This research aims to explain the differences effect of explosion power of arm muscle exercise and flexibleness exercise with 50:50%  intensity by explotion power of arm muscle and flexibleness exercising with intensity 70:30% toward front handspring ability of gymnastics athlete in PT Semen Padang Club. The method of this research is quasi experimental method. The population of this research is 31 athletes, but the sample was obtained through purposive random sampling, so it was got 20 female athletes. The data of ability test front handspring aims to get information about ability of front handspring artistics gymnastics athletes of PT Semen Padang Club.Analysis data result shows that: (1) explosion power of arm muscle and flexibleness exercises with 50:50% intensity give significant influence toward ability of front handspring gymnastics athlete in PT Semen Padang Gymnastics Club. The increasing ability of front handspring is 4,1, (2) explosion power of arm muscle exercise and flexibleness exercise with 70:30 % give significant influence toward ability of front handspring gymnastics athlete in PT Semen Padang Gymnastics Club. The increasing ability of front handspring is 7,8, (3) There is difference between explosion power of arm muscle exercise and flexibleness exercise with 50:50% intensity and 70:30% intensity toward ability of front handspring gymnastics athlete in gymnastics club of PT Semen Padang, and explosion power of arm muscle exercise method and flexibleness exercise with 70:30% intensity is better than 50:50% intensity.

This study aims to determine the contribution of body flexibility to under basketball skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between body flexibility and under basketball skills in basketball extracurricular activities at SMPN 01 Arga Makmur? and how big the contribution of body flexibility to under basketball skills in basketball extracurricular activities at SMPN 01 Arga Makmur? This research was conducted at SMP Negri 01 Argamakmur in 2020. The research method used is the correlation method with the statistical product moment, this research is objectively or as is with a sample of 24 basketball players taken by total sampling technique. The results of body flexibility data on under basketball skills r count = 0.97 r table = 0.361 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between X and Y. The contribution of body flexibility to under basketball skills is K = r2 x 100% = 0.97% x 100%, namely 94.09%. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship.

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles on the accuracy of shooting in soccer games in Sukasari Village club. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were 20 athletes in Sukasari Village, while the sample in this study were 20 athletes (all). The instruments in this study were the Standing Long Jump test, the Mitcel Soccer test, and the At The Ball shooting test. The data analysis requirements used were the Lillifors normality test and the homogeneity test. The data analysis used was the product moment correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles (X) on the shooting accuracy as indicated by rx1x2y = 0.920 r (0.5) (20) = 0.444.

This study aims to determine the skills of students in doing Passing Under Volleyball in Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive which is conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons or linking with other variables. The population in this study were students who sat in grade VI SD Negeri 112 Seluma. Sampling in this study using total sampling, because the entire population was sampled, amounting to 32 students. The data analysis technique used is a percentage. From the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the under-passing ability of Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma is at the qualification level of the ability of the "good" category of 56.25 % (18 students), the "medium" category was 34.37% (11 students), and the "poor" category was 9.38% (3 students). This study aims to determine the correlation between leg muscle power to volleyball spike skills in class X SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi, Empat Lawang. The method used is a descriptive correlational method, because basically this study aims to determine the relationship between variables. The research data collection instrument was carried out by measuring the power of the leg muscles using the Vertical Jump test, then the Spike skill was performed with the Spike. The results of data analysis indicate that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, there is a positive relationship between the two variables, namely of 0.977 is positive, meaning that the greater the score obtained, the stronger the relationship between the two variables. The test for the significance of the correlation coefficient was carried out by means of the value r count with r table at α = 5% with N = 24 obtained r table of 0.404 because the correlation coefficient between rx.y = 0.97 r (0.5) (24) = 0.404 means the correlation between the power of leg muscles on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students is significant. Thus, the hypothesis which says "there is a strong correlation between leg muscle power on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students", is accepted. This means that there is a correlation between leg muscle strength and the Spike
