Technological possibilities of jet processing cause increased attention to the study of the regularities of the process. The main interest for practice is the establishment of the kind of dependencies between technological parameters (abrasive particles size, particle speed, concentration, compressed air pressure, attack angle, physical and mechanical properties of particles and surface to be treated) and initial process parameters (roughness of the treated surface, removal rates of the metal and libel). That, in turn, determines the necessity of optimal choice of the values of technological parameters in the conditions of a concrete production situation. The basic regularities can be established as a result of regression analysis of experimental data. However, the use of the resulting laws is limited to the complexity of the process and relatively narrow areas of changing the parameters of the experiment.The purpose of the work is to determine the factors that determine the formation of a microrelief in the area of the abrasive air jet, the relationship between them and the degree of their effect on the intensity of the formation of a microrelief; formation of a model of finishing treatment of collector plates, creation of theoretical bases and methodology of designing high-efficient resource-saving technological processes of production of motor collectors of electric machines.Analysis of recent research and publications. The following contributions were made to the development of the theory of modeling of the inkjet-abrasive surface treatment: Volovetsky O.E., Denysyuk V.Yu., Kharchik M.M., Buts BP, Andilahi A.A., Novikov FV, Gordeyev AI, Urbanyuk Ye.A., Silin R.S. and other.The most universal approach based on determining the search dependencies and solving the problem of optimizing the technological parameters of the processing process as a result of statistical simulation, namely the ability to control the input parameters before the start of the model or in the process of work - one of the key benefits of using simulation modeling for the analysis of systems and processes. This allows you to determine the optimal parameters, which maximize the efficiency of the processes, determine the relationship between the input and output parameters.The paper considers: creation of theoretical bases and methodology of designing high-efficiency resource-saving technological processes of production of motor collectors of electric machines; the process of formation of microrelief of collector plates in the area of the abrasive air jet, the relationship between the factors and the degree of their influence on the intensity of formation. The formation of a model of finishing treatment of collector plates treated with silicon carbide (black) was determined.Prospects for further research are the improvement of the technological process of obtaining collector nodes on the possibilities of implementation.

The article presents the overview of the main technological processes in fish structured products dehydration. The rational modes of the technological process of minced fish raw materials with various initial moisture and fat content heat treatment are determined. One of the main tasks of the fish processing industry development which allows increasing the profitability of products and their quality is improving technological processes. The scientifically substantiated choice of resource and energy-saving modes of processing food materials is highly important in this case. It will reduce not only production costs but also emissions of harmful substances into the environment and increase the efficiency of using equipment. It must be taken into consideration that the optimization of dehydration technological processes without identifying their patterns is extremely difficult. Increasing efficiency and controlling technological processes makes sense only on the basis of patterns. The effectiveness of the hydrobionts processing determines the quality and cost of finished products manufacturing while fish processing enterprises working. The development and implementation of highly efficient technologies with the use of resource-saving technical systems, for example, using heat pumps, makes it possible to produce cost-effective high-quality products.

Hardened-tempered spring wire has a great demand in domestic automobile industry. A considerable part of such a wire is imported. In view of increase of demand in treated wire for springs of critical application and measures implementation for import substitution, perfection of technological processes of its production becomes actual. Basic technical requirements to spring wire as per domestic and foreign standards presented, the factors effecting the quality of finished products considered. Description of technological processes of hardened-tempered spring wire of critical application presented. It was shown that domestic technological scheme of treated wire production is analogous to foreign one, however to reach the quality of products, correspondent to norms нормам EN 10270-2:2012, a perfection of it is needed. Proposals to improve the technology of manufacturing domestic competitive products elaborated. Among them a necessity to use steels of Si‒Cr or Si‒Cr‒V system, additionally alloyed by manganese, cobalt, tungsten a(or) other elements highlighted. It was proposed to implement an operation of scalping instead of turning and a system of nondestructive control, to use resource-saving routes of wire drawing with high uniformity of properties, to replace hardening and tempering by thermomechanical treatment (for some kinds of wire), to use modern highly-productive equipment.

Methodology for creating and studying technological processes and resource-saving units for adsorption separation and purification of gas mixtures (atmospheric air, synthesis gas) with cyclically changing pressure was developed. A problem-oriented hardware-software complex designed to study the properties and operation regimes of units for adsorption separation of gas mixtures and extraction of product gases was created. The complex can also be used to prepare initial data for the design of industrial units for separation and purification of gas mixtures by the method of pressure swing adsorption. The coefficients of mass transfer and mass conductivity in the adsorbent were calculated for the processes during adsorption and desorption of the adsorptive (nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and monoxide, hydrogen) using experimentally obtained kinetic curves, and the adequacy of mathematical models was established. Using the hardware-software complex, experimental and numerical studies of technological processes for extraction of product gases (oxygen and hydrogen with a purity of 45 to 95.5 vol.%, from 99 to 99.99 vol.%, respectively), the effect of mass and heat exchange processes and operating variables (“adsorption-desorption” cycle time, pressure at the adsorption step), disturbing influences (composition and temperature of the initial gas mixture) on the performance indicators of the pressure swing adsorption unit were carried out.

Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative activities of the enterprise, the study of requirements, criteria and evaluation indicators. Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods are used in the course of research, in particular: monographic, analysis and synthesis – at research of concept of efficiency of innovative activity and approaches to its estimation; system analysis – in determining the state of innovation in industrial enterprises; tabular – for visual presentation of the analysed statistical data; abstract and logical – in determining the possible areas of innovative activity of enterprises of different sizes. Findings. There is an unstable trend of increasing the share of industrial enterprises that have implemented innovations (products and / or technological processes) in the total number of industrial enterprises, and an increase in the cost of innovative activity for the analysed period. It is determined that the best result is observed when implementing new or significantly improved low-waste, resource-saving technological processes, which indicates the dominance of process innovations. It is proved that the main source of funding for innovative activity is the own funds of enterprises, whose costs are growing annually and whose share is 87.7%. At the same time, most funds were spent on the purchase of machinery, software and equipment, iюeю on the renewal of material and technical base and modernization. There is an increase in the number of profitable enterprises, which indicates an increase in efficiency, as well as an increase in operating profitability and all activities of enterprises, but much higher rates are typical for micro and small enterprises, indicating their higher innovation activity and efficiency of modern development. Originality. Methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises have been improved, which, unlike existing ones, are based on incurred costs for innovation, volumes and sources of funding, reinvestment of profits, innovation activity, share of innovative products and increase profitability to substantiate possible directions of innovative development and implementation of measures to implement the results of research and development, taking into account the specifics and size of the business entities, the state and dynamics of the internal and external environment. Practical value. The use of generalized systematized methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises will allow to assess the results of the enterprise in each area of innovation based on the implemented innovative solutions in the current period and in the medium and long term. The paper presents the results of research involving a long-term stationary field experiment with chernozem typical of forest-steppe area of the region. The experiments were carried out in the Chechen Agricultural Research Institute from 2011 to2017 within the framework of state order, Russian Agricultural Academy topic no. 02.04.02.01, later substituted with the Russian Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations topic no. 0741-2014-0003: “Development of resource-saving techniques for use of renewable bio-resources and organic fertilizers in growth practices of crops”. The research studied dependence of soil fertility on plowing with soil overturning, surface treatment with disk tiller and subsoiling with a chisel cultivator against the background of varying quantities of manure. At the beginning of the experiment, agro-environmental evaluation of soil revealed low content of humus, nitrogen, phosphorus, average content of potassium and low level of physical properties. The results of the experiment have demonstrated a positive influence the organic fertilizers and soil treatment had on the soil condition and physical state. The best indicators were obtained in the variant with disk harrowing combined with 30 t/ha of manure, where humus content increased by 8.7 %, availability of nitrogen and phosphorus increased to average level, availability of potassium reached above average level, physical properties of the soil improved as well. This research is a scientific lead to the topic no.0741-2019-0002 of the state order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia: “Development of scientificallysubstantiated system of resource-saving soil treatment to actualize biological potential of highly productive agrophytocenozes and seed productivity of main fodder crops using organic fertilizers, green manure crops and biological preparations on typical chernozem soil”.

The present article is devoted to a problem of increase of efficiency of use of land resources in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. Formation of the land relations especially actually for land-poor and mountain regions which number the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (KCR) treats. Arable lands of КСhR are presented by various types and subtypes of soils: chernozems typical, chernozems ordinary, chernozems mountain, meadow and chernozem soils. The negative balance of a humus is noted actually in all areas and farms of the republic while its reduction even for 0,1% is followed by decrease in productivity to 1,2 centners of conventional grain units. Situation with fertility of soils of КСhR worsens: process of "vypakhivaniye" – an obesstrukturivaniye, reconsolidation, a pochvoutomleniye as a result of use of soils at low receipt of sources of a humus (organic fertilizers and the postharvest remains) takes place. The considerable part of a cultivated area is concentrated in the Prikubansky area (on grain, sugar beet and sunflower), the Adyghe Hablsky area (sunflower and grain) and the Habezsky area (on vegetables, potatoes and sunflower). In the Zelenchuksky area are in the area basic under potatoes and vegetables. High productivity of grain is observed in Prikubanskom and Ust-Dzhegutinsk, sugar beet in Nogai and Abazin, sunflower – in Ust-Dzhegutinsky and Prikubansky, on potatoes – in Low-Karachay and on vegetables – in Habezskom areas. The main directions of increase of efficiency of use of land resources are: development of mountain territories on the basis of state regulation of the land relations; preservation and restoration of fertility of farmlands and agrolandscapes; ecological resource-saving, preservation of environment and production of environmentally friendly production and its processing.

The major sources of rough feed production in Yakutia are native hayfields and range lands, which provide 85 % of all feed. Natural grasslands and range lands occupy extensive grounds – 1.4 million hectares, of which 740 thousand hectares are hayfields and 670 thousand hectares are range lands. Grasslands of Yakutia are economically the most important source of sup-porting the agricultural sector and the livelihoods of the local population. The article analyzes the developed agritechnologies for improving grass and range lands of Yakutia and substantiates promising energy-saving methods for yield enhancement during land reforms. Currently, the research on the improvement and restoration of grass and range lands is focused on energy-saving, the use of renewable local resources and the biologization of grassland culture in order to increase the productivity and bulk feed quality. The analysis of the northern grassland culture development during the intensification has shown that the development of own seed multiplication system of released varieties and species of legume grasses makes it possible to introduce successfully energy-saving agritechnologies. The article proposes various methods of energy-saving in agritechnologies, such as: application of organic fertilizers, use of the released local varieties and species of perennial grasses, increase in the area of legume-grass plant formations for improving the feed quality and the use of multiple-function agricultural equipment for cost saving.
