Abstract. The concerns of this reaseacrh to determine and analyze the impact of internal communication towards Employee Engagement at PT. Solid Logistics. The Internal Communication Theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Lawrence D. Brennan (1960) while for Employee Engagement based on the views of William H. Macey (2009). It is explanatory research. The population in this research were all employees of PT. Solid Logistics. The data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires, observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and data of the company. Data analysis techniques are used quantitatively and narrated according to the results of the research. The results of the reasearch is indicating that internal communication has a significant impact on the Employee Engagement at PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap Employee Engagement di PT. Solid Logistics. Teori Komunikasi Internal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  mengacu  pada  pendapat  Lawrence. Brennan (1960) sedangkan untuk Employee Engagement berdasarkan pandangan dari William H. Macey (2009). Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Solid Logistics. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan, dan data-data perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan secara kuantitatif dan dinarasikan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement di PT. AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

Sexual harassment of women often occurs in Indonesia and is disturbing to society. Based on Komnas Perempuan's 2016 Annual Records, there were 16,217 documented cases of sexual harassment. Along with the times, sexual harassment has penetrated into the digital realm, namely one case of sexual harassment in cyberspace that occurred in 2020 by X baristas. The employee uses Closed Circuit Television to peek at the breasts of female customers and spreads through social media. Based on this case, Komnas Perempuan conducted organizational communication by stating that the actions of former X employees included sexual harassment by means of violence by verbally displaying women's bodies without consent. The formulation of the research problem is how Komnas Perempuan's organizational communication is in addressing the resolution of cases of sexual harassment by X baristas. Based on the theoretical study, this research has used organizational communication theory, public relations, and Komnas Perempuan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods through case studies by collecting data in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study, Komnas Perempuan conducted internal communication by suggesting X to restore a safe space and external communication by responding to journalists through groups on instant messaging applications by maintaining a code of ethics to protect victims.Pelecehan seksual kepada kaum perempuan kerap terjadi di Indonesia dan meresahkan masyarakat. Berdasarkan Catatan Tahunan Komnas Perempuan tahun 2016 terdapat 16.217 kasus pelecehan seksual yang berhasil didokumentasikan. Seiring perkembangan zaman, pelecehan seksual merambah ke ranah digital. Salah satu kasus pelecehan seksual di dunia maya terjadi pada tahun 2020 dilakukan oleh barista kafe X. Pegawai tersebut menggunakan kamera pengawas untuk mengintip payudara pelanggan perempuan dan menyebarkan melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut, Komnas Perempuan melakukan komunikasi organisasi dengan menyatakan tindakan mantan pegawai kafe X tersebut termasuk pelecehan seksual dengan bentuk kekerasan, dengan cara mempertontonkan secara verbal tubuh perempuan tanpa persetujuan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana komunikasi organisasi Komnas Perempuan dalam menyikapi penyelesaian kasus pelecehan seksual barista X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsif kualitatif melalui studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komnas Perempuan melakukan komunikasi internal dengan menyarankan perusahaan atau kafe X mengembalikan ruang aman pada pelanggan. Komunikasi eksternal dilakukan dengan memberikan tanggapan kepada wartawan melalui grup pada aplikasi pesan instan. Tanggapan tersebut diberikan dengan tetap menjaga kode etik untuk melindungi korban.

This study aims to examine three main problems, namely: multicultural values ​​contained in Islamic Education (PAI) learning; the process of investing multicultural values ​​in PAI learning; methods of character building through multicultural values ​​in PAI learning. The study was conducted at SMK 1 Gerung, West Lombok. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion verification. The findings show that multicultural values ​​contained in PAI learning content include tolerance values, equality values, unity values, kinship values, and justice values. The planting of multicultural values ​​in PAI learning at SMK 1 Gerung uses two methods, namely the exemplary method and the habituation method. The impact of planting multicultural values ​​on students is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect, accepting the opinions of others, mutual cooperation, not hostile, and the absence of conflict due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs, and religion. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tiga permasalahan utama, yaitu: nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran PAI; proses penanaman nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PAI; metode pembinaan karakter melalui nilai multikulturalal dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Gerung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam buku mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi nilai toleransi, nilai kesamaan, nilai persatuan, nilai kekerabatan, dan nilai keadilan. Penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 1 Gerung menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode keteladanan dan metode pembiasaan. Dampak penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural terhadap siswa yaitu tumbuhnya sikap saling toleran, menghormati, menerima pendapat orang lain, saling bekerjasama, tidak bermusuhan, dan tidak adanya konflik karena perbedaan budaya, suku, bahasa, adat istiadat, dan agama.

This paper discusses the impact of facilities and infrastructure management on student’s satisfaction. The success of learning in schools one of which is supported by the facilities and infrastructure of learning. Management of the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools effectively and efficiently will greatly support the success of the learning process in schools and improve the quality of student’s satisfaction. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which is expected to be able to uncover various information carefully and meaningful analysis-descriptions. Data sources in this study are principal, vice principal also staff of facilities and infrastructure, students too. Data collection bas obtained from interview, observation, and arrangement. As for the data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study are expected to be (a) The management of facilities and infrastructure capable improve the implementation of the education process effectively (b) The implementation of management infrastructure and facilities can increase student satisfaction significantly.

This study aims to determine the effect of performance benefits to the motivation and leadership, and leadership performance benefits to productivity, motivation effect on productivity, the impact on the productivity performance benefits through the mediation of motivation, as well as the influence of leadership on productivity through mediation motivation. The survey respondents are all civil servants Regency / City Lombok island numbered 97 people. But filling questionnaire answers just as much as 87 people. Data analysis techniques in this study conducted by SmartPLS 3..0. The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Tourism is a very reliable sector in this globalization era. Indonesia is one country that relies heavily on the tourism sector. Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia. Over time, Bali tourism continues to grow even better. This development can be seen from the development that has been carried out in Bali, such as infrastructure development. One of the infrastructures that has been created is Jalan Toi Bali Mandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai, located in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the construction of the Bali Mandara Toll Road on tourist activities in the Kampoeng Kepan Ecotourism attraction in Tuban Bali. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data. And data sources in this study are primary data sources and qualitative data sources. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation For the determination of informants through puposive sampling Data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques The results in this study are the impacts caused in the construction of the Bali Mandara toll road on tourist activities that have an impact very good, a lot of new innovations that can be used as tourist activities, then after the construction is finished tourism activities can run well and normal, the construction of toll roads is very supportive to attract tourists in tourism activities The construction of the Bali Mandara Toll Road has a good impact on tourism activities in Kampoeng Crab Ecotouris. <p><em>This study aims to determine the impact of Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction at Private hospital in West Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using AMOS 20 software and mediation analysis is conducted with Sobel’s test. The results showed that organizational culture has possitif affect and significant on job satisfaction,  job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant on employee performance, organizational culture doesn’t affect and hasn’t significant on employee performance,  and job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant mediates the effect of organizational culture to employee performance.</em></p>
