This research was conducted to determine the use of instructional video media in the online learning  process by elementary  school teachers in  Pagelaran  Utara  sub - district. The use of video media is the theme in this study because it has an important meaning in online learning. The covid-19 virus has an impact on teaching and learningactivities. Learning that should be done directly now can only be done indirectly or what is commonly called online learning. Then an educator is required to try to use video media as a solution in online learning. In this study, there were 58 respondents from 10 elementary schools in the North Pagelaran sub-district. The research results obtained show that 96.6% of teachers who teach in primary schools in the utata performance sub - district or around 55 teachers out of 58 have used instructional video media in the online learning process during the pandemic. It can be concluded that the video media has been used optimally.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all sectors of human activity, including the education sector. The pandemic forced learning activities to be carried out online (online). Of course this is a new habit especially at the elementary school level where the learning process is carried out face-to-face in full. In overcoming these problems, various distance learning media in the form of applications were introduced to students and parents. However, there is an application that is familiarly used by students and parents of students that can be used for the online learning process, namely the Whatsapp application. The purpose of this study is to look at the online learning process in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This study uses a qualitative approach with survey research methods. The research subjects were teachers of SDN 1 Kalipasung in Cirebon Regency as well as research informants. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews related to the process of implementing online learning for elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The activity of analyzing and presenting research data is carried out descriptively. The results of this study are Online Learning in Elementary Schools During the Covid 19 Pandemic Era, especially at SDN Kalipasung 1 when viewed from the learning process, it is only used as a means of sending assignments, but the learning process does not involve WhatsApp media completely. In the aspect of supervision, the teacher is also not fully able to monitor the student learning process, as a result, the teacher must cooperate with parents in conducting supervision. The responses of parents and students related to the online learning process stated that they wanted to return to carrying out normal learning (face to face) as usual because they felt they were not used to online learning. Abstrak Pendemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi segala sektor aktifitas kegiatan manusia, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Pandemi tersebut memaksa kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Tentu ini menjadi kebiasan baru apalagi di jenjang sekolah dasar yang mana proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka secara penuh. Dalam mengatasi permasalah tersebut, berbagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam bentuk aplikasi mulai diperkenalkan kepada siswa maupun orangtua siswa. Namun ada aplikasi yang familiar digunakan oleh siswa maupun orang tua siswa yang dapat digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran daring yakni aplikasi Whatsapp. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk melihat proses pembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar pada era panedemi Covid – 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian ialah guru-guru SDN 1 Kalipasung yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon sekaligus menjadi informan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam (In-depth Interview) terkait proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring guru Sekolah Dasar selama pandemik Covid-19. Kegiatan analisis dan penyajian data hasil penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yakni Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Dasar  Pada Era Pandemi Covid 19 khususnya di SDN Kalipasung 1 jika ditinjau dari proses pembelajarannya hanya dijadikan sebagai sarana pengiriman tugas, tetapi proses pembelajaran tidak melibatkan media whatsapp sepenuhnya. Dalam aspek pengawasan juga tidak sepenuhnya guru dapat memantau proses belajar siswa, alhasil guru harus bekerjasama dengan orang tua dalam melakukan pengawasan. Adapun respon orangtua siswa dan siswa terkait dengan proses pembelajaran daring menyatakan ingin kembali melaksanakan pembelajaran secara normal (tatap muka) seperti biasa karena merasa belum terbiasa dengan pembelajaran daring.

The purpose of this research is about various aspects in it, including methods, processes, strategies and learning breakthroughs during a pandemic. In the process of this research using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques with interviews, observations and photos when the research process is carried out. This study aims to reveal the methods used in learning and conclude how the learning strategies during the pandemic in elementary schools. Like schools in general, strategies are carried out online using the Google Meet application and sometimes offline in the learning process. In addition, there are breakthroughs in online learning by teachers, there are several challenges in implementing learning strategies. But even so, elementary school teachers continue to carry out the learning process through the google meet application with the hope that students can continue to study even in pandemic conditions. Parents here play an important role in the success of online learning strategies. Because in the learning process parents do not monitor or accompany their children, so they may not pay attention, so when the teacher gives homework, they cannot answer it. If students cannot answer the questions that have been given, then the learning objectives still cannot be achieved. Because there are students who still do not understand the material presented. This strategy is carried out to prevent and break the spread of the Covid-19 virus that is currently in Indonesia.

This community service aims (1). Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in implementing learning that is oriented towards active, effective and enjoyable learning. (2). Provide theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and the situations and conditions of learning in elementary schools. (3). Contribute ideas to education managers in an effort to improve teacher professional competency and learner ability in elementary schools, especially at SD Kestalan Surakarta. Community service is carried out in an effort to deliver competence in terms of Integrative Thematic Learning Intensity through Scientific Approach at Kestalan Elementary School Surakarta as a partner school in the Surakarta Teacher Training and Education Faculty, followed by 26 teachers and Principals with a 6-hour implementation period, starting at 8:00 p.m. until 15:00 p.m. The outcome of this community service is that community service resulted in the delivery of material on the Scientific approach to integrative thematic learning in Primary Schools in an effort to optimize teacher understanding and implementation in primary schools in general and SD Kestalan Surakarta in particular. The expected results from the implementation of this service can provide an understanding of the Intensity of Integrative Thematic Learning through the Scientific Approach in Primary Schools. So Kestalan Surakarta Elementary School teachers have 90 percent of the ability to Integrative Thematic Learning through the Scientific Approach in Primary Schools. So that the teachers can transmit their understanding to fellow teachers in the Dabin and Gugus areas as well as primary school teacher meetings. The article aimed to explain in detail the perspectives of elementary school teachers about online learning in a COVID-19 pandemic condition. This study used a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 45 teachers in Banten and West Java. The results of this study indicated that teachers understand the context of online learning, but in implementation there are various problems found, including 1) availability of facilities, 2) network and internet usage, 3) planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, and 4) collaboration with parents. Online learning help teachers in the COVID-19 pandemic period, but felt to be ineffective, even 80% of teachers feel dissatisfied thorough online learning. This research was expected to be an evaluation material for various parties including education policy makers in conducting online learning, besides this research can also facilitate other researchers to develop research on online learning, especially in elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to determine how online learning was implemented in elementary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in elementary schools in the Muara Enim District, in Sumatra Selatan, Indonesia. This was descriptive research and a qualitative approach was used. The research subjects were elementary school teachers. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that: 1) teachers were not ready in terms of planning and implementing online learning; 2) most elementary school teachers in Muara Enim District used the Whatsapp application in the process of implementing online learning; 3) online learning tended to be less effective because elementary school students still dependend on teachers and parents; 4) student learning outcomes tended to increase during online learning; this was indicated by the average score of students which was ≤ 70 before online learning and ≥ 90 after online learning. Teachers were still hesitant in reporting the assessment of student learning outcomes, because during online learning the teacher cannot supervise students’ completion of the assignments. For this reason, parent cooperation is needed for educating and guiding their children during online learning and so that teachers can determine the development of student learning outcomes at home. INTERACTIVE, MEANINGFUL AND ATTRACTIVE ONLINE LEARNING AS AN EFFORT TO OPTIMIZE THE LEARNING PROCESS AMID COVID-19 PANDEMIC. The education policy of the Indonesian government is that temporary online learning has been conducted at almost all levels of education to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This means that all Indonesian students need to study online. In relation to this, educators must be able to provide engaging, interactive, and productive online learning. This article aims to illustrate the program which promotes the mastery of the relevant online learning that can be applied to students by Elementary school teachers. Mentoring offered by the community service team (PKM) as trainers is the strategy used in community service, which is carried out in three stages: planning, implementing and reflection. The outcome of this service is that English teachers at Perguruan Cikini Elementary School have a variety of online interactive learning. It is also expected that some learning applications can help teachers develop engaging and pleasant online learning experiences so that students can achieve the required learning competence.

<p>The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred forced the learning process to be carried out online or online learning. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of teachers and students who carry out the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The subjects of this research were class teachers and grade IV elementary school students. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The data obtained in this study were qualitative data which were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that teachers and students got several opportunities and challenges implementing the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The opportunities for elementary school teachers and students are (1) Technology ability, (2) more accessible learning, (3) expanding learning references. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by elementary school teachers and students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic were (1) difficulty achieving learning objectives, (2) network disruption, (3) high cost.</p>

The Cost

The process of learning should be good and right, of course, must be supported by various facilities in addition to the ability of teachers to organize learning. The selection and utilization of teaching aids is one of the important things that must be considered by the teacher so that the learning process can be more meaningful and can achieve the expected goals. In reality some elementary school teachers teaching social studies in the Buleleng sub-district rarely use the aid of teaching aids in their teaching and learning process. This happened because some of the teachers considered that to make an IPS teaching aid was very difficult to do, to use these teaching aids in social studies learning took a relatively long time so the teacher decided to teach without teaching aids. Another reason given is that the cost of making IPS teaching aids costs a lot. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to make training for teachers in making simple IPS teaching aids and use them in learning in elementary schools. The activity was attended by 30 people from the Undiksha FIP PGSD alumni teachers. After the implementation of this activity the teacher is no longer having difficulty making IPS teaching aids and is able to use IPS teaching aids well.

Abstract. The purpose of this service is to increase the creativity of elementary school teachers and students through Learning Media in the form of a Mathematics Teaching Tool "Flat Flat Build" made of paper for elementary school teachers and students at SDN Kenari. The methods used in analyzing data are Socialization, practical training, mentoring and evaluation. The development of learning technology that is in line with technological advancements affects all aspects of human life including the learning process in elementary schools. Implementation of teaching aids in the learning process as part of learning technology must be carried out, especially for primary schools in the NKR-Timor Lest border area. The use of mathematics teaching aids on the broad material of flat shapes as aids in the learning process to understand basic concepts has experienced a lot of development, especially at the elementary school level. This service was carried out for two weeks. The results of the analysis showed that teachers and elementary school students at SDN Kenari were able to make wide visual aids from flat paper. This can be seen from the results of the workshop evaluation on the first day and the results of peer teaching, which is 90% of teachers are able to make a wide flat visual aid and based on the observation and evaluation of peers from three teachers who were randomly selected to do peer teaching, that the average the average practice score is 85 including the excellent category.Keywords. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan siswa Sekolah Dasar Melalui Media Pembelajaran berupa Alat Peraga Matematika “Luas bangun Datar” berbahan kertas bagi guru dan siswa Sekolah Dasar di SDN Kenari. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah Sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik, pendampingan dan Evaluasi. Perkembangan teknologi pembelajaran yang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Implementasi Alat peraga dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai  bagian dari teknologi pembelajaran harus dilakukan, terutama untuk-sekolah-sekolah dasar di daerah perbatasan NKR-Timor Lest. Penggunaan  alat peraga matematika pada materi luas bangun bangun datar  sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran untuk memahami konsep-konsep dasar telah banyak mengalami perkembangan, terutama pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pengabdia ini dilakukan selama dua minggu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa sekolah dasar di SDN Kenari mampu membuat alat peraga luas bangun datar dari bahan kertas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi workshop pada hari pertama dan hasil peer teaching, yaitu 90% guru mampu membuat alat peraga luas bangun datar dan berdasarkan  hasil observasi dan evaluasi teman sejawat dari tiga orang guru yang dipilih secara acak untuk melakukan peer teaching, bahwa rata-rata nilai praktek adalah 85 termasuk kategori sangat baik.Kata Kunci. Evaluation is an important aspect in learning process. There are three aspects evaluated in learning process, namely: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Evaluating psychomotor aspects has put elementary school teachers in difficulty due to too many aspects to be covered in the evaluation instrument which has caused impossibility to fully implement them. This condition has been made worse by the poor understanding of some teachers on the implementation of the affective evaluation. This study explored the implementation of affective evaluation in elementary schools in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.  It was descriptive-quantitative in nature the population of the study were all the elementary schools having implemented affective evaluation in the city. The sample size was 112 teachers taken from 9 (nine) model schools. Questionnaire was used to collect data and the collected data were then analyzed descriptively and displayed in diagrams. The result of the analysis showed that the implementation of affective evaluation instruments which covered: preparation, administration, and the analysis of the score by the elementary school teachers was categorized GOOD, this was supported by the facts that all aspects of the instruments of the competence had already been covered although but not yet optimal, some improvement should be done.
