21st century learning is learning that has the characteristics of being accessible, digital oriented, big data science and this learning is not limited to the distance of space and time. Poster presentation is a general form of educational information that is easily accessible, can be spread quickly with the presence of television, gadgets and the internet. This research method is descriptive qualitative method. While the research data in the form of educational posters. The results of this study are in the form of poster media requirements that are used as educational media, namely; 1) The content shall not contents that may offend the community/learning participants. The presented content shall be accepted by audience even with language and cultural differences. 2) The information shall be clear thus the message of the poster is well conveyed to audience with different cultural aspect. 3) The contents should be attractive, contains illustration images, and explanatory writings that make audience interested in the poster. 4) The development of digital poster with various version of local language may increase acceptabability among local language speaker.

Social media becomes a space to express feelings and opinions freely. However, freedom of speech is now abused by internet citizens to freely express words that mean rude, blasphemous, insulting, or in language science called disfemism. This research aims to describe the form and function of disfemism in the comment column of kekeyi public figure's Instagram @rahmawatikekeyiputricantikka23. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The research data are words, phrases, and sentences containing disfemism in the comments column of the Instagram @rahmawatikekeyiputricantikka23 in July 2020. The data collection method uses the simak method with a recording technique—data collection techniques with documentation techniques. Data analysis uses the agih method with basic natural elements, substitution or substitution techniques, and removal techniques. Based on the results of this study found 279 data on disfemism. The found forms of disfemism are words, phrases, and phrases. The word disfemism form amounts to 90 data, the form of phrase disfemism amounts to 100 data, and the expression disfemism form amounts to 89 data. There are seven functions of disfemism found in this study, among them: (a) as an intermediary to express taboo or indecent things, (b) as a sign of dislike, hate, and disrespect, (c) as an intermediary to express anger or aggravation, (d) as a negative depiction of something, (e) as a means of insulting and mocking, (f) as a means of criticizing, and (g) as a means to exaggerate something and scold.

Fostering a teaching and learning ecosystem is vital in the 21st century teaching and learning process to determine student's positive impact on social academic outcomes. This paper proposed a teaching and learning ecosystem for Gen-Z students and the researchers developed RICES concept and Fish approach to support their ecosystem. This study will investigate and explore the implementation of RICES (Relationship & Role, Introduction, Communication, Educate and Structure) strategy to build and foster the teaching and learning ecosystem. The ecosystem will ensure educating this generation will be more holistic whilst enabling the learning-centred approach to be effectively used. The paper is concluded with the approach and impact of RICES. A descriptive research method was conducted with the tertiary students. The result revealed that RICES strategy shows a significant relationship among of each element.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the teachers’ abilities and obstacles in making HOTS questions in the thematic learning of social studies for class V at MI Jombor, Semarang. This study used a descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study concluded that: (1) the teachers did not have good understanding and ability in making HOTS questions of the thematic learning of social studies, and (2) MI Jombor had not been able to apply the curriculum 2013, which was oriented to HOTS learning and the teachers still had problems in making HOTS questions in the thematic learning of social studies. These findings need the teachers’ concern. In other words, 21st-century learning requires teachers to continuously improve their innovation and creativity in making quality evaluation questions for their students.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan dan kendala guru dalam pembuatan soal HOTS pada pembelajaran tematik muatan IPS kelas V di MI Jombor, Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) guru belum mempunyai pemahaman dan kemampuan yang baik dalam pembuatan soal HOTS pada pembelajaran tematik muatan IPS, dan (2) MI Jombor belum mampu menerapkan kurikulum 2013 yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran HOTS dan guru masih mengalami kendala dalam pembuatan soal HOTS pada pembelajaran tematik muatan IPS. Hal ini menjadi catatan yang perlu diperhatikan oleh guru. Dengan kata lain, pembelajaran abad 21 menghendaki guru untuk selalu meningkatkan inovasi dan kreativitasnya dalam membuat soal evaluasi yang berkualitas bagi siswanya.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of DPMPTSP Ponorogo Regency public services with SIJITU. The research method used is qualitative research, data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the implementation of online services based online with SIJITU had not run optimally as seen from the fact that there were not many people who used the online-based licensing service, because there were several barriers including ignorance of the public about the online licensing system. the internet access network has not fully supported (in some areas of Ponorogo Regency, especially remote areas, internet access is still difficult), and the limited human resources of DPMPTSP who have expertise in informatics and other supporting technical fields. Keywords: Public Service; integrated licensing Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan publik DPMPTSP Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan SIJITU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan publik berbasis online dengan SIJITU belum berjalan secara maksimal terlihat dari belum banyaknya masyarakat yang memanfaatkan pelayanan perizinan berbasis online tersebut, karena adanya beberapa hambatan, antara lain ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan adanya sistem perizinan online, masyarakat belum memahami bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi online tersebut, akses jaringan internet belum sepenuhnya mendukung (di beberapa kawasan Kabupaten Ponorogo terutama daerah pelosok akses jaringan internet masih sulit), serta terbatasnya SDM DPMPTSP yang memiliki keahlian di bidang informatika dan bidang-bidang teknis pendukung lainnya. Karangan putih village is a village where the village where the villagers have different ethnics. Most of the villagers who live there are transmigrans, although they live in the different culture environment, their implementation about tolerance between each villager are high.This research’s objective is to find aut how the local’s and the transmigrans’ way to interact each other, how the local’s behavior to the transmigrans to create the nasional intergration. This research designed and implemented with the qualitative method. The data collection uses the observation technique and interview. The result of this research data will be analyzed by the data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The result of this research shows how the locals interact with the transmigrans at karangan putih village is by mutual assistance form, and to create the mutual respect to the cultural differences, they make a discussion and also to create the national integration, the karangan putih village makes a culture to create the peaceful, safe and sound villagers. Besed on the result of this research, it can be suggested that to build the villagers’ tolerance behavior at karangan putih village to fulfill the best things between the villagers.

The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research object is the cohesion discourse in Stand up Comedy performed by Dodit Mulyanto on Kompas TV. The technique used to collect the research data is by listening, SBLC, recording, noting, and taking transcription technique. The data then analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. The result shows that the cohesion aspects give much contribution in improving the whole Stand up Comedy discourse. The cohesion aspect in Stand up Comedy are grammatical cohesion (Pronominal, substitution, ellipsis, and conjunction) and lexical cohesion (Antonym, hyponym, collocation, synonym, and repetition). However the aspect of grammatical conjunction much dominates in this research.

Abstract: Erwin Ponsel which distribute handphone spare parts is facing problem of managing the handphone spare part inventory that is often out of stock and inventory orders from suppliers not deliver on time that make Erwin Ponsel could not fullfill the customer demand at time. This study aims to help provide solutions for this problem is to implement the SCM application web base to the inventory and distribution of handphone spare parts. The research method used is a qualitative method and performs system design with the waterfall method. The research data taken includes supplier data, handphone spare part purchases data, distribution data and customer data. This application is built using the PHP programming and MySQL database. With the implementation of this application, a relationship that is interconnected between suppliers and Erwin Ponsel has been built in a timely manner so as to facilitate stock management and distribution of handphone spare part at Erwin Ponsel. Keywords: Distribution Spare Part Handphone , Stock Spare Part Handphone, SCM  Abstrak: Erwin Ponsel yang bergerak pada bidang pendistribusian spare part handphone memiliki permasalahan pada penanganan persediaan spare part handphone dimana sering terjadi kehabisan persediaan dan pemesanan persediaan dari pemasok tidak tiba pada waktunya sehingga mengakibatkan Erwin Ponsel tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut dengan menerapkan aplikasi SCM berbasis web pada sistem persediaan dan distribusi spare part handphone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan melakukan perancangan sistem dengan metode waterfall. Data penelitian yang diambil meliputi data supplier, data pembelian spare part handphone, data distribusi dan data pelanggan. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya implementasi dari aplikasi ini, maka telah terbangun satu hubungan yang saling terkoneksi antara supplier dengan Erwin Ponsel secara tepat waktu sehingga memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan distribusi spare part handphone di Erwin Ponsel. Kata kunci :Distribusi Spare Part Handphone, Stok Spare Part Handphone, SCM

Many speakers around the world have their own way in pronouncing English words as International language. The unique way in pronouncing English words is called accent. This research aims at analyzing the deviances on segmental vowel quality and quantity made by the Russian speaker in The Way Back movie by Peter Weir regarding to English short and long vowels in Russian accent. The research method was descriptive qualitative method. The research data was collected from converted audio of The Way Back Movie by Peter Weir. The data was then trimmed, selected and extracted by Praat software analysis. The results show that the Russian speaker makes deviances in pronouncing English vowel quality and vowel quantity. The total amount of deviances is 169 deviances which are divided into three classifications; those are segmental vowel quality, combinatorial quality and segmental vowel quantity deviances. The deviance that is mostly made by the Russian speaker is segmental vowel quality deviance, whereas the deviance that is rarely made by the Russian speaker is combinatorial vowel quality.

Abstract Cross-cultural research is crucially important in the modern globalized world where different cultural notions clash and interact. This article sheds light on the notions “money” and “house”, which represent attitudes to property, in the perception of Russians and the Japanese. The research method is an association experiment that allows to explain the grounds for mutual understanding or possible misunderstanding in the instances of interethnic contacts. Analysis of association fields formed on the basis of two Russian and one Japanese sampling shows that modern Japanese tend to perceive money as beneficial, while modern Russians tend to perceive it as something evil and related to governance. 21st-century Japanese respondents and 21st-century Russian respondents proved to be more work-oriented than their early 1990s Russian counterparts. Regardless of cultural differences, both Russians and the Japanese admitted their need of money as an indispensable element of modern life. A house is understood in both cultures as a place to live in, but 1990s Russians found it less cozy and comfortable than 21st-century Russians and the Japanese.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Efektivitas komunikasi menjadi salah satu kunci dalam keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran. Tanpa adanya komunikasi yang efektif, ilmu tidak akan bisa tersampaikan dengan baik. Hambatan – hambatan komunikasi yang berpotensi menganggu jalannya komunikasi, juga bisa menghambat proses komunikasi dalam pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Kajian ini mendeskripsikan tentang upaya STIPAP dalam menghadapi hambatan – hambatan komunikasi pendidikan yang berpotensi untuk menghambat efektivitas komunikasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan lapangan (<em>field research). </em>Data diambil lewat pengamatan di lapangan serta wawancara kepada pihak tertentu yang berkepentingan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hambatan yang sering muncul adalah persoalan semantik yang disebabkan adanya perbedaan kultur. Namun hambatan tersebut sudah dihadapi dengan baik oleh STIPAP sehingga tidak menggangu efektifitas komunikasi dalam menyampaikan bahan ajar serta mengajarkan ketrampilan di bidang perkebunan.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>The effectiveness of communication is one of the keys to the success of learning. Without effective communication, knowledge will not be conveyed properly. Communication barriers that have the potential to disrupt the course of communication, can also hinder the communication process in education and learning. This study describes STIPAP's efforts in dealing with educational communication barriers that have the potential to hinder the effectiveness of communication. This research method is descriptive qualitative research using a field approach (field research). Data is collected through field observations and interviews with certain interested parties. The results of this study indicate that the barriers that often arise are semantic problems caused by cultural differences. However, STIPAP has faced these obstacles well so that they do not interfere with the effectiveness of communication in delivering teaching materials and teaching skills in the plantation sector.</em></p>
