This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Learning cycle 5E assisted by Mind map on the factual and conceptual knowledge of grade V elementary school students on the learning of science. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method used was quasi experimental with the type of matching the pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study was elementary school XIX Bengkulu City. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The sample in this study is the VA class SDN 69 Bengkulu City totaling 30 students as the experimental class and the VB class SDN 72 Bengkulu City totaling 25 students as the control class. The research instrument used in this study was in the form of mind map quality assessment sheets and factual and conceptual knowledge assessment test sheets in the form of multiple choice given at the pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, the t-test. The research data obtained tcount> ttable, namely factual knowledge 2.31> 2.01 and conceptual knowledge 3.30> 2.01. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the 5E Learning cycle model with a mind map to the factual and conceptual knowledge of students in the learning of science class V in elementary school.

This study aims to determine the effect of ethnomatemics based Realistic Mathematics Education models on the mathematical literacy ability of grade IV elementary school students in the 17th city of Bengkulu on flat construction material. This research is a quantitative research. The research method used was quasi-experimental research using the matching only pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study was the Elementary School Cluster 17 Bengkulu City. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The sample in this study were students of class IV B Elementary School 04 Bengkulu City as an experimental class and students of class IV C Elementary School 11 Bengkulu as a control class. The research instrument used in the form of tests in the form of essay questions provided through pretest and posttest. The instrument used in the study was a test sheet in the form of a breakdown problem for the context of mathematical literacy. Based on the t-test calculation of students' posttest results, there is a tcount of 4.24> ttable of 2.01, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of using ethnomatemics-based Realistic Mathematic Education models on the ability of mathematical literacy in the context components of class IV students in Cluster 17 Bengkulu City

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model learning cycle terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas III SD Negeri Harja Mekar 03 Kec. Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian quasi experiment dan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 44 siswa dengan jumlah sampel kelas eksperimen 23 siswa dan kelas kontrol 21 siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 82,17 lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata posttest kelas kontrol sebesar 79,38. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t yang diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 17,51 > 1,68023artinya Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah model learning cycle memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas III. This research is intended to know the influence of the use of learning cycle model to science process skill of third grade students of SD Negeri Harja Mekar 03 Kec. Cikarang. This research uses quantitative approach, with quasi experiment research method and research design nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The population used was 44 students with the total sample class of 23 students and control class of 21 students. The analysis technique used is t-test with significant level of 0.05. The result of the research shows that the mean value of posttest of experimental class is 82,17 higher than the mean of posttest of control class is 79,38. The result of hypothesis testing by using t-test obtained thitung> ttable that is 17,51> 1,68023artinya Ho rejected and H1 accepted. The conclusions obtained in this study is the learning cycle model has a significant influence on the science process skills of students on science subjects class III.

Mathematical communication ability is an important ability to have students. This is because by having these abilities, students can communicate ideas or mathematical ideas both orally and in writing. However, based on preliminary studies in the form of mathematical communication and class observation tests conducted by researchers in one class at SMP Negeri 8 Kota Tangerang Selatan showed that students' mathematical communication ability is still low. The efforts that can be done is to apply a model of learning that can train and cultivate students' mathematical communication ability by applying the learning cycle 5e  model. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the average of improvement mathematical communication skills of students who get a learning model learning cycle 5e higher than students who obtain conventional learning. This type of research is quasi experiment. The research design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this research are the students of class VII.1, VII.2, and VII.3 SMP Negeri 8 Kota Tangerang Selatan and the sample is the students of class VII.2 as the experimental class and class VII.3 as the control class. The sampling technique used random cluster sampling. Hypothesis testing of research done by the parametric test (t-test). In this research, it can be concluded that the average improvement mathematical communication ability of students who get the learning cycle 5e model is higher than students who get conventional learning. Keywords:  Mathematical communication skill, learning cycle 5e model, quasi-experiment

This research aims is to determine the differences of activity and learning outcomes of science between groups of students who were taught by learning Quantum assisted games and groups of students who were taught not with learning Quantum assisted game to elementary school students in V grade  at Gugus II Santalia,  Kubutambahan district, in academic year 2016/2017. This type of research is quasi experiment, with non equivalent design post test only control group design. The population in this study is the entire class V of elementary school in gugus II Santalia. The research sample in class V elementary school number 1 Kubutambahan as experimental group and class V elementary school number 7 Kubutambahan as control group obtained by random sampling technique by way of class lottery. Analytical  methods that used in this study consist of  descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the t-test (polled variance). The results showed that there was a difference of activity and learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group. The findings are that students become more active, enthusiastic, and happy during the learning process. In addition the steps of learning Quantum help students more easily understand the material. Thus the learning of Quantum-assisted games has an effect on the activity and learning outcomes of science students of grade V in Gugus II Santalia Kubutambahan distric of academic year 2016/2017

Generic science skills of students are still rarely measured by teachers and learning models Learning Cycle 7E was still rarely applied by teachers as a model of learning in schools, then conducted research with the aim to determine the effect of learning cycle model 7E on generic skills science students on environmental pollution material in SMP Negeri 1 Balongan Indramayu. This research was a quantitative research using True-Experimental Design design with Posttest-Only Control Group design. The population in this study is the entire class VII SMP Negeri 1 Balongan indramayu consisting of 11 classes with a total of 352 students. Sampling technique using Probability Sampling technique Cluster Random Sampling type obtained grade VII H as experimental group and grade VII A as control group. Instrument in this research in the form of test of skill of generic science skill student which amounted to 5 problem. Based on the research result, it was found that the average in the experimental class is 74 and the control class is 63,75. With a significant level (α) = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (db) 62 obtained tcount = 28.29 and ttable = 2,000. Because tcount> ttable, then reject Ho. This means that the 7E learning cycle model influences the generic skills of students' science on environmental pollution material in SMP Negeri 1 Balongan Indramayu

This research aims to determine the effect of experimental based learning cycle 5E model to the critical thinking ability of physics students class XI SMAN 1 Gerung. This research is a quasi experimental research with design called "untreated control group design with pretest and posttes". The population in this study is all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Gerung, and sampling technique using purposive sampling. There are two samples taken are class XI MIPA-3 as experiment class and XI MIPA-2 as control class. The data collection critical thinking ability using the technique to description of 6 questions. Based on the result, it is found that the average posttest of experimental critical thinking ability is 70,28 and control class is 62,39. The obtained data were first tested for normality and homogeneity. Both classes were normally distributed and homogeneous, followed by hypothesis testing using statistical test (t-test polled variance). The hypothetical test of critical thinking ability was obtained by  of 3.38, of 1.99 at significant level of 0.05, because   is greater than  , H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research, there is influence of experimental based learning cycle 5E model to the critical thinking ability of physics learners class XI SMAN 1 Gerung.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the 5K-based Synectic model to improve the higher-order thinking skills of elementary school students. The type of research method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design and a one-group pretest-posttest design with a control group design. The sample used was 127 grade V elementary school students in the District of Kebayoran Lama who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study prove that the application of the 5K-based synectic model obtained a significant value so that it is effectively used in improving the higher-order thinking skills of elementary school students. This model can help students develop creative reasoning to solve problems, store new information, assist in producing writing, and explore social and disciplinary problems to improve their high-order thinking skills. This research can be used as input for education practitioners, especially teachers in developing learning that adapts to the needs of the times and can develop students' reasoning.

This study examines the trial of treffinger learning models on mathematics subjects in elementary school students of SD 37 Model Parepare. The aim of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of Treffinger learning model on mathematics learning outcomes of students of SD Negeri 37 Model Parepare. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of experimental research and uses the Quasy Experimental design in the form of The Nonequivalent Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 67 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests in the form of multiple choices, and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. The results of hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-Test test obtained significance of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) and the results of the analysis of the t test obtained values - tcount <- t table (-17.999 <-2.037) indicate that H0 is rejected which means there are differences in the average mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students 37 Model Parepare between before and after the use of the Treffinger learning model. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Treffinger learning model influences the mathematics learning outcomes of students of SD Negeri 37 Model Parepare.

Mathematics is essential to be mastered by students because it can help students to solve various problems in daily life. Students are anxious and afraid to take mathematics lessons. Augmented Reality (AR)-assisted storybook blends fantasy and reality and is developed to see the impact on students 'mathematics anxiety. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of AR-assisted storybooks on students' anxiety in mathematics learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research quasi-experiment and with the design of the pretest-posttest control group design. The study sample includes 348 fourth grade students in elementary school in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is the cluster random sampling technique. Independent t-test techniques analyzed data. The results showed that the sig value 2-tailed in the independent t-test was 0.00 (&lt;0.05). Thus, it can be stated that AR-Assisted storybook has a positive and significant effect on students' mathematics learning anxiety.

Hand washing has proven to be the most important step in avoiding disease and preventing the spread of germs to others. School-age children are a critical age group because at that age a child is vulnerable to health problems. As time goes by, comic media can also be used in health education. This study aims to determine differences in knowledge, attitudes, and actions of elementary school students towards CTPS before and after education with comic media. This research is a quantitative research that uses a quasi experimental design with the design of the Nonequivalent Control Group. The population in this study were the fourth and fifth grade students in 216 Tetebassi Elementary School, Talluborongna 110 Elementary School, 117 Rorre Elementary School, 107 Rante Lemo Elementary School, North Makale District, 541 students with 134 sample. Purposive sampling technique for determining samples. Measuring tool for this research is questionnaire. The results of this study found that there were differences in CTPS before and after intervention in the intervention group and the control group with knowledge (p=0.004), attitudes (p=0.043) and actions (p=0.001). In this study there are differences in knowledge of CTPS before and after intervention in the intervention group and the control group in students in Makale Utara Subdistrict, Tana Toraja District. For the next researcher, to conduct an educational media trial before being used on the target of school children.
