This type of research used in this research is experimental quantitative research. To find out the effect of the classroom visit supervision workshop and teacher certification on the pedagogical ability of elementary school teachers in terms of the initial pedagogical ability in Rantau Selatan District. The population in this study was elementary school teachers in Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency, totalling 377 teachers spread over 23 locations. The sample in this study was 60 teachers. From the research results, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of the implementation of the supervisory workshop and the initial ability to the pedagogical ability of teachers is 66.4% while the remaining 33.6% is influenced by other factors outside of the two variables observed in this study.

This study aims to find out the influence of supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is 38 elementary school teachers in the Simpang sub-district who have received teacher professional benefits. This research uses quantitative research, with a type of Non-Probability sampling research, the technique used is the saturated Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using closed questionnaires. Data analysis with t-test and F test showed that: Supervision of the principal has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang sub-district by 20.90%; Teacher professional allowance has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang subdistrict by 20.50%, and supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances have a simultaneous influence of 45.90% on the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the ability of elementary school teachers in the application of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The main objectives are the teacher's understanding of ICT-based learning media, the ability of teachers in designing ICT-based learning media, the ability of teachers in the use of ICT-based learning media, factors that can support and inhibit the application of ICT-based learning media, and how teachers overcome obstacles in the application of ict-based learning media. The research method used by the author is mixed methods research method or mixed research method that is, by combining between qualitative and quantitative research types. The subject of this study was a public elementary school teacher in tarogong kidul area. The sample of this study was as many as 30 teachers.  Instruments used in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews. Based on the results of the instrument test obtained teacher's understanding of learning media by 85.6%, the ability of teachers in designing ICT-based learning media by 85.6%, then the ability of teachers in the use of ICT-based learning media by 85.4%. The supporting factors in terms of teacher ability are the implementation of training in the use of ICT devices and designing ICT-based learning media. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the ability of elementary school teachers in the application of ICT-based learning media in the Tarogong Kidul area is very good.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that  Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

Measurement of teacher competence through TPACK is very important to do. However, the majority of the instruments used to measure TPACK for elementary school teachers are not yet in line with the needs of the 21st Century. This study aims to develop a TPACK instrument for elementary school teachers in a valid and reliable Mathematic lesson. This study uses the quantitative research. The study sample involved 1490 teacher in elementary school,  grade IV, V, and VI teachers from state and private elementary schools with A level of accreditation, spread across fourteen sub-districts in the Kabupaten Bogor. Data analysis techniques use Winsteps 4.0.1. So that, overall, this instrument can be used to measure TPACK of elementary school teachers in the content of mathematics lessons. This instrument can be used to map teacher competencies based on TPACK values. Furthermore, if there are some weaknesses in the 7 aspects of the TPACK, policy makers can determine the follow-up that needs to be determined to further improve the competence of elementary school teachers. The dimensions that stand out in this research are lesson content, teaching approach, technology, pedagogy, content, and mathematics.

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure and work environment together on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 3, Lengkiti District. In this study, using quantitative research methods and research design in the form of influence studies, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent variable or free school infrastructure (X1), work environment (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a significant influence between school infrastructure on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 2) There is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 3) There is an influence between the school infrastructure and the environment together on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District.

This research was conducted to determine the use of instructional video media in the online learning  process by elementary  school teachers in  Pagelaran  Utara  sub - district. The use of video media is the theme in this study because it has an important meaning in online learning. The covid-19 virus has an impact on teaching and learningactivities. Learning that should be done directly now can only be done indirectly or what is commonly called online learning. Then an educator is required to try to use video media as a solution in online learning. In this study, there were 58 respondents from 10 elementary schools in the North Pagelaran sub-district. The research results obtained show that 96.6% of teachers who teach in primary schools in the utata performance sub - district or around 55 teachers out of 58 have used instructional video media in the online learning process during the pandemic. It can be concluded that the video media has been used optimally.

AbstrakKegiatan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah Dasar tidak diberikan oleh Guru Pembimbing secara khusus, sehingga guru kelas harus juga memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling kepada semua siswa tanpa terkecuali. Guru Sekolah dasar tentunya harus mendapat pengetahuan yang cukup selain dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai guru kelas, juga dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk melihat bagaimana peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan Bimbingan Konseling di SDN Watuaji 01 Kabupaten Jepara. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling secara menyeluruh belum dilkukan secara maksimal. Guru juga belum melakukan catatan secara tertulis tentang berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi, solusi maupun perkembangan masalah hingga masalah tersebut dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan peran guru kelas dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling adalah melakukan pelatihan tentang pelaksanaan pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling oleh guru Sekolah Dasar, menyelenggarakan berbagai seminar tentang upaya pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling oleh guru Sekolah Dasar dan pengupayaan peran maksimal Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP)Kata Kunci: Guru Kelas, Bimbingan dan KonselinAbstractGuidance and Counseling in elementary school are not provided by Teachers Advisors specifically, so classroom teachers should also provide counseling services to all students without exception. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sertifikasi jalur portofolio bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Semarang. Peneliti-an ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di Di-nas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Dinas Pen-didikan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi proses pembelajar-an, penelusuran dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran dan por-tofolio. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis kualititatif melalui langkah pengumpulan, penyajian, reduksi, dan penarik-an kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peren-canaan sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, dari aspek sosialisasi prosedur tidak tuntas dan data tidak valid, (2) Pengorganisasian sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, dari aspek penyusunan dan verifikasi dokumen portofolio tidak sesuai dengan buku panduan, (3) Pelaksanaan sertifikasi guru jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, (4) Pengawasan sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik. This study employed the qualitative approach, con-ducted in the Office of Education of Semarang City. The research subjects consisted of the Head of the Educator and Educational Personnel Section in the Office of Education, principals, and teachers. The data collecting techniques included interviews, observations, and document tracing. The data were collected through interviews, supported by observations on learning processes and tracing documents of lesson plans and portfolio. The collected data were analyzed using the qualitative technique involving steps of collection, display, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the planning of the portfolio system certification does not run well; from the aspect of socialization, procedures are income-plete and the data are invalid, (2) organization of portfolio system certification does not run well; from the aspects of portfolio preparation and verification, the documents are not in accordance with the guide books, (3) the actuation of the portfolio system certification does not run well, (4) the control of the portfolio system certification does not run well.Keywords: management, teacher certification, profession

<p style="text-align: justify;">Creative thinking skills are 21st century learning needs that can be applied through the Scientific Reading Based Project (SRBP) model. The purpose of this study is to empower creative thinking skills through SRBP models in science learning in elementary school teachers’ education students. This research is mixed research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative research is used to explore students' creative thinking abilities. Quantitative research uses a quasi-experimental approach carried out for six months on the candidates of elementary school teachers’ education. Participants in this study were the candidate of elementary school teachers’ education of 75 people who took the Basic Concept of Science subject. Data collection in this study was through observation, documentation, pre-test, and post-test with essay questions to measure creative thinking skills. The final result of the project is the final product to measure creativity. The data analysis used was an ANOVA test to measure every aspect of creative thinking skill. Qualitative analysis was used to describe the learning process and the final project of creativity. The results showed that there was an increase in creative thinking skills from aspects of flexibility, elaboration, fluency and originality. The SRBP model has a positive effect on improving the ability to think creatively.</p>
