This study aims to uncover and explain and know: (1) the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, (2) the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's speaking in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, and (3) the influence of social simulation learning strategies on social intelligence and children's talking together at Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. The research sample consisted of two classes each one experimental class and one control class. The instrument used in the study was observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is analysis of variance The research findings show: (1) the influence of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, (2) there is an influence of social simulation learning strategies on children's speaking in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, and (3) there is an influence on simulation learning strategies social towards social intelligence and talking to children together in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa yang diajarkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir dan siswa yang diajarkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Inquiri, (2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi dan minat belajar rendah (3) interaksi antara penggunaan strategi pembelajaran dan minat belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan disain penelitian faktorial 2x2, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi = 0.05. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa yang belajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Inquiri, (2) hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa yang memiliki minat belajarl tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki minat belajar rendah dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan strategi pembelajaran dengan minat belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Implikasi dari penelitian ini secara khusus ditujukan kepada guru bahasa Indonesia yaitu dalam penerapan strategi pembelajaran harus diperhatikan karakteristik siswa khususnya minat belajar. Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, minat belajar, hasil belajar, bahasa indonesia. Abstract: The study were aimed at finding out: 1) the difference of results in learning Indonesian between the students taught by using Learning Upgrade Strategy Thinking (SPPKB) and Inquiry strategy, 2) the difference of the student’s study result who have high interest in learning and those who have interest in learning low, and 3) interaction between the application of learning strategy and interest in learning in affecting the result of learning Indonesian. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar Kelistrikan Otomotif antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran Koperatif Tipe STAD dan Strategi Pembelajaran Koperatif Tipe Jigsaw, (2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki Minat Berwirausaha Tinggi dan Minat Berwirausaha Rendah (3) interaksi antara penggunaan Strategi pembelajaran dan Minat Berwirausaha dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Kelistrikan Otomotif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan disain penelitian faktorial 2x2, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. The research method used quasi experiment with factorial design 2x2. The data analysis technique was analysis of variance (ANOVA) two way at significant a = 0.05. The finding of the research showed that: (1) the students outcome in Automotive electrical that taught by jigsaw cooperative learning  strategy had a higher than outcome the students outcome that taught by STAD cooperative learning strategy, (2) the students outcome in Automotive electrical that taught by high interest in entrepreneurship is higher than low interest in entrepreneurship and (3) there is no interaction between learning strategy with interest in entrepreneurship  on the students outcome of Automotive electrical.   Keywords: STAD cooperative learning strategy and jigsaw, interest in entrepreneurship, the students outcome of Automotive electrical

Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2x2, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. The research method used was quasi experiment with 2 x 2 factorial design. The analysis technique used is the two-track analysis of variance ANOVA (2 x 2) with a significance level α = 0.05. The findings of the study indicate: (1) the learning outcomes of students who are taught drawing techniques with learning strategy elaboration higher learning outcomes than students taught by expository learning strategy; (2) drawing techniques learning outcomes of students who have high achievement motive higher than the learning outcomes of students who have low achievement motive; and (3) there is interaction between learning strategy and achievement motives in affecting student learning outcomes drawing techniques. The accuracy in choosing a learning strategy is a very important part in efforts to improve the achievement of student learning outcomes. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of learning strategies on mathematics learning outcomes. This study uses a 2x2 factorial design research. Through this design the effects of Interactive learning strategies and problem-based learning will be compared to student mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of grade IV SDN 09 Kaba Wetan, totaling 76 students, consisting of 2 classes. To determine the sample class, a random sampling technique is used. The sample classes used were 2 classes totaling 76 students, class IV-A as an Interactive class and class IV-B as a problem-based class. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. And testing the analysis requirements is the normality test using the Lilifors Test, while the homogeneity requirements are using the F Test and Barlett Test. After testing the analysis requirements, the two-way variance analysis of Analilsis is performed. The results of this study indicate that there is an interaction effect between learning strategies on student mathematics learning outcomes. So that the selection of appropriate learning strategies is influenced by the ability of teachers to understand the characteristics of their students. In the learning strategy applied by the teacher can optimize student mathematics learning outcomes by choosing class strategies namely Interactive learning and problem based learning classes.

Arabic learning can take place at various ages of either children, adolescents or adults. Learning Arabic is something needed for especially Muslim because it is important in Muslim life. This paper will explain about the Arabic learning strategy for children. This is important to discuss because children need special strategies in learning for their ages. In collecting information, the writer uses library research method, which is done by comparing several literary sources, especially those that are the main source of discussion to discuss about the existing problems. Then, as the result, language learning is a help to determine how, and how well, learners learn a foreign language. There are many variations on learning strategy. Arabic learning strategies for children include playing, singing, telling stories, projects, demonstration, and conversation. By using the suitable and fun strategy, children can develop their potential well and effectively. The selection of learning strategies depends on children’s ages and characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to obtain a critical description of the learning strategy for science practicum during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method was a qualitative descriptive study. The respondents of this study were lecturers and students of the Natural Sciences within the Indonesia Natural Sciences Tadris Association. The research instruments were in the form of questionnaires and a list of questions related to the learning of science practicum during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed the highest percentage of each learning strategy indicator for science practicum used by lecturers as follows: (1) 68.75% for the student center approach, (2) 50% for problem-based learning strategy, (3) 31.25% for self-practicum technique, (4) 31.25% for WhatsApp media, (5) 31.25% for self-assignment evaluation, (6) 93.75% for the indicator of the success of self-practicum, (7) 68.75% social media and signal supporting factors, (8) 31.25% for internet network obstacle, (9) 68.75% for the method to discover the practicum skills by playing the video of student’s results of practicum at home. The recommendation of this study should be carried out independently in each student's home by utilizing tools and materials around their environment and evaluation of learning is done through self-assignments or practicum videos sent to lecturers.

Abstract The purpose of this writing is to determine the ratio legis for the position of Temporary Notary Officer in the event that the Notary is temporarily suspended from his/her position and to understand the reformulation of the regulation of the position of the Notary's Temporary Officer in the event that the Notary is temporarily suspended from his/her position. The research method used is the normative research method, which departs from the absence of norm on the regulation of the position of Temporary Notary Officer in order to carry out the position of a temporarily suspended Notary as stipulated in Article 1 point 2 of the UUJN-Amendment, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal material is in the form of card system technique and legal material analysis technique in the form of descriptive technique and construction technique. The research findings are as follows: Ratio Legis for the position of a Notary's Temporary Officer in the event that a Notary is temporarily suspended from his/her position is to maintain the continuity of the Notary's position, even though the Notary (official) cannot carry out his/her duties for a while because of being temporarily suspended, but persist because it is a permanent work sector. Regulatory reformulation of the position of Temporary Notary Officer in the event that the Notary is temporarily suspended from office is by establishing a norm that revises the norm of Article 1 point 2 UUJN-Amendment.   Abstrak Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui ratio legis kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya dan memahami reformulasi pengatuan atas kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu metode penelitian normatif, yang beranjak dari kekosongan norma atas pengaturan kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris guna menjalankan jabatan Notaris yang diberhentikan sementara sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Pasal 1 angka 2 UUJN-Perubahan, dengan jenis pendekatan perundang-undangan serta pendekatan konseptual. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum berupa teknik sistem kartu dan teknik analisisa bahan hukum berupa teknik deskriptif dan teknik konstruksi. Adapun temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Ratio legis kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya adalah untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan jabatan Notaris itu sendiri, meskipun Notaris (pejabat) tidak dapat melaksanakan tugas jabatannya untuk sementara waktu karena diberhentikan sementara, namun jabatan Notaris harus tetap ada karena merupakan lingkungan pekerjaan tetap. Reformulasi pengaturan atas kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya adalah dengan pembentukan norma yang merevisi norma Pasal 1 angka 2 UUJN-Perubahan.

Cooperative Learning Strategies (CLS) for Students Focused Teaching (SFT), known as 'students-centered learning' (SCL), is the acknowledged pedagogical strategy. This research article is based on an experiment in an EFL class and analyses various fundamental aspects of CLS concentrating on the classroom barriers, diagnosis of students' linguistic problems and the results of the adopted strategies. During eight weeks of teaching instructions, three tests of integrated Reading and Writing skills were conducted in Level-3/4 classes in Preparatory Years Program with intervals. The students were given treatment through two different methodologies viz., Cooperative Learning Strategy and Traditional Learning Strategy (TLS) in two different groups. It was hypothesized that CLS would motivate them to participate in the classroom activities. Major research findings are that to achieve teaching objectives successfully, motivated and trained teachers are required to handle the students who do not cooperate in the CLS implementation process. The study also found out other pedagogical problems in the process of implementation by comparing CLS and TLS. The comparative analysis of the experimental and the controlled groups revealed that there was no significant impact of CLS on adult EFL learners. The study discusses the factors for the lack of CLS impact on the EFL learners and gives recommendations.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hasil belajar Sejarah siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran elaborasi lebih tinggi dengan ekspositori, (2) hasil belajar Sejarah siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir logis tinggi lebih tinggi dengan berpikir logis rendah dan (3) interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan kemampuan berpikir logis dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Sejarah siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah  analisis varians dua jalur (Two Way Anava 2 x 2) dengan taraf signifikansi a = 0,05 dengan menggunakan Uji-F, pengujian uji lanjut  menggunakan uji Scheffe. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar Sejarah siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran elaborasi dengan strategi  ekspositori, (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar Sejarah siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir logis tinggi dengan berpikir logis rendah, dan (3) Interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir logis akan memberikan efek yang tinggi dalam penguasaan materi pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar Sejarah yang diperoleh tinggi. Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, kemampuan berpikir logis terhadap hasil belajar sejarah Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) the results of studying history students who are taught by learning strategy elaboration higher with expository, (2) the results of learning history students who have the ability to think logically high is higher by thinking logically low and (3) interaction between learning strategy and logical thinking skills in influencing student learning outcomes History. The findings show: (1) there is a significant difference between the results of studying history students who are taught by learning strategies elaboration of the strategy expository, (2) there is a significant difference between the results of studying history students who have the ability to think logically high to think logically low, and (3) the interaction between the learning strategies and ability to think logically will give high effect in the mastery of learning material that learners' achievements obtained History high.
