 Abstract: this is talking about community service activities in the form of English conversations at Porsea Polsek especially for Ibu Bhayangkari to improve English communication that applies the use of Cooperative Learning method which makes it easy for participants to communicate. This is very influential of this method especially for learning activity and included English conversations about tourism objects, besides that, it is related about the dominant tourist destinations in Porsea and provide adequate knowledge to improve human resources in English. The training used is a form of training in the form of socialization using the Cooperative Learning method which aims to increase activity in developing oral communication skills. Keywords:Developing English communication, Cooperative Learning method, Porsea Polsek  Abstrak:kegiatan  ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berupa percakapan Bahasa Inggris di Polsek Porsea khusunya bagi ibu Bhayangkari untuk meningkatkan komunikasi bahasa inggris yang menerapkan penggunaan Cooperative Learning yang memudahkan bagi peserta dalam berkomunikasi. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh penerapan metode ini  khusunya untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dan peningkatan percakapan bahasa inggris tentang objek wisata,  hal ini didukung dengan adanya tujuan wisata yang dominan di porsea dan memberikan pengetahuan yang layak untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia   dalam bahasa inggris. pelatihan yang digunakan adalah bentuk pelatihan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan menggunakan metode Cooperative Learning yang bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berkomunikasi secara lisan.  Kata kunci:Pengembangan Komunikasi Bahasa Inggris, Metode Cooperative Learning, Polsek Porsea

This research is motivated by low student learning activity on Civics lesson. In order to increase studentlearning activities need a model that is cooperative learning model type two stay two stray in fourth gradestudents SD Negeri 007 Pusaran. It aims to know the improvement of learning achievement of Civics after theimplementation of learning model of cooperative learning type TSTS in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 007Pusaran, knowing the influence of learning motivation of Civics after the implementation of learning withcooperative learning model type TSTS in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 007 Pusaran; provides an overviewof appropriate learning methods in an effort to improve student learning achievement and make students becomeactive in teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted in September of odd semester 2016/2017with object of 24 students. The results concluded that: (1) cooperative learning method type TSTS can improvethe quality of learning Civics; (2) cooperative learning method of TSTS type has positive impact in improvingstudents 'learning achievement which is marked by the improvement of students' learning mastery in every cycle,that is cycle I (54.17%), cycle II (91.67%); 3) TSTS type cooperative learning method can make students feelthemselves getting attention and opportunity to express opinions, ideas, ideas, and questions; 4) students canwork independently or in groups, and be able to account for individual or group tasks; and 5) the application ofcooperative learning method type TSTS have positive influence, that is can improve student's learningmotivation.

In that context, the development of Desa Wisata has a very </em><span><em>strategic position. In terms of potential, DIY has many villages are ready to develop </em><span><em>into Desa Wisatabecause they have material that can be packed into tourist </em><span><em>attractions and also supported by the strong desire of the community to develop itself </em><span><em>into a Desa Wisata. But however potential alone is not enough, because it must be </em><span><em>driven by a reliable institutional managers to promote Desa Wisata on market. This </em><span><em>problem is also faced by the Desa Wisata Tegaltirto </em><span><em>Kec. Berbah Kabupaten Sleman</em><span><em>. </em><span><em>This community service activities aimed to encouraging institutional strengthening </em><span><em>Desa Wisata and e-marketing capabilities of the managers and developer. The purpose of community service activities is to provide information about ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to the employees of PT. Tegnolabindo in developing good human resources at the company. The method of service is the method of seminar, discussion and question and answer as well as personal evaluation. The ISO material presented is ISO 9001: 2015. The results of information activities about ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to employees of PT. Tegnolabindo, employees are expected to have knowledge about ISO and how it is implemented. ABSTRAK Komunikasi  merupakan elemen vital dalam keperawatan, karena komunikasi yang baik dapat menunjang keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan sebaliknya  komunikasi yang buruk dapat menimbulkan kesalahan medis yang berimbas pada injury bahkan kematian pada pasien. Kemampuan komunikasi perawat harus diasah sedini mungkin yaitu dimulai dari pendidikan tahap akademik. Metode pembelajaran Cooperative Learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang terstruktur, sistematis yang dirancang oleh dosen/pengajar untuk memecahkan suatu masalah/kasus atau mengerjakan suatu tugas dilakukan pada kelompok kelompok kecil untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu, dimana masing-masing anggota kelompok bertanggung jawab untuk mempelajari materi pembelajaran tertentu dan menjelaskan ke teman lainnya begitupun kelompok anggota lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur  efektivitas metode pembelajaran Cooperative Learning terhadap kemampuan komunikasi pada mahasiswa tingkat satu pada Program Studi S1 Keperawatan STIKes Karsa Husada Garut tahun 2016. Metode pembelajaran dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu  tujuh kali pertemuan masing-masing pertemuan selama 200 menit. Rancangan metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment with control group pre and posttest design dengan perhitungan total sampling selama periode Juni-Agustus 2016. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu ICCS (Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale) untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti metode pembelajaran Cooperative Learning. Untuk selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0.571 (p value> 0.05) yang artinya H nol ditolak. Hal ini berarti menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi antara kelompok perlakuan dan control. Disarankan dalam penelitian ini dlakukan dengan kurun waktu yang lebih panjang.  ABSTRACT Communication is a vital element in nursing.  Good  skill communication can support the success of a nurse  otherwise poor communication can lead medical errors that impact on injury and even death in patients. The nurse's communication skills should be honed as early as possible starting from the academic stage of education. Cooperative Learning is a structured, systematic learning method designed by lecturers/lecturers to solve a problem/case or do a task performed on small groups to achieve certain learning objectives, where each group member is responsible for studying learning materials certain and explain to other friends as well as other group members. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of Cooperative Learning methods on communication skills in the first-grade students in the Program Study of Nursing S1 STIKes Karsa Husada Garut in 2016. The learning method is conducted within seven meetings of each meeting for 200 minutes. The design of the research method used quasi-experiment with control group pre and posttest design with total sampling calculation during the period of June-August 2016. The measuring instrument used is ICCS (Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale) to measure the communication ability of students before and after following Cooperative Learning learning method. For the next data is analyzed by using t-test. From the research results obtained p-value of 0.571 (p value> 0.05) which means that H is rejected. This means that there is no difference in communication skills between the treatment and control groups. It is recommended in this study to be done with a longer period of time

The purpose of the implementation of community service activities is to prepare SMKN 2 Kediri students and millennials to better understand and master the Capital Market. The method of implementation uses the experiential learning method, which is a learning method from experience. The method used is the lecture method, the question and answer method and the simulation method. For simulation method by doing multiple choice questions, crossword simulation (TTS), kotak katik simulation, case debate simulation and stock treading simulation in Indonesia stock exchange using Reliance Securities and MNC Securities. The implementation of Community Service was held on October 1, 2019 until October 14, 2019 for a period of 10 days attended by 22 participants and carried out at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Politeknik Negeri Malang PSDKU Kediri.

Students should have the ability to concentrate during the learning process so that they are able to follow the learning process and achieve the expected learning objectives. Classical guidance services through the Jigsaw type cooperative learning method aims to increase concentration in following lessons. Participants in this activity were 21 students of class VIII-A of the Satya Wacana Christian Middle School in Salatiga. Service activities are carried out in three stages: the initial stage, the core stage, and the closing stage. Based on the analysis, it was found that 15 people got a Very High score (71%), 5 people got a High score (24%), and 1 person got a moderate score (1%). It can be concluded that the Classical Guidance Service activities through the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning method can increase the learning concentration of class VIII-A students of Satya Wacana Christian Middle School in Salatiga.

This research is motivated the low  learning activity carried out by  students  which still passive so that the lack of student skills, one of which is communication skills. As an effort to improve students communication skills is  the aplication of a team quiz. Team quiz can be interpreted as a learning activity carried out in groups to discuss a material that is being studied. This research was conducted in class V SDN 016 Sako, Pangean District, totaling 75 students. The instrument used was the observation of students' communication skills. The results showed that the skills of students in the first cycle were 71.44 which was a good category, in the second cycle it increased to 83.23 in the very good category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the team quiz method can improve students' communication skills. Students are able to ask questions and explain answers fluently and use language that is easy to understandably.

The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge and skills in the optimization of social media as a means of product marketing for Tsaqofi Community. This activity has been done with the e-learning method through the utilization of the WhatsApp group. This activity was held for a month involving nine participants. After participating in this activity, participants have understood the benefit of social media to develop their business. Participants also have practiced the theory given, so that they felt the positive advantage of community service activities.

The aim is to train and equip skills and improve communication skills and effective motivation to improve the quality of human resources for teachers, students and students in West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java.Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observations during the activity, community service activities give the following results: (1). Increased knowledge and understanding of participants in having effective communication and motivation skills, (2). Increased the skills of participants in building togetherness (Chemistry) inside or outside their duties as teachers, students and students.
