The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the leadership style of the principal in improving the work ethic of Islamic Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative research approach rooted in philosophical and psychological and focuses on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without asking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit.

  The objectives of this research are as follows 1). This study aims to determine the perception of Al-Quran Hadith teachers on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at the Al Washliyah Stabat Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah. 2). To find out the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Al-Quran Hadith learning at the Al Washliyah Stabat Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah. 3). To find out the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Al Washliyah Stabat in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the subjects of Al-Quran Hadith. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely this type of research describes the state of objects or events without an intention to draw conclusions that apply in general. In this study, it is intended to describe the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Al Washliyah Stabat as a forum to form students who have superior quality by using the latest learning curriculum, namely Curriculum 2013. stabat. The background of the problem in this study is that the implementation of the Islamic education curriculum is not fully implemented in the Al-Washliyah Stabat Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah regarding the curriculum that is still applied in teaching and learning activities, namely the 2013 curriculum. Islamic religious education curriculum is limited to the field of study of Islamic Religious Education such as the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research is included in the qualitative research model, meaning that the data used in this study is qualitative data (data that does not consist of numbers) in the form of verbal messages, dialogues and writings that are the results of research through library research activities and field observations and conducting research. Documentation of the objectives of this study are: To find out the perception of Al-Quran Hadith teachers on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Al Washliyah Stabat. To find out the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Al-Qur'an Hadith learning at the Al Washliyah Stabat Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah. To find out the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Al Washliyah Stabat in implementing the 2013 curriculum in Al-Quran Hadith subjects. The results of this research are: Madrasah Tsanawiyah has a significant role in preserving the continuity of Islamic education and Islamic ethical moral values ​​in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. In terms of the process of implementing learning in MTs. Private Al Washliyah Stabat has been implemented well by making students more participative in learning and teaching activities

AbstractEducation is a very important thing in human life. When talking about education, it is inseparable about education personnel called teachers. Therefore in this study discussed about the role of teachers of Islamic religious education which is basically a forum for fostering student morals when the students are in the school environment. This study uses qualitative methods that basically collect data from interviews, observations, and observations. With this method it is considered very good for this research so that it can answer the problem. The teacher at this school is very cooperative in improving student morals both at school and outside school. Keyword: Role, Teacher Islamic Education, Moral Development AbstrakPendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Ketika bicara tentang pendidikan, tak dapat dipisahkan tentang tenaga pendidikan yang disebut dengan guru. Oleh sebab itu dalam penlitian ini dibahas tentang peran guru pendidikan agama islam yang dasarnya adalah untuk wadah membina akhlak siswa ketika siswa tersebut dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  yang pada dasarnya mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, pengamatan, dan observasi.  Dengan metode tersebut dirasa sangat baik untuk penelitian ini sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the role of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII in SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted from September 22 to October 22, 2020. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 1 PAI teacher, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. The research instruments used are observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and inference. The results showed that Teachers of Islamic religious education in the formation of the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon has played a good role, where islamic education teachers have performed their role such as teachers as teachers, namely teachers of Islamic Religious Education has taught about honesty, discipline, manners and accuracy. Keywords: The Role of PAI Teachers, Shaping The Character of Learners ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 22 September sampai dengan 22 Oktober 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 1 orang guru PAI, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon sudah berperan cukup baik, dimana guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah melakukan peranannya seperti guru sebagai pengajar yakni guru Pendidikan Agama Islam telah mengajarkan tentang kejujuran, kedisiplinan, sopan-santun dan keteladanan. this research seeks to reveal the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI)in realizing multiculturalism-based social interactions in elementary schools.PAI is one lesson in the national curriculum that is taught at each educationalinstitution. Islamic Religious Education is very appropriate to be carried out torealize harmonious social interaction among students of different religions basedon multiculturalism. This research was conducted at Taman HarapanElementary School and Bina Budi Mulia Elementary School Malang City, aprivate school that has multi-ethnic and multi-religious students. The problemsraised in this study are how is the role of PAI in realizing multiculturalism-basedsocial interaction among students of different religions in elementary schools?The research method used is qualitative and the research approach isphenomenology. The Researcher collected data through observation, interviewsand document review. Interviews were conducted with school principals, PAIteachers and students. The research results showed that Taman HarapanElementary School and Bina Budi Mulia Elementary School strongly supportedthe harmonious interaction of students of different religions in the schools. TheConducive social interactions occur in two forms, namely interactions within theclassroom, and social interactions outside the classroom. The social interaction inthe classroom takes place by working together, learning together, discussing andhelping each other. While the interactions outside the school take place inextracurricular activities such as sports, religious holidays, arts performances,outbound, and friendship interactions in the school environment. Pondok Pesantren is one of the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia. The significance of the kiai's role in the boarding school is directly proportional to his leadership in managing and directing the entire community in his cottage, especially the students and their influence in society. While the model in leading his Islamic boarding school, each kiai has his own method for advancing his pesantren. This happened because of the kiai's focus on developing his boarding school and the environmental conditions of the surrounding community. This article was describe how the leadership role of kiai in Islamic boarding schools in developing the institutions. This research  was descriptive research methods with a qualitative research approach. The main finding in the researcher was the figure of a kiai with his charismatic character that able to have a positive effect in the development of the Islamic boarding schools. Learning Islamic religious education should not turn a blind eye to technological developments that are realized or not have a very large impact on life. Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan implements Islamic Religious Education learning innovations using and utilizing technological developments. For example, Teleconference, Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting by utilizing facilities such as e-mail (electronic mail), mobile phones, MP3 players, websites, blogging, search engines, and others. Learning models develop in the form of electronic learning (e-learning), electronic books (e-books), online classes, online discussions, computer-based learning. The use of whiteboards and markers, replaced with the use of Notebook media, LCD Projectors, and so on. Printed sourcebook materials, modules, and student worksheets are replaced with e-books, digital libraries, YouTube, and internet pages. This research is focused on qualitative research using descriptive method. This research intends to examine the natural role of Islamic Religious Education Learning Innovation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 Studies at Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan. This research is suitable to use a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method, in revealing the facts as empirical truth in this research.

<p align="center"><em>The phenomenon of the ineffectiveness of the role of religion in building a clean society from corruption must be realized together. Therefore, Islamic education is expected to be a solution in dealing with corruption now and in the future, especially in the early preventive efforts. The theoretical approach of religion-based anti-corruption education seeks to see the extent to which the reality of society can be accommodated in aspects of Anti-Corruption Education, both on material aspects, learning methods, means of infrastructure and so forth. Islamic education in schools can play a role in combating corruption by integrating contextual Islamic learning materials with messages to be conveyed with regard to corruption. The research design used was qualitative which focused on anti-corruption religious education in elementary school. If this concept is applied, it is expected to change in the mindset of learners of religious values that can be applied in empirical life. So that further impact towards the realization of quality and dignified Indonesian society.</em></p>

Abstract: This journal discusses the implementation of Islamic education at the Elementary School level at the Indonesian School in The Hague. The background of this journal is the importance of Islamic Religious Education for elementary level students.
