Umpire test (referee test) may be conducted by the coal supplier based on the potential loss due to the difference Certificate of Analysis (COA) in both ports (loading and unloading). The purpose of the research was to determine a comparison of COA from non-probability sampling compiled with standard. The research method used quantitative methods by collecting COA data on both ports. These data on the receipt of coal was obtained from a coal-fired steam power plant (PLTU). A Sampling at both ports was conducted by the non-probability sampling method. The assumption was determined that the sample preparation and analysis process had complied with the American Standard Testing and Material (ASTM) standards. The ratio of ash (dry basis) in both COA to its average was processed statistically by taking confidence intervals with a confidence level of 95%. This research showed that the ratio was in the range of 10.213% up to 16.793%, exceeding precision 10% as required by ASTM D2234-16. Therefore, the comparison of COA data from non-probability sampling, could not be used as a reference for the doubt of the work of independent surveyors e.g. COA unloading, then it is technically that umpire test could not be conducted by such comparison.

The study aims to determine the impact of relational marketing’s variables such as the level of commitment, empathy, reciprocity and trust to customer satisfaction. The research method is an explanatory research with probability sampling as the sampling method. There are 110 samples that collected through questionnaire. The samples are randomly selected and measured by Likert scale. Furthermore, the data is analyzed  with Multiple Linier Regression methods. The result of study implies that the variables of relational marketing impact positively to the level of customer satisfaction. The dimension of “trust” gives the strongest effect on customer satisfaction and the dimension of “empathy” gives the weakest effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to calculate the elasticity of consumer demand for changes in the price of SME chips in East Baturaja District, and calculate the elasticity of consumer demand for chips products in East Baturaja District. The study was conducted from March to May 2017 in 3 (three) small and medium enterprises. The research method used is survey method. Sampling method / sample using non probability sampling. The results show the demand for price changes for Rempeyek and banana chips on the changed prices is in elastic or (Ed <1) and the type of sweet potato chips to the changing price are elastic. demand for other products all types of chips have substitution properties similar to those seen in the above explanation are all positive substitutes but the difference is only the percentage of cross elasticity, or has the property (Eq> 0).

In spite of the establishment of probability sampling methods since the 1930s, non-probability sampling methods have remained popular among many commercial and polling agents, and they have also survived the embarrassment from a few incorrect predictions in American presidential elections. The increase of costs and the decline of response rates for administering probability samples have led some survey researchers to search for a non-probability sampling method as an alternative to probability sampling. In this study we aim to test whether results from a quota sample, believed to be the non-probability sampling method that is the closest in representativeness to probability sampling, are statistically equivalent to those from a probability sample. Further, we pay special attention to the effects of the following two factors for understanding the difference between the two sampling methods: the survey's topic and the response rate. An experimental survey on social capital was conducted in a student society in Northeast England. The results suggest that the survey topic influences who responded and that the response rate was associated with the sample means as well. For these reasons, we do not think quota sampling should be taken as an acceptable alternative to probability sampling.

Mind Mapping learning, that uses images and text with a purpose to describe the instructional ideas and concepts, gets lot attention by academicians. A renewal of Arabic learning method and strategy through mind mapping needs to be implemented in Arabic learning. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of Mind Mapping to improve students’ Arabic speaking skill. The research method used in this research was descriptive quantitative by emphasizing the improvement of students' speaking abilities and eliminating boredom in learning Arabic. The analysis process presented the results of scores carried out before and after the implementation of mind mapping in Arabic learning. The results of this study were Mind Mapping strategy was effective in learning Arabic, especially in learning speaking skills, because it gave students the courage to bring out new vocabulary they must master. The results were known from the difference between students’ attitude and effectiveness of mind mapping before using this instructional strategy. Based on the percentage results, the success rate of learning rose by 30% and the level of boredom of students in learning decreased by 35%. The problem in this study is the lack of mastery of the training model of the stance of the trainer as an obstacle to the underdevelopment of athlete's achievement. In general, the trainer still tends to use only the conventional model, which is where the trainer has a full role in the training process, explaining and giving examples ahead with the command or command, while the athlete only relies on what is conveyed and exemplified by the coach without any cooperation or effort others to obtain the contents of the material presented. The research method used is quasi-experimental method. The number of people tried was obtained by the purposive random sampling method (conditional sample) was 16 people. The results of this study are: 1) There is a significant effect of the Jigsaw type learning model on the results of the standard single-handed stance art exercise. 2) There is a significant influence on the STAD type learning model on the results of the standard single-hand stance art exercise. 3) Jigsaw type learning model is more significant influence of the STAD type on the mastery of the art of a single hand standard.
