This study aims to determine the process of implementing learning strategies with flipped classrooms as the implementation of blended learning in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI NU Miftahul Falah Undaan Tengah. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews with class teachers. The learning process is carried out by combining online and offline learning with 50% online and 50% offline presentations. Students who do offline learning are divided into 2 stages, where 50% of the students leave on the first day, and the other 50% on the second day and so on. With data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation, the results of the study indicated that the learning carried out with the flipped classroom blended learning strategy had several advantages and obstacles. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan strategi pembelajaran dengan flipped classroom sebagai implementasi dari blended learning pada pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 di MI NU Miftahul Falah Undaan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada guru kelas. Proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan memadukan pembelajaran secara daring dan luring dengan presentasi 50% secara daring dan 50% secara luring. Peserta didik yang melakukan pembelajaran secara luring dibagi menjadi 2 tahapan, dimana 50% jumlah peserta didik berangkat pada hari pertama, dan 50% yang lain pada hari kedua dan seterusnya. AbstractThe purpose of this study was conducted to determine the emphasis of Muhammadiyah and cultural propaganda to non-Muslim students through multicultural education. The study uses a qualitative method and purposive sampling to select the subjects, namely non-Muslim students, lectures of multicultural education, and AIK. Data were collected through interviews, observation, file notes, and analyzed in one circle among data collection, categories, reading, memoing, description, classification, interpretation, and visualization. The result is (1) after applying four multicultural education approaches, such as contribution, additive, transformation, and social action approaches, the values of Muhammadiyah can be emphasized and do not undermine their non-Muslim religious. Furthermore, they realize that Muhammadiyah is an Islamic organization that is inclusive and pluralist. On the other hand, (2) cultural and lectures use community propaganda as a learning strategy to explain the values of Muhammadiyah to be accepted by non-Muslim students. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penanaman kemuhammadiyahan dan dakwah kultural Muhammadiyah pada mahasiswa non-Muslim melalui pendidikan multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan penentuan subjek purposive sampling yang terdiri dari mahasiswa non-Muslim, dosen pendidikan multikultural, dan dosen AIK. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan catatan lapangan yang dianalisis dengan teknik lingkaran yang bergerak di antara pengumpulan data, pengorganisasian data, pembacaan, memoing, deskripsi, klasifikasi, penafsiran, penyajian dan visualisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) setelah diterapkan empat pendekatan pendidikan multikultural, yaitu pendekatan kontribusi, aditif, tranformasi dan aksi sosial, maka nilai-nilai kemuhammadiyaan pada mahasiswa non-Muslim dapat ditumbuhkan dan tidak melunturkan keyakinan mereka terhadap agamanya. Selanjutnya mereka menyadari bahwa Muhammadiyah adalah sebuah organisasi Islam yang bersikap inklusif dan pluralis. Selain itu, (2) dakwah kultural dan komunitas digunakan oleh dosen sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk menjelaskan nilai-nilai kemuhammadiyaan agar bisa diterima oleh mahasiswa non-Muslim.

The purpose of this study is to determine the learning strategies implemented by the Muhammadiyah 6 Krian Junior High School in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic and the obstacles in the application process. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method in which data was obtained by interview. documentation and observation around the school environment. During the Covid 19 pandemic, the government issued an online learning policy. Muhammadiyah 6 Krian Junior High School implements a learning strategy, namely learning online and offline. Teachers often face various kinds of obstacles when learning online. For that, the application of offline learning is also applied to optimize student learning.

Kahoot! as a game-based student response system has been widely used for new virtual learning experiences. On the other hand, the impacts of Kahoot! in learning EFL for university students have not been investigated yet. The objective of this study is to describe students’ perceptions towards the use of Kahoot! in learning EFL and explore students’ learning virtual experience by using Kahoot!. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique by using observation techniques and documentation techniques. Interviews were done to collect students’ perceptions. Furthermore, the benefits of using Kahoot! and the description of activities in Kahoot! have been observed. The result of the analysis revealed that students have a positive learning experience toward Kahoot!. As a result, Kahoot! can be used as an additional learning application for reviewing the materials and motivating students to learn English.

Sociolinguistics is the study of language variation and use in society. Interference is the event of the use of language elements of one into the other language elements that occur in the speakers themselves. This research uses descriptive qualitative method because to describe the actual realityin order to obtainan accurateand objective. Qualitative descriptive methods were used to analyzethe elements ofa word orphrase that incorporated elements of other languages with the analysis and description of the formulation of the problem is the answer. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, the determination ofthe object of research, the selection of short stories.Based on the analysis of the data in this study can be found that there are six forms of interference morphology, namely (1) the prefix nasal N-sound, (2) the addition of the suffix, (3) the exchange prefix, (4) exchange suffixes, (5) exchange konfiks, (6) removal affixes. While the syntactic interference only on the words and phrases in a sentence. The results of the study it can be concluded that the interference morphology more common than syntactic interference.

AbstrakPenelitian ini menggambarkan tentang berbagai latar belakang pengambilan keputusan Putin atas isu Krimea yang melihat dasar-dasar pengambilan keputusan seperti intuisi, pengalaman, fakta, wewenang, dan rasionalitas yang memengaruhi Putin dalam melakukan aksi aneksasi Krimea tersebut. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, sang penulis menggunakan kerangka teori Pengambilan Keputusan (Decision Making) yang merupakan topik utama sekaligus pisau analisa dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh sang penulis dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah metode kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh sang penulis dalam memperoleh data adalah melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka yang menelaah sejumlah buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan media elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pengambilan keputusan Vladimir Putin adalah berdasarkan pilihan rasional dengan melihat pertimbangan materil seperti memberi keuntungan di sektor keamanan, ekonomi, politik, memberikan peluang Rusia menjadi negara adidaya, dan pengamanan jalur pipa gas Rusia di Ukraina dan Krimea. Yang menarik dari tindakan yang diinisiasi oleh Putin itu adalah aksi tersebut dalam merebut suatu wilayah tanpa pencurahan darah. Ini adalah hal yang menarik bagi sang penulis karena bagaimana mungkin suatu intervensi militer di suatu wilayah tidak terjadi penyerangan dari pihak luar ke dalam suatu wilayah, dalam hal ini adalah aksi Rusia kepada Krimea. Politik keamanan, politik identitas, dan politik ekonomi mewarnai Putin dalam pengambilan keputusannya atas isu Krimea tersebut.Kata Kunci: Vladimir Putin, Pengambilan Keputusan, Pilihan                          Rasional, Rusia, Krimea, Ukraina.Abstract This research describes the various backgrounds of Putin's decision making on the Crimean issue which looks at the basics of decision making such as intuition, experience, facts, authority and rationality that influenced Putin in carrying out the Crimean annexation. In writing this thesis, the writer uses the theoretical framework of Decision Making which is the main topic as well as the analysis knife in this research. The research method used by the author in the preparation of this thesis is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used by the author in obtaining data are through interviews and literature studies that examine a number of books, journals, scientific articles, and electronic media. The results show that the background of Vladimir Putin's decision making is based on rational choices by looking at material considerations such as providing benefits in the security, economic, political sectors, giving Russia the opportunity to become a superpower, and securing Russian gas pipelines in Ukraine and Crimea. What's interesting about the action initiated by Putin is that it seizes an area without shedding blood. This is an interesting matter for the author because how could a military intervention in a region not occur from outside attacks into an area, in this case Russia's action against Crimea. ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk toleransi dan faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat toleransi masyarakat Jawa dengan studi kasus di Dukuh Medono Kabupaten Batang. Di dukuh tersebut, penganut organisasi agama seperti NU, Muhammadiyah dan Kristen Jawa di Dukuh Medono saling hidup rukun. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa toleransi antar penganut NU, Muhammadiyah, Kristen Jawa tampak berbagai bentuk. Antara NU dan Kristen Jawa dalam bentuk partisipasi dalam ritual tahlilan, sedangkan antar ketiganya tampak dalam bentuk kerja bakti, saling membantu dalam acara hajatan, perkawinan campur dan saling berkunjung bila ada yang sakit. Faktor pendorong toleransi antara lain budaya toleransi yang sudah lama, pernikahan antar penganut yang berbeda, sosialisasi toleransi dalam keluarga, dan kepemimpinan desa yang menekankan pentingnya toleransi. Sedangkan faktor penghambat toleransi yaitu perbedaan pandangan antar penganut NU dan Muhammadiyah dalam pelaksanaan ibadah, pernikahan beda keyakinan, dan sikap menyinggung keyakinan diantara penganut yang ada. The objective of this study is to explore forms of tolerance and the driving factor of religious tolerance in Dukuh Medono, Batang. In that village, the followers of NU, Muhammadiyah, and Kristen Jawa live peacefully and united in tolerance. The research method used here is a qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The result of the research shows that the tolerance between NU followers and Javanese Christians take the form of participation in tahlilan ritual. The tolerance between NU, Muhammadiyah followers, and Kristen Jawa followers are expressed through kerja bakti, mutual support in hajatan rituals, mixed marriage, visits to the sick, and social activities together. The factors which help to create tolerance include the culture of tolerance which exist in the village, marriages between religious followers, the socialization of tolerance within family, the socialization of tolerance within the society and the role of village administrative leaders. On the other hand, the factors which distract tolerance are different point of view between NU dan Muhammadiyah followers in some religious aspects, marriage between different religious followers, and the attitude of insulting others beliefs.

Arabic learning can take place at various ages of either children, adolescents or adults. Learning Arabic is something needed for especially Muslim because it is important in Muslim life. This paper will explain about the Arabic learning strategy for children. This is important to discuss because children need special strategies in learning for their ages. In collecting information, the writer uses library research method, which is done by comparing several literary sources, especially those that are the main source of discussion to discuss about the existing problems. Then, as the result, language learning is a help to determine how, and how well, learners learn a foreign language. There are many variations on learning strategy. Arabic learning strategies for children include playing, singing, telling stories, projects, demonstration, and conversation. By using the suitable and fun strategy, children can develop their potential well and effectively. The selection of learning strategies depends on children’s ages and characteristics.

For muslims, Arabic language is more important than the other languages. One of the ways to understand Arabic is learn about it. Learning strategies have an important role in learning Arabic, including learning vocabulary. But, in reality Many students feel difficult to learn Arabic, especially in mastering mufradat and other materials. One of the reasons is the wrong process when studying mufradat. This paper describes the implementation of mind mapping strategy in learning Arabic vocabulary at Junior High School (SMP) Alam Banyuwangi. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that mind mapping strategy can help the teachers to solve the problem of learning Arabic, especially to improve students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary. Because mind maps use visual and sensory reminders in a pattern of related ideas. This map evokes original ideas and triggers memories easily.

Kembang Kuning tourism village is a tourism village in East Lombok Regency with an advantage at the foot of Mount Rinjani in the south and has local potential that can be an attraction for tourists. The existence of this tourist village is an opportunity for residents to provide homestay for tourists. In addition to being an accommodation offered, homestay is also a business opportunity for residents. The homestay business for the community is used as additional livelihood after agriculture, for that it needs in-depth research to find out more about the condition of the homestay in the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village. Therefore, this study aims to analyze homestay businesses in the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village seen from 3 (three main components of this business program, namely institutions, actors and products. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection methods in the form of interviews The results of this study illustrate the homestay business program seen from the local institutions shown by the existence of a local organization that regulates tourism activities, Pokdarwis Lingko` Cave, which supervises homestay business actors who are self-supporting communities in the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village. This homestay produces products offered as attractions that are the reason for tourists to come in the form of homestays and activities that become tourist attractions.The results of this analysis form the basis for preparing recommendations for homestay businesses viewed from the three components.Keywords: Tourism, Kembang Kuning Tourism Village, Homestay Business
