Abstract: Erwin Ponsel which distribute handphone spare parts is facing problem of managing the handphone spare part inventory that is often out of stock and inventory orders from suppliers not deliver on time that make Erwin Ponsel could not fullfill the customer demand at time. This study aims to help provide solutions for this problem is to implement the SCM application web base to the inventory and distribution of handphone spare parts. The research method used is a qualitative method and performs system design with the waterfall method. The research data taken includes supplier data, handphone spare part purchases data, distribution data and customer data. This application is built using the PHP programming and MySQL database. With the implementation of this application, a relationship that is interconnected between suppliers and Erwin Ponsel has been built in a timely manner so as to facilitate stock management and distribution of handphone spare part at Erwin Ponsel. Keywords: Distribution Spare Part Handphone , Stock Spare Part Handphone, SCM  Abstrak: Erwin Ponsel yang bergerak pada bidang pendistribusian spare part handphone memiliki permasalahan pada penanganan persediaan spare part handphone dimana sering terjadi kehabisan persediaan dan pemesanan persediaan dari pemasok tidak tiba pada waktunya sehingga mengakibatkan Erwin Ponsel tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut dengan menerapkan aplikasi SCM berbasis web pada sistem persediaan dan distribusi spare part handphone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan melakukan perancangan sistem dengan metode waterfall. Data penelitian yang diambil meliputi data supplier, data pembelian spare part handphone, data distribusi dan data pelanggan. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya implementasi dari aplikasi ini, maka telah terbangun satu hubungan yang saling terkoneksi antara supplier dengan Erwin Ponsel secara tepat waktu sehingga memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan distribusi spare part handphone di Erwin Ponsel. Kata kunci :Distribusi Spare Part Handphone, Stok Spare Part Handphone, SCM

Social media becomes a space to express feelings and opinions freely. However, freedom of speech is now abused by internet citizens to freely express words that mean rude, blasphemous, insulting, or in language science called disfemism. This research aims to describe the form and function of disfemism in the comment column of kekeyi public figure's Instagram @rahmawatikekeyiputricantikka23. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The research data are words, phrases, and sentences containing disfemism in the comments column of the Instagram @rahmawatikekeyiputricantikka23 in July 2020. The data collection method uses the simak method with a recording technique—data collection techniques with documentation techniques. Data analysis uses the agih method with basic natural elements, substitution or substitution techniques, and removal techniques. Based on the results of this study found 279 data on disfemism. The found forms of disfemism are words, phrases, and phrases. The word disfemism form amounts to 90 data, the form of phrase disfemism amounts to 100 data, and the expression disfemism form amounts to 89 data. There are seven functions of disfemism found in this study, among them: (a) as an intermediary to express taboo or indecent things, (b) as a sign of dislike, hate, and disrespect, (c) as an intermediary to express anger or aggravation, (d) as a negative depiction of something, (e) as a means of insulting and mocking, (f) as a means of criticizing, and (g) as a means to exaggerate something and scold.

This study aims to determine the potential hazards that have the highest risk value as many as 3 types of work accidents in labs in the Private Vocational Laboratory in the Loceret Nganjuk area in accordance with the Risk Rating Number and provide recommendations for improvement on the types of activities that have the highest risk value as many as 3 types of work accidents in activities practicum at the Private Vocational Laboratory in the Loceret Nganjuk area using the Fishbone Diagram. The research method uses the Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment (HIRA) method and Fishbone Diagram. From the results of the study, the types of activities that have the highest Risk Rating Number are tripping Spare Parts / workshop tools with a Risk Rating Number of 8, tripping handtool / work tools with a Risk Rating Number of 8 and breathing in smoke with a Risk Rating Number of 8. Of the three types These activities are categorized as medium priority risk level / significant risks entered in index III B, namely the occurrence of unwanted potential. Then an analysis is carried out using a Fishbone Diagram by providing recommendations, namely conducting activities in a laboratory carefully and always using PPE as well as complying with the rules and knowing the functions of each - each Spare Part, work equipment and sharp-smelling objects. Keyword : Risk Rating Number, Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment, Fishbone Diagram.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya yang memiliki nilai risiko tertinggi sebanyak 3 jenis kecelakaan kerja pada praktikum di Laboratorium SMK Swasta didaerah Loceret Nganjuk sesuai dengan Risk Rating Number dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pada jenis kegiatan yang memiliki nilai risiko tertinggi sebanyak 3 jenis kecelakaan kerja di kegiatan praktikum di Laboratorium SMK Swasta didaerah Loceret Nganjuk menggunakan Diagram Fishbone. Pada metode penelitian menggunakan metode Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment (HIRA) dan Fishbone Diagram. Dari hasil penelitian, yaitu jenis kegiatan yang memiliki Risk Rating Number tertinggi adalah tersandung sparepart/ alat bengkel dengan Risk Rating Number sebesar 8, tersandung handtool/ alat kerja dengan Risk Rating Number sebesar 8 dan menghirup asap dengan Risk Rating Number sebesar 8. Dari ketiga jenis kegiatan tersebut dikategorikan tingkat risiko prioritas menengah/ risiko signifikan masuk pada indeks III B yaitu terjadinya potensi tidak diinginkan.Kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan Diagram Fishbone dengan memberikan rekomendasi yaitu melakukan kegiatan dilaboratorium secara hati – hati dan selalu menggunakan APD serta mematuhi aturan dan mengetahui fungsi dari masing – masing sparepart, peralatan kerja dan benda – benda berbau tajam. Kata Kunci: Risk Rating Number, Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment, Fishbone Diagram

The stock management problems of weapon system’s maintenance and insurance spare part are analyzed, and the advanced experiences about spare part maintenance are summed up. After calculating the compartmentalize, structure and proportion of weapon system’s spare part, analyzing the proportions of spare part concretely, one reasonable stock structure model and the actualized direction are proposed in succession, which can be used as the design-making foundation of consummating the management system about weapon system’s spare part. At last the advice about spare part structure’s optimization is given.

The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research object is the cohesion discourse in Stand up Comedy performed by Dodit Mulyanto on Kompas TV. The technique used to collect the research data is by listening, SBLC, recording, noting, and taking transcription technique. The data then analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. The result shows that the cohesion aspects give much contribution in improving the whole Stand up Comedy discourse. The cohesion aspect in Stand up Comedy are grammatical cohesion (Pronominal, substitution, ellipsis, and conjunction) and lexical cohesion (Antonym, hyponym, collocation, synonym, and repetition). However the aspect of grammatical conjunction much dominates in this research.

Many speakers around the world have their own way in pronouncing English words as International language. The unique way in pronouncing English words is called accent. This research aims at analyzing the deviances on segmental vowel quality and quantity made by the Russian speaker in The Way Back movie by Peter Weir regarding to English short and long vowels in Russian accent. The research method was descriptive qualitative method. The research data was collected from converted audio of The Way Back Movie by Peter Weir. The data was then trimmed, selected and extracted by Praat software analysis. The results show that the Russian speaker makes deviances in pronouncing English vowel quality and vowel quantity. The total amount of deviances is 169 deviances which are divided into three classifications; those are segmental vowel quality, combinatorial quality and segmental vowel quantity deviances. The deviance that is mostly made by the Russian speaker is segmental vowel quality deviance, whereas the deviance that is rarely made by the Russian speaker is combinatorial vowel quality.

By utilizing customer data that has been stored in the database, the management can find out how the current sales system is less efficient, therefore a system is needed to process information data more quickly and accurately in increasing sales of car spare parts using the Data Mining application. The Apriori Algorithm method that works by searching for and finding associated patterns among the products being marketed, so that later it can help companies improve the associated items. And with the sales transaction data, the company can know better how they should increase the spare part stock in the company. From the results of testing the sale of car spare parts with 589 data, it was found that 81 rules were formed and the highest Best Rule was obtained and a minimum support value of 1% and a confidence value of 11% If the type of car is Avanza / Xenia and the brand is Toyota, the spare parts used are filters. Air. With supporting spare parts in the database of 1% and certainty of spare parts of 11.

21st century learning is learning that has the characteristics of being accessible, digital oriented, big data science and this learning is not limited to the distance of space and time. Poster presentation is a general form of educational information that is easily accessible, can be spread quickly with the presence of television, gadgets and the internet. This research method is descriptive qualitative method. While the research data in the form of educational posters. The results of this study are in the form of poster media requirements that are used as educational media, namely; 1) The content shall not contents that may offend the community/learning participants. The presented content shall be accepted by audience even with language and cultural differences. 2) The information shall be clear thus the message of the poster is well conveyed to audience with different cultural aspect. 3) The contents should be attractive, contains illustration images, and explanatory writings that make audience interested in the poster. 4) The development of digital poster with various version of local language may increase acceptabability among local language speaker.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep retorika dan penerapan retorika K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi, serta respon jemaah terhadap retorika K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskripstif. Metode kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang jenis data penelitian atau fenomena penelitian tidak diperoleh secara statistik. Pendekatan deskripsi berujuan untuk menjelaskan secara sistematis bidang tertentu secara factual dan cermat. Hasil yang didapat dalam penilitian ini yaitu K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi memiliki konsep retorika sebagai seni berbicara yang menjadi ciri khas dari seorang praktisi dakwah dan gaya bicara tersebut tidak dibuat-buat melainkan keluar apa adanya. Retorika tersebut bertujuan untuk meyakini, menginspirasi dan mempengaruhi jemaah atas pesan-pesan yang disampaikannya. Kemudian beliau juga menerapkan konsep ethos, pathos, dan logos serta lima imbauan persuasi dengan cara menggunakan kata-kata bijak atau motivasi, menggunakan bahasa yang bagusdan indah, serta menyentuh logika dan emosional. Kata Kunci :Retorika; Tabligh; K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the concept and the application of K.H Junaedi Al-Baghdadi’s rhetoric, as well as the response of the congregation to K.H Junaedi Al-Baghdadi’s  rhetoric.. The research method used is a qualitative method and descriptive approach. Qualitative methods are research methods whose research data types or research phenomena are not obtained statistically. The description approach aims to systematically explain certain fields factually and carefully. The results obtained in this research are K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi has the concept of rhetoric as the art of speaking which is the hallmark of a da'wah practitioner and the style of speech is not artificial but comes out as it is. The rhetoric aims to believe, inspire and influence the congregation for the messages they convey. Then he also applied the concepts of ethos, pathos, and logos and five persuasion calls by using wise words or motivation, using good and beautiful language, and touching logic and emotional. This study aims to describe the struggle of women during the DI / TII rebellion in the novel Azizah by Emmah Azra. This type of research is classified as library research. The research method used  descriptive qualitative method. The research data were in the form of story texts relating to the structure of the novel and the struggle of women during the DI / TII rebellion in the novel of Azizah by EmmahAzra. The technique used in this study was the technique of reading and taking notes. The theory used to analyze the data in this study was Genetic Structuralism by Lucien Goldmann. Based on the results of this study it could be concluded that through the novel of Azizah by Emmah Azra, the author described the conditions and struggles of women. This novel described the lives of women during the DI / TII rebellion in South Sulawesi in the 1950s. The novel of Azizah by EmmahAzra also told about Kahar Muzakar's resistance in fighting for the application of Islamic law. Emmah also described the impact of the war on the lives of women and society at that time. At that time, society, especially women, had to move places to avoid war and save them. PT XYZ is a computer shop engaged in the sale of laptops, computers, spare parts, accessories supporting and providing repair services. The marketing process is less than optimal because it only sells by phone or social media. There are some problems that occur between them : (1) Stock management is not optimal because of frequent discrepancies between stock records with the amount of goods available so often consumers feel disappointed with the services provided, (2) The issue of uploaded ad duration in uploaded social media will alternate from one product content display to another in a relatively short period of time, (3) The absence of management of consumer sales transactions thus requiring recording of repeated transactions, (4) The decline in sales turnover in recent months (5). The management of customer or consumer data is less noticed. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based online sales information system mobile on PT XYZ . This research uses the development of SDLC waterfall model system which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using PHP and MySQL Server programming language as database. The results of research in the form of Online Sales Information System Web-Based Mobile that can facilitate consumers to view products, make reservations for consumers and management for the admin. This information system is equipped with product management features, order data management, customer data management, preparing order reports and payment confirmation. So that this information system can provide convenience both consumer and admin on PT XYZ
