This study aims to find out the influence of supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is 38 elementary school teachers in the Simpang sub-district who have received teacher professional benefits. This research uses quantitative research, with a type of Non-Probability sampling research, the technique used is the saturated Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using closed questionnaires. Data analysis with t-test and F test showed that: Supervision of the principal has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang sub-district by 20.90%; Teacher professional allowance has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang subdistrict by 20.50%, and supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances have a simultaneous influence of 45.90% on the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan.

The purpose of this study is 1) to know effect of academic supervision on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher, 2) to know the effect of classroom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teachers, 3) to know effect of academic supervision and classrooom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher. The subject of this study werw all elementary school teachers in all subdistrict of Undaan Kudus regency. This study uses a quantitative contribution method with regression analysis techniques. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection research using questionaire. The validity of data uses construct validity bay way of experiential juggment. Data analysis was perfomed using regression analysis techniques in the form of simple and multiple regression. The results of study showed that academic supervision had an effect on techer professional competence of 32,0 %. Whereas classroom action research training has an effect on  teacher professional competence of 39,1%. Academic supervision and classroom action research training together have an effect on teacher professional competence of 46,6%.

The research aims at describing the teachers’ need to supervise content in their professional development. The research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive design whose respondents were elementary school teachers in four districts/cities in West Sumatra, namely: Padang Panjang, Payakumbuh, Padang, and Pesisir Selatan. The sample, 108 teachers consisting of 75 female and 33 male teachers, were selected by using a proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using an online questionnaire which was arranged based on two indicators of content supervision of teacher professional improvement, namely commitment and the ability to think abstractly. The result shows that there are 16 contents of supervision related to commitment and abstraction needed by teachers for competency improvement and professional development. Supervision of content that is relevant to the needs of teachers' fundamental competencies allows for an increase in the ability of teachers to respond well to various changes and challenges in carrying out their tasks. This research implies that this content supervision needs to be developed into more comprehensive theoretically and practically.

This type of research used in this research is experimental quantitative research. To find out the effect of the classroom visit supervision workshop and teacher certification on the pedagogical ability of elementary school teachers in terms of the initial pedagogical ability in Rantau Selatan District. The population in this study was elementary school teachers in Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency, totalling 377 teachers spread over 23 locations. The sample in this study was 60 teachers. From the research results, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of the implementation of the supervisory workshop and the initial ability to the pedagogical ability of teachers is 66.4% while the remaining 33.6% is influenced by other factors outside of the two variables observed in this study.

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the performance of elementary school teachers in Manado City was in accordance with the expectations of the parents. To answer the objectives of this study, researchers conducted research based on the quantitative descriptive method with Importantnce Performance Analysis (IPA) method analysis. The results of the research conducted show that based on the results of the calculation of the average performance appraisal (performance) performance of elementary school teachers in Manado City is below the average rating of expectations (Importance): 2.67 <4.21 and the performance of each variable of service quality. The results of the respondent's assessment score (suitability level) are below 100% (65.7% <100%) which means that it is not satisfactory. The interpretation of the Cartesian diagram can be explained as follows: aspects or attributes that affect teacher performance satisfaction, namely aspects of work quality (1) and aspects of communication. Otherwise. Aspects that are good and in accordance with what the community expects and their performance needs to be maintained (quadrant B) and the result is only one indicator, namely ability (4). In other words, there are achievements made by teachers, in this case, according to the parents, is the teacher's ability to carry out teaching. From the results of the research and data analysis, it can be concluded that based on the analysis of the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall indicator of the performance level of teachers in elementary schools in Manado City based on processing and data analysis falls into the Low category which must be improved implementation.

Abstract: Learning media is a means used to improve the learning process, the delivery of material content by educators to students by using assistive devices. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media for variations of badminton games for KKG PJOK elementary school teachers for grade IV which is packaged in an attractive way in the form of an articulate storyline application 3. The method used in this study uses the Lee and Owen research and development model, by following 5 procedures. stages. The results of data analysis showed that 91 percent of media experts, 75 percent of PJOK experts, 75 percent of learning experts, 95 percent of game experts, and 95 percent of badminton experts stated that the product was good. The results of the overall product trial involved 33 KKG teachers with 8 percentages of small group trials (81.3 percent) and 25 percentages of large group trials (82.1 percent). Based on these data, it can be concluded that this product is valid and suitable for use by PJOK teachers at SD Sananwetan District, Blitar City. Abstrak: Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana yang digunakan untuk menyempurnakan proses pembelajaran, penyampaian isi materi oleh pendidik kepada peserta didik dengan menggunakan alat bantu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran variasi permainan bulutangkis untuk guru KKG PJOK SD kelas IV yang dikemas secara menarik dalam bentuk aplikasi articulate storyline 3.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan research and development Lee and Owen, dengan mengikuti 5 prosedur tahapan. Diperoleh hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan 91 persen ahli media, 75 persen ahli PJOK, 75 persen ahli pembelajaran, 95 persen ahli permainan, 95 persen ahli bulutangkis menyatakan bahwa produk baik. Hasil uji coba keseluruhan produk melibatkan 33 guru KKG dengan pembagian uji coba kelompok kecil 8 persentase (81,3 persen) dan uji coba kelompok besar 25 persentase (82,1 persen).  Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk ini valid dan layak digunakan oleh guru PJOK SD Kecamatan Sananwetan Kota Blitar.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the ability of elementary school teachers in the application of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The main objectives are the teacher's understanding of ICT-based learning media, the ability of teachers in designing ICT-based learning media, the ability of teachers in the use of ICT-based learning media, factors that can support and inhibit the application of ICT-based learning media, and how teachers overcome obstacles in the application of ict-based learning media. The research method used by the author is mixed methods research method or mixed research method that is, by combining between qualitative and quantitative research types. The subject of this study was a public elementary school teacher in tarogong kidul area. The sample of this study was as many as 30 teachers.  Instruments used in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews. Based on the results of the instrument test obtained teacher's understanding of learning media by 85.6%, the ability of teachers in designing ICT-based learning media by 85.6%, then the ability of teachers in the use of ICT-based learning media by 85.4%. The supporting factors in terms of teacher ability are the implementation of training in the use of ICT devices and designing ICT-based learning media. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the ability of elementary school teachers in the application of ICT-based learning media in the Tarogong Kidul area is very good.

Teacher performance is teacher perception on teacher work performance related to work quality, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and initiative. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of good work on the performance of elementary school teachers in central Jakarta. This research uses quantitative approach. A sample of 79 certified teachers teaching elementary school in central Jakarta using multiphase sampling technique. How to use data by using questionnaire media for data retrieval. Respondents of this study are teachers of primary school certified in central Jakarta. The variable used is workplace well-being as independent variable, teacher performance as dependent variable. To determine the effect of workplace well-being, based on multiple regression analysis at 33.1% significant level it can be concluded whether the workplace well-being is significant enough to the performance of elementary school teachers.

The aims of this study are to (1) determine the level of mathematics anxiety (MA) of pre-service elementary school teachers, (2) compare the MA among pre-service elementary school teachers in terms of gender, and (3) compare the MA among pre-service elementary school teachers in terms of the semester. This research employed a quantitative approach with comparative research design. In addition, the samples were 498 pre-service elementary school teachers. The instrument used is the Revised-Mathematics Anxiety Survey (R-MANX) developed by Bursal and Paznokas (2006). R-MANX consists of 30 statement of a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis was processed using one-way ANOVA assisted by SPSS version 23. The findings reveal that the MA of pre-service elementary school teachers is high. Further, it is revealed that there is no significant MA difference between male and female pre-service elementary school teachers. Also, there is no significance of MA difference among pre-service elementary school teachers who are in 2nd semester, 4th semester, and 6th semester. Therefore, the results of this research imply that MA can affect pedagogical competence of a teacher and it could have an impact on the way the teacher manages the class.
