The level of provision of animals with basic nutrients, feeding conditions, physiological condition, age, sex was assessed according to blood parameters. Researched the content of total blood protein, albumin, globulins, glucose, calcium, phosphorus, hemoglobin, erythrocyte count and hematocrit, also calculated blood indices using a set of hematological techniques. The aim was to clarify the biochemical and morphological parameters of the blood of pigs for fattening, by adding additives to the diet. The eff ect of feeding cellulose amylolytic enzyme additive on the productive qualities of pigs for fattening was studied. The cellulose amylolytic additive comprises 0.5% of the enzyme cellulase, 1 gram of which provides 2700 units of activity, and 0.1% of the enzyme α-amylase, 1 gram of which provides 9342 units of activity, with an activity ratio of 1: 4, respectively. Studies in pigs were performed in two stages: the equalization period (15 days) and the main (71 days). Grain fodder grown directly on the farm - barley, wheat, soybeans - was used for feeding pigs. The diet of the control group consisted of 63% barley grain, 27.5% wheat grain, 9% soybean meal 0.5% mineral supplement. Pigs of the experimental group were fed cellulose amylolytic feed additive at the rate of 5 g of cellulase and 1 g of amylase per 1 kg of feed. The use of the above additive in the diets of pigs was observed to increase the immunity of animals due to an increase in gamma globulin in blood proteins by 9%. The increase in the amount of hemoglobin by 8% and erythrocytes by 14% during fattening, due to improved housing conditions and external antigenic stimulation of physiological processes. Decisions on the appropriateness of the inclusion of cellulose amylolytic additive in the diet are made on the basis of production tests of the proposed drug, which increased the average daily gain of live weight by 19.7% during the period of fattening pigs. Key words: pigs, blood, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, leukocytes, thrombocytes, albumins, globulins.

The use of different feed processing methods using exogenous feed additives to improve the digestibility of plant feed ingredients in pig feeding has been studied for decades. In the research laboratory of the Institute of Forage and Agriculture of Podillya NAAS, compositions of enzymes with cellulase and amylase activity were studied. They are able to effectively break down non-starch polysaccharides in cereals, increase digestibility and absorption of feed nutrients. The purpose of this work was to study the zootechnical efficiency of the use of biologically active in the composition of feed pigs for fattening. In the presented material, the influence of feeding cellulose amylolytic enzyme additive on the productive qualities of pigs for fattening is highlighted. The cellulose amylolytic additive contained α-amylase with an activity of 9342 IU/h and cellulase with an activity of 540 IU/h. Studies in pigs were performed in two stages: the equalization period (15 days) and the main (71 days). For feeding pigs, a feed mixture was used, consisting of feed grown directly on the farm – barley, wheat, soybeans. The diet of the control group consisted of 63 % barley grain, 27.5 % wheat grain, 9 % soybean meal 0.5 % mineral supplement. Pigs of the experimental group were fed cellulose amylolytic feed additive at the rate of 5 g of cellulase and 1 g of amylase per 1 kg of feed. Feeding supplements determines the intensity of the process of digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Cellulose-amylolytic additive affects the absorption of carbohydrates in the diet, providing an increase in the digestibility of the control and experimental groups, respectively, neutral-detergent fiber (38.2 and 46.7 %), acid-detergent fiber (18.7 and 36.5 %), the amount easily hydrolyzed carbohydrates (85.4 and 90.2 %), hemicellulose (65.7 and 61.5 %), cellulose (13.2 and 21.4 %). The decision on the feasibility of including cellulose-amylolytic additive in the diet can be confirmed on the basis of its use during the scientific and economic experiment. In the control group, the average daily increase in live weight was 725.07 g, and in the experimental group by 19.7 % more at the level of 902.53 g. It was also noted a positive effect on the formation of body biomass, development of individual organs and their systems.

This paper presents a study of the effect of the feed additive «Abiotonic» on the indicators of egg and meat productivity when applied to laying hens. It was found that with the additional introduction of this additive into the standard diet of poultry, the content of nonessential amino acids in their meat is 10% higher compared to the same parameters in the meat of chickens of the control group, the content of partially nonessential amino acids is by 8,5%, and of irreplaceable amino acids is by 6,7%. In addition, in the meat of laying hens, which used the feed additive «Abiotonic», the content of selenium (Se) is 29,4% higher than in the meat of birds of the control group, and iron (Fe) – by 20%. The average daily gain in live weight of the birds in the experimental group was 3,6 g more than in the control hens. Microbiological research made it possible to establish that poultry meat, regardless of the introduction of the feed additive «Abiotonik», meets the established requirements and is safe for human consumption. «Abiotonic», in addition, significantly improves the egg production of birds. It was found that the weight of eggs with the introduction of this feed additive in the diet in addition to the compound feed increased by an average of 1,2 g, and the egg production increased by 23 eggs in 7 days.

To clarify the effectiveness of feeding probiotic bifid-containing feed probiotic additives to young cattle, a scientific and economic experiment was organized in the experimental farm of the Moscow region, and in the scientific divisions of the L.K. Ernst Federal Research Center for Animal Husbandry. Newborn calves were divided into 2 groups of 13 heads, taking into account the live weight. The probiotic bifid-containing feed additive under study contained a lyophilized microbial mass of live antagonistically active bacteria of the Bifidobacterium bifidum species (at least 1×109 CFU / ml of bifidobacteria). Feeding of the supplement was carried out in an amount of 10 ml per 1 head per day to young animals of the experimental group and contributed to an increase in the average daily gain of live weight by 14.9% compared to the control group. It was found that from the moment of birth to 3 months of age, the use contributed to 100% of the safety of calves, while in the control this indicator was 92.3%. The inclusion of probiotic in the diet of calves of the dairy period provided an optimal homeostatic and hematological background while improving the morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood. The indicators of immunity, including lysozyme and bactericidal activity, were higher in relation to the control by 11.8 and 4.23%, respectively. The inclusion of bifid supplements in the calves ' diet ensured the growth of lacto-and bifidobacteria in the intestines of animals, respectively, by 10.9 and 8.5%, against the background of suppression of undesirable microflora. Thus, feeding bifid-containing additives to calves from the first days of life increases their protective properties, prevents morbidity, which leads to an improvement in zootechnical production indicators.

The intensifi cation of modern industrial poultry farming as the most progressive and dynamically developing branch of agriculture aimed at raising productivity and increasing production volumes, inevitably leads to numerous problems related to poultry health. One of the most common ways to solve this problem is to use antibacterial drugs. The results of scientifi c and economic experiment on the use of the phytobiotic additive “Farmatan VSO (Butitan)” in feeding broiler chickens of cross Cobb-500 have been provided in the article. The inclusion in the poultry diet of the phytobiotic “Farmatan VSO (Butitan)” in the amount for compound feed Start 800 g/t, Growth and Finish – 400 g/t leads to increase in the live weight of broilers by 3,0 % compared to the control group. At the same time the average daily gain of live weight in the 4th experimental group was 73 g, which was by 2,8 % more than in the control group. The use of phytobiotic additives in the feeding of broiler chickens contributes to the highest livability of poultry (98,1 %). It has been found that the best indicators for feed expenditures have been noted in the 3rd and 4th experimental groups 1,47 and 1,48 kg, which were 3,3 and 2,6 % lower than in the control group. Thus, the authors have found that the highest live weight, average daily gain, livability and lowest expenditures of feed per unit of production diff ered in broiler chickens of 4th experimental group where in the compound feed antibiotic Flavomycin has been replaced on phytobiotic feed additive “Farmatan VSO (Butican)” in the compound feed Start 800 g/t, Growth and Finish- 400 g/t. Production testing of the use of “Farmatan VSO (Butitan)” has shown the high eff ectiveness of phytobiotics as a mean of replacing the feed antibiotic and improving the livestock indicators of broiler chickens rearing.

Abstract. The availability and use of feed that enters the body of pigs depends on the amount and ratio of nutrients in it. Purpose. To determine the effect of different ratios of structural carbohydrates on pig productivity and digestibility of essential nutrients. Methods. Balance experiments were performed on pigs using the diets with nutrients level that corresponded to the need and the norm, and almost the same content of fiber, which differed in structural composition. Indicators of the content of basic nutrients, crude, neutral-detergent and acid-detergent fiber, as well as the ratio of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin in it were taken into account. The indicators were determined according to the methods of zootechnical analysis. Results. The chemical composition of various bran, hay flour and prepared rations has been studied. It has been confirmed that the lignin content is the lowest in the corn bran and the highest in the barley one, with the highest amount of hemicellulose, a structural carbohydrate that is best broken down by enzymes. The composition of their carbohydrate-lignin complexes and the ratio of their structural carbohydrates have been studied. It was found that the productivity of pigs using fiber in their diet, which is characterized by 12% higher hemicellulose content and 31% lower lignin one, is 46% more than in the control group. It is proved that the introduction of wheat and barley bran, hay flour in the diets of fattening pigs weighing more than 75 kg is economically feasible, given the structural composition of fiber. The average daily gain will be 672 g with the inclusion in the diet of a mineral supplement that will provide the body of animals with all the necessary nutrients. Conclusions. The productivity of pigs largely depends on the content and composition of fiber in their diet. In the period when the live weight of fattening pigs reaches 75 kg, and by the end of fattening (120-130 kg), it is economically feasible to introduce bran into the diet, which implies mandatory control of the content and composition of fiber.

This article presents materials on the production test of the Abiopeptid feed additive on calves of the Holstein breed raised in Sovkhoz Golovkovo LLC MTF Kryukovo, two groups of 20 calves were formed in each experimental group, the Abiopeptid feed additive was soldered at a rate of 1 ml/kg live masses. As a result, the use of the Abiopeptid feed additive at a dose of 1 ml / kg of calf live weight has been established that it does not negatively affect the physiological parameters of the clinical status of animals. The use of the Abiopeptid feed additive increases the average daily gain of calves by 100,0 g compared with the control group. The results of blood tests suggest a reliable stimulating effect of the Abiopeptid feed supplement on metabolic processes, increasing the parameters characterizing hematopoiesis. Thus, the Abiopeptid feed additive can be recommended for use by animals during the period of active growth and development of the body, to stimulate weight gain, and activate animal metabolism, and prevent anemia and malnutrition. In order to determine the effectiveness of the feed additive, we studied the indicators of the clinical status of calves and a biochemical and general blood test.

In providing the population with high-quality and cheap beef a signifi cant role is assigned, and in the future will be assigned to beef cattle breeding. The development of this industry and its eff ectiveness depends on the correct use of available feed resources. With the development of the feed industry the main task of which is mainly to ensure that in a small volume, as much as possible, as many sources of nutrients in a highly digestible form, the use of feed additives becomes important. Feed additives as a rule should compensate for the missing elements in the ration. The level and ratio of nutrients in them have a stimulating eff ect on the growth of muscle tissue and the formation of a strong backbone. The purpose of the work was to study the eff ect of the feed additive Vermiculite on the live weight of Kazakh White-headed steers. In order to study the feed additive Vermiculite in the rations of steers a scientifi c and economic experiment has been carried out on the basis of LLP “Terra” in the Kostanay region in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Two groups of steers have been formed for this purpose with 10 heads in each. The control group has received a basic feeding ration consisting of corn silage, haylage, wheat straw, complete feed (wheat, barley). The experimental group has received 200 g of Vermiculite per 1 head/day in addition to the main ration. During the entire period of the experiment the steers of the experimental group had the highest indicators of average daily growth compared to their herdmates in the control group. The highest value of the average daily gain in both groups has been observed in the period of 8–12 months, amounting to 1123,3 g in the control group, and 1159,2 g in the experimental group. The diff erence in favor of the steers of the experimental group was 35,9 g or 3,2 % (P < 0,01). In general during the experiment the diff erence in the average daily gain in live weight between the groups was 31,1 g or 3,5 % in favor of the animals of the experimental group.

One of the ways to increase meat resources is to improve the condition of livestock on farms in the Russian Federation. This is due to the fact that when the fatness of the animal increases, the meat yield in the carcass increases. The purpose of the researches was to establish the features of the infl uence of the feed protein additive Biovitel on the growth and development of steers of Hereford breed. In order to achieve this purpose two groups of steers-analogs of Hereford breed (control and experimental) at the age of 6 months per 10 head in each have been formed. The time of the experiment was: the preparatory period of 22 days and the main one 275 days. Steers of the control group have received the main farm ration, and steers of the experimental group have received the main ration and feed protein additive Biovitel for 30 days with 10-days interval at the dose of 100 g per head during the sixth month. The results of researches on the infl uence of the feed protein additive Biovitel on the growth and development of steers of Hereford breed have been refl ected in the article. The addition of the feed additive Biovitel to the main ration of the experimental group of steers helped them to achieve a higher live weight and higher average daily gains under the same environments of feeding and housing in all age periods. By the end of the experiment (15 months) the experimental group of steers have reached the live weight of 430,2 kg, which was higher by 19,9 kg or 4,9 % compared to the control group of steers. In order to improve the quality of beef and increase its production more intensive rearing of steers of Hereford breed with the use of feed protein additive Biovitel has been justifi ed. The recommended dose is 100 g per head. This dosage allows you to achieve the average daily gain of 967,5 g and the average live weight of 430,2 kg by 15 months of age, reduce the prime cost and increase the profi tability of beef production.
