The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. The sample used proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 77 employee sampling using krejcie table with error size 5%. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Results of multiple linear regeresis proves that discipline, compensation and organizational culture is shown to have a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. These results can be interpreted that the existence, discipline, compensation and organizational culture that has been applied to improve employee performance in PT. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

A brand will carry out several marketing strategies to attract consumers. especially for countries with a Muslim majority community, the product must have halal legality. There are several factors considered by consumers to choose the product purchased, among others, the existence of halal labels on packaging, emotional advertising, and diskons. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of product labels, emotional advertising, and discount on purchasing decisions. This research is focused on consumers who have bought Chatime as a bubble drink, Muslim, aged 15-60 years old, and a final consumer. uses a nonprobability sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 participants with Google form. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that product labels, iklan emosional, and diskons had a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

Employee performance is needed by the company to improve company performance. Therefore, to make it happen, it requires skilled and reliable human resources in their fields. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. The sample used is the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the analysis show that creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar.

This study ainst o determine and analyze the effeck of compensation and work discliplineon employee performance of at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population in this studyt were all employees of  PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch, amounting to 46 employees, the entire population made as respondents (census). This study usesdescriptive  descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study day that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu yang berjumlah 46oerang karyawan, seluruh populasi  dijadikan responden (sensus). Penelitian ini memakai analisis data deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang memakai kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan  memakai analisi regresi linar berganda. Hasil pnelitian ini  mengatakanbahwa  kompensasi &disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap kierja karywan pada  PT.Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, satisfaction, and commitment to customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. Population in this research is all customer of Taplus at PT. Bank BNI Branch Rengat Riau which amounted to 15,173 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis is 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. As for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that the variable of trust does not have influence on customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. While the variable satisfaction and commitment have a significant influence on the loyalty of customers of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat.
