This study aims to describe the steady and stable personality of educators in MAN 1 Medan. This research is a field research and the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative research approach. In this study, the research background chosen was personality competence in MAN I Medan. Personality competency research focuses on a stable and stable personality. The background of this research is natural. To obtain valid data on the topic being researched, observation, interviews, and documentation are used. The credibility or validity of the data in this study uses triangulation techniques. The triangulation technique in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation as a way to determine the credibility of the data. The results showed that educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan had steady and stable personalities, as evidenced by their respect for differences in ethnicity, gender, responsibility for their duties, pride in being teachers, and continuous self-development, close to God, work ethic. Based on the intention of ukhrawi not solely to be enjoyed, educators act in accordance with religious, legal, social and cultural norms. It is proven that educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan carry out the principles contained in the Pancasila ideology as a basis for acting and thinking for all Indonesian citizens with a sense of unity and unity.

The basic problem is the implementation of ordinary customer service to priority customers who seem to discriminate between one customer and another customer. The purpose of the research is to find out the implementation of priority customer service at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Lhokseumawe Branch and to find out how Islamic economic reviews on priority customer service. This type of research is field research, while the research approach is descriptive qualitative research is research that focuses on words rather than numbers. The sharia economic review of the Priority Customer Service is permitted, because of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. BSM also applies sharia economic principles, namely: monotheism, justice, trust and help. But the principle of justice they hold is to place rights in accordance with what has been mandated, namely priority customer rights that have been promised by the bank at the beginning of the agreement.

This study aims to describe the form of the religious day celebrations of Malay society across religions and the meaning of commemorating them in educational institutions. This field research uses a qualitative research approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant level observation and documentation. The results of the study describe that the form of religious day commemoration activities in SMPN 2 Arut Selatan are grouped into two, namely: commemoration of religious days which are commemorated based on certain moments, for instance are maulid of the Prophet Muhammad, Isra Mi'raj, and celebrations to welcome the Islamic New Year (Islam), Christmas and Easter (Christian Protestant and Catholic); and routine religious activities, for example is prayer with each of the followers of interfaith religions. Furthermore, the meanings of the religious days celebration are grouped into three views, trere are; as the obligation/ necessity of the learning process, empirical religion and individual's religion; as a culture / habit that becomes a system at school; as a requirement for the implementation of religious practices; and as a culture related to the commemoration of religious days.

Sekolah PAUD Widya Dharma merupakan satu satunya lembaga pendidikan tingkat TK (Taman Kanak-Kanak) yang mempunyai siswa yang berlatar berlakang agama lebih beragam dari sekolah TK. PAUD lainnya di Kota Banjarmasin. Latar belakang agama siswanya tersebut meliputi: agama Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Budha dan Hindu. Prosentasi siswa dari beragam agama tersebut tidak ada jumlah siswa dari beragama yang mendominasi lebih dari 50%. Selain itu juga walaupun para pendiri sekolah ini kebanyakannya dari orang yang beragama Budha, tetapi siswa yang berlatar belakang agama Budha tidak mendominasi secara kuantitas, sedangkan siswa yang beragama Kristen Protestan yang lebih banyak. Secara urutan kuantitas jumlah siswa berdasarkan latar belakang agama terbanyak ialah (1) Kristen Protestan, (2) Islam, (3) Katholik, (4) Budha, dan (5) Hindu. Berdasarkan latar belakang singkat tersebut, maka sangat perlu dan manfaat secara kajian ilmiah untuk diteliti tentang kehidupan toleransi beragama anak dengan anak lainnya yang mempunyai agama berbeda-beda ditingkat TK. PAUD. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memfokuskan penelitian ini kepada strategi penanaman toleransi beragama anak di PAUD Widya Dharma Kota Banjarmasin.  Pendekatan Penelitian menggunakan metode  penelitian  kualitatif  yang dilakukan  dengan  penelitian  lapangan, informan dalam menggali penelitian ditujukan kepada guru-guru agama, dan objek penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penanaman toleransi beragama kepada anak-anak yang berbeda-beda agamanya. Teknik penelitiannya dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk memvalidasi tingkat kebenaran data tersebut maka dalam hal ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi penanaman toleransi beragama pada anak usia dini melalui 5 (lima) kegiatan, yaitu (1) Guru mengenalkan sifat-sifat baik. (2) Guru mengenalkan sifat toleransi beragama. (3) Guru memberikan stimulus agar  anak berpikir tentang sifat-sifat baik, 4) Guru memberikan stimulus agar anak berpikir tentang toleransi beragama. (5) Guru membuat anak merasakan  manfaat sifat toleransi beragama. Kata kunci: Strategi Penanaman, Toleransi Beragama, Anak Usia Dini.   Abstract PAUD Widya Dharma School is the only kindergarten level educational institution (Kindergarten) which has students with more diverse religious backgrounds than kindergarten schools. Other PAUD in Banjarmasin City. The students' religious backgrounds include: Islam, Christianity, Catholicism Buddhism and Hinduism. The percentage of students from various religions does not have the number of students from that religion which dominates more than 50%. In addition, even though the founders of this school were mostly Buddhist, students with Buddhist backgrounds did not dominate in quantity, while students who were Protestant Christians were more numerous. In order of quantity, the highest number of students based on religious backgrounds is (1) Protestant Christianity, (2) Islam, (3) Catholic, (4) Buddhist, and (5) Hinduism. Based on this brief background, it is very necessary and beneficial in a scientific study to study the religious tolerance of children with other children who have different religions at the kindergarten level. PAUD. Therefore, the researcher focuses this research on the strategy of internalization children's religious tolerance in PAUD Widya Dharma Banjarmasin City. The research approach used qualitative research methods carried out by field research, informants in exploring research aimed at religious teachers, and the object of this study was to find out how to cultivate religious tolerance strategies for children of different religions. The research technique is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Then to validate the level of correctness of the data, in this case using the triangulation technique methods and sources. The results of the study state that the strategy of internalization religious tolerance in early childhood through 5 (five) activities, namely: (1) The teacher introduces good traits, (2) The teacher introduces the nature of religious tolerance; (3) The teacher provides a stimulus so that the child thinks about good traits; (4) Tthe teacher provides a stimulus so that the child thinking about religious tolerance, (5) Teachers make children feel the benefits of religious tolerance. The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the leadership style of the principal in improving the work ethic of Islamic Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative research approach rooted in philosophical and psychological and focuses on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without asking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit.

Abstract: This study aims to explore and analyze the principal's management in improving the quality of education at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. The approach used in this research is qualitative research approach by using field research type (field research). The subject of the study was the principal at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The analyst technique used is as follows: (1). Data reduction, (2). Presentation of data, (3). After the data is compiled and then drawn conclusions in the form of matrices and narratives. The results show that with good management, there is a quality improvement in MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau, this is proven, with many events that have been successfully implemented in order to improve the quality, such as camps and provincial and provincial silat martial arts ever held at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau.

The purpose of this research was to determine the existence of the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo in increasing the income of the people of East Pentadio Village. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, using interview instruments with various informants. The results using Samuelson's theory about the factors that influence income, show that the existence of the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo is able to increase the income of the people of East Pentadio Village. However, the current existence of the campus has not been fully utilized by the community in increasing the income of the people of East Pentadio Village. There are still many outsiders who take advantage of the opportunity of the existence of the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo by making larger businesses in the campus area so that community businesses that are built simply with little capital experience competition. The low level of education of rural communities makes the business that is built still not optimal and makes the community less creative and innovative in entrepreneurship. This also causes people to easily give up when experiencing losses.

This research is a field research by using a qualitative research approach. The purpose in this research is to find steps in strategic management process for development character of early children in Islamic kindergarten of al-Irsyad Purwokerto, Central java, Indonesia. The results showed that the process of strategic management to develop Islamic character of early children is done through four processes. First, processing of observation environmental to develop Islamic character in Islamic kindergarten. Second, strategic formulation process for development an Islamic character of early children in Islamic kindergarten. Third, implementating strategic process for develop an Islamic character of early children in Islamic kindergarten. Fourth, strategic assesment process for develop an Islamic character of early children in Islamic kindergarten.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan langkah-langkah dalam proses manajemen strategik untuk membentuk karakter anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Islam al-Irsyad Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa proses manajemen strategik untuk membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Islam dilakukan melalui empat langkah. Pertama, proses pengamatan lingkungan untuk membentuk karakter Islami anak usia dini di TK Islam. Kedua, proses formulasi strategi untuk membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Islam. Ketiga, proses penerapan strategi untuk membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Islam. Keempat, proses penilaian strategik untuk membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Islam.

    The purpose of this study was to find out the sound and explanation of the Compilation of Article 53, to know the clear law regarding pregnant marriage due to adultery which is regulated by law and Syara' and to know the procedures for registration of marriage and the marriage process carried out by pregnant women due to adultery. recorded by the Tanjung Pura District Religious Affairs Office. This type of research is a qualitative research with a field research approach (field research). Methods of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study that it has been carried out related to the application of the compilation of Islamic law article 53 in the implementation of marriage registration by VAT at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Tanjung Pura District is allowed and carried out as usual marriages without different procedures, with considerations: 1. Can save nasab for the baby, 2. Protecting the honor of women and families 3. Guaranteed survival for the baby in the womb and 4. Cessation of adultery previously committed. The purpose of this study was to clearly determine the background and melody structure of the song Da Ma'oheKhöuZumange. The song Da Ma'oheKhöuZumange is a traditional Nias nuanced song with the theme of the song offered in the Newest BNKP Zinunö Book. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The work process carried out is literature study, observation, and interviews. The research was carried out by collecting information through field research to obtain results that were processed into definite data.               The meaning of the lyrics of the song Da Ma'oheKhöuZumange is an affirmation that what is offered to God actually comes from God.In this song it is also stated that the offering does not only talk about money and materials, but also life in totality.               This song has a 4/4 measure with a tempo of 74 MM with the basic tone D = Do, consisting of 16 bars and two phrases. The rim is a, a, a, b. With the chord progressions moving from I, IV, IIIm, VIm, V, I.In the Da Ma'oheKhöuZumange song there are authentic cadens because the chords move from the dominant chord (V) to the tonica chord (I).The ambitus of this song is Fis-B.
