrepreneurial mindset among the existing and potential entrepreneurs.

Kosumen's behavior towards purchasing decisions is something that marketers must learn to know and understand how consumers make decisions, and the extent to which marketing stimuli can provide stimulus to purchasing decisions. So that can know whether the factors affect consumers in purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological factors on the selection of Bimoli cooking oil brand in housewives in Kuranji sub-district, Padang City. The type of this research is descriptive research, many samples used are 250 people by using technique of non-probability sampling method. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination. This research is done to produce psychological factors have a significant effect on purchasing decision on housewife in Bimoli cooking oil election in District Kuranji Town Padang t arithmetic 5,008> t table 1,984 and significant value 0.000

This study aims to determine the level of user perceptual categories of the librarian in reference service. By knowing user perception, it can be used as a donation of thought and consideration for the performance of the librarian in the library in order to make the services in the reference at the Library of the State Islamic University Sunan Kalidjaga is as maximal as user expectation. The type of this research is quantitative research. The sample number of this research is 100 users which take from the user that uses the service of reference or population. The sample was taken by accidental sampling method. The researcher collected the data by using questionnaire, observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis of the data used descriptive quantitative data analysis. Based on the description of the results of research on the user perception in the librarian reference service at the Library of the State Islamic University Sunan Kalidjaga, it can be concluded that the general perception of user to the librarian in the reference service can be categorized  into good category with the score of  grand mean; 2.64. While the indicator score for the librarians who find information to answer a specific question, can be good category with a grand mean score; 2.70. For the second indicator, librarians help users find the information was categorized into good category with a grand mean score; 2.70. The third indicator, librarians guide users in using library resources and how to conduct research were categorized into good category with a grand mean score; 2.53. This results indicate that there are no indicators that the score of the grand mean is 3:26 to 4:00 or excellent category, it means that the management of library and librarians in the Library of the State Islamic University of Yogyakarta Sunan Kalidjaga should maintain and improve its performance in serving the users at  State Islamic University of Yogyakarta Sunan Kalijaga
