This research is directed to prove the significance of the influence of organizational climate dimensions in the form of physical environment (X1), social environment (X2) and management system (X3) on the dimensions of employee performance in the form of employee work goals (Y1) and employee work behavior (PKP). There are six hypotheses that are proven through a partial least square (PLS) analysis process. The population of this study (observation data) was 82 BKD NTB employees. Data was collected through questionnaires and all questionnaires returned in accordance with data input needs. Through the outer model stage there are two indicators of the social environment that are issued, namely the relationship of superiors with subordinates (LS1) and colleague relations (LS2) as well as two indicators of employee work behavior, namely commitment (PKP3) and leadership (PKP6). Indicators that are classified as valid get a reinforcement of criteria through the parameter AVE values above 0.50 and include reliable indicators through Cronbach's alpha parameters and composite reliability above 0.70. PLS analysis through the inner model stage found that all dimensions of the organization's climate have a positive influence (positive sign of the path coefficient) on the dimensions of employee performance. Keywords : Organizational Climate Dimensions and Employee Performance Dimensions.

The government must pay attention to the ability of its employees because it has accountability that can develop a sound and well-established reporting system. The purpose of this study was to examine the sensitivity and ethics to the behavior of accounting actors and to examine the philosophy of Tri Kaya Parisudha, which is one of the local variables of the Balinese Hindu genus which can strengthen the effect of sensitivity and sensitivity on ethical behavior. The method used in this research is the Component-based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. A questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool to obtain data. Questionnaires will be distributed to 25 OPD Bangli Regency. The test results show empirical evidence that equity sensitivity has a significant positive effect on the behavior of accounting actors. Second, ethical sensitivity has a significant positive effect on the ethical behavior of accounting actors. Third, the philosophy of Tri Kaya Parisudha strengthens the influence of ethical sensitivity on the behavior of ethical accounting actors. Fourth, Tri Kaya Parisudha's philosophy strengthens the influence of ethical sensitivity on the behavior of ethical accounting actors.

Population in this research are students in Nahdlatul Ulama University of Surabaya total of the sample are 368 from 4.536 students. This research are quantitative method with spread 368 questionnaires. The technique analyze of this research use SEM – PLS (partial least square) software. Free variable of this research is service quality (X), intervening variable is satisfaction (Z) and bunch variable is student’s loyalty (Y). The result of this research shown that service quality (X) have positive impact and significant to students loyalty (Y) have positive impact and significant with path coefficient 0,67 with p – value < 0,001 (significant on 1%). While service quality (X) have positive impact and significant to students loyalty through satisfaction variable (Z) shown positive impact and significant with path coefficient 0,47 with p - value < 0,001 ( significant on 1%).

UD Barokah Tiga is a business that sells building materials and electric tools. The aim of this research is to measure how the influence of service quality, facilities and price affects customer satisfaction. The research that will be conducted here uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the Warppls 7.0 software. The results of this study for service quality variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction variables. Because it has a P-value of 0.001 from <0.05. For the value obtained X1 5,346 where> from 1.96 where for X1 has a significant value. The facility variable does not have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Because it has a P-value of 0.15 from <0.05. For the value obtained X2 1.054 where <from 1.96 where for X2 has an insignificant value. The price variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable. Because it has a P-value of 0.001 from <0.05. For the value obtained X3 4,645 where> from 1.96 where for X3 has a significant value

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the Islamic boarding school principal and motivation on discipline and its implications for the performance of ustadz in Islamic boarding schools in the city of Serang. The research method used is descriptive, (descriptive method definition). This study prioritizes in-depth analysis of the data and facts found. This type of research is intended to raise facts, circumstances, variables, and phenomena that are happening now and present what they are. The population in this study were all teachers/ustadz or teaching staff in boarding school-based educational institutions in the city of Serang as many as 444 people. The samples used were 215 people. So the author made the decision to use a sampling technique, namely the analytical method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are as follows. Hypothesis testing is carried out based on the results of testing the Inner Model (structural model) which includes r-square output, parameter coefficients and t-statistics. To see whether a hypothesis can be accepted or rejected, among others, by paying attention to the significance value between constructs, t-statistics, and p-values. The hypothesis testing of this research was carried out with the help of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. These values can be seen from the bootstrapping results. The rule of thumb used in this study is t-statistic > 1.96 with a significance level of p-value 0.05 (5%) and a positive beta coefficient. The value of this research hypothesis testing can be shown in the table and the results of this research model can be described as shown in the hypothesis testing carried out on all samples that have been obtained from the questionnaire

The purpose of this research is to explore more thoroughly and detail about the influence of the value of religiosity, sanctions and compliance of vehicle tax in Indonesia. The research on tax compliance has been widely studied, but still not much study it from religiosity side and tax sanctions. Previously research is mostly done by personal taxpayer, companies and home industries. This research is conducted by survey method, distribution of questionnaries to vehicle taxpayer. Quantity of questionnaries which analyzed is 120 copies. Analysis tool is using “Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)” by WarpPLS 5.0 software. Based on result of research can be conclude that religiosity have significant influence to tax compliance. P- value <0.05 ?=0.25 so H1 can be proven. This research is also prove that sanctions have influence to tax compliance. P-value < 0.05 ?=0.42 so H2 can be proven. Influence of value of religiosity and sanction to tax compliance is about 33% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Therefore the considerasion to improve tax compliance from aspect of religiosity needs to be developed.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image and service quality on customer satisfaction, Brand Image and service quality on customer loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in Makassar city. To implement these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation, using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results of the study found that brand image and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can partially mediate between brand image and service quality on customer loyalty. It can be indicated that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied the customer will be, thus impacting customer loyalty.
